Implementasi Mediasi Elektronik di Pengadilan Agama Medan Tinjauan PERMA No. 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Mediasi Elektronik
Full text linkElectronic mediation has been implemented by several courts, including the Medan Religious Court. This study addresses the following research questions: How is electronic mediation implemented in the Medan Religious Court based on Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 3 of 2022? What are the challenges encountered in its implementation? This research employs a qualitative method with an empirical approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of electronic mediation in the Medan Religious Court aligns with PERMA No. 3 of 2022. The court has designated personnel responsible for managing the equipment used in electronic mediation. The available facilities, including mediation rooms, laptops, projectors, and the Zoom application, are sufficient to conduct electronic mediation. However, several challenges hinder the process, including network disruptions that reduce mediation effectiveness, limited proficiency of involved parties in using online mediation applications, reduced direct interaction between mediators and disputing parties, and concerns regarding mediation confidentiality due to potential third-party interventions

The results of the research conducted by researchers are first, regarding the mechanism of virtual gold ownership through buying and selling on the Shopee application in Islam, including imperfect ownership because it only consists of gold balance. Peningkatan Literasi dalam Pengelolaan Obat melalui Sosialisasi “Dagusibu” di Nagari Painan
Full text linkBecause of insufficient education, the rising trend of people self-medicating poses a threat to proper drug handling, storage, and disposal. According to RISKESDAS (2013), there is a lot of medication storage, antibiotic overuse (without a prescription), and medication mistakes. The Painan Nagari Health Post in IV Jurai District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, which does not yet have chemists, implemented DAGUSIBU (Get, Use, Store, Throw Away) education initiatives to address this issue. Midwives and other health workers were socialised at the Health Post in July 2024 as part of the activity, which also included the erection of educational posters. The activity's outcomes demonstrated that participants' understanding of rational drug management, particularly the need of avoiding medication mistakes and improper disposal, had improved. By preparing students to serve their communities in response to actual needs, DAGUSIBU programs help fulfil the tridharma of higher education and make health care providers more effective change agents in the field of public health. In Painan Nagari, this endeavour may pave the way for long-term progress in public health

Full text linkPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian wawancara. Sumber data yang didapat dari hasil wawancara, serta melihat fakta-fakta yang ditemukan dilapangan yaitu di kantor Badan Amil zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Sambas, dan di Desa Sulung Kecamatan Sejangkung. Adapun fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Bagaimana peran program BAZNAS Kabupaten Sambas dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Sulung Kecamatan Sejangkung, dan Apa saja hambatan yang dihadapi oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Sambas dalam melaksanakan program pengelolaan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Sulung Kecamatan Sejangkung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran badan amil zakat nasional (BAZNAS) kabupaten Sambas dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Sulung Kecamatan. Dalam program kampung zakat yang dilakukan harus mampu meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat terutama dalam masalah perekonomian. Karena program kampung zakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, sehingga masyarakat mampu mandiri dan memiliki penghasilan sendiri. Program kampung zakat sebenarnya sudah terlaksana dengan baik walaupun masih adasedikit kendala yang di hadapi masyarakat dalam mengelolany.kampung zakat ini sangat berguna untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat karena dari BAZNAS Kabupaten Sambas selalu memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan melalui pendamping yang di berikan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Sambas sehingga kampung zakat ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat
Implementasi Program Literasi ABC-ku untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Anak Usia Dini di KB Bina Karya Desa Mensade Kecamatan Subah
Full text linkKemampuan literasi pada anak harus dikembangkan sedini mungkin karena sebagai bekal untuk menjalani pendidikan di jenjang selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program Literasi ABC-ku untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitaif dengan jenis penelitian Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelompok B KB Bina Karya Desa Mensade Kecamatan Subah yang berjumlah 11 orang. Siklus pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 komponen, yakni plan, act, observe dan reflect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan kemampuan literasi pada siswa setelah diterapkan program Liteasi ABC-ku. Hasil tindakan pada siklus I menunjukan bahwa 2 siswa (22%) sudah masuk kategori BSB yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan mewarnai, menggunting dan menempel. Sedangkan, hasil tindakan pada siklus II menunjukan bahwa 5 siswa (55%) sudah mencapai kategori BSB yang dilakukan menggunakan kegiatan kolase dan meronce. Guru harus terus mengembangkan program Literasi ABC-ku agar kemampuan litrasi siswa KB Bina Karya semakin meningkat

The Urgency of Teaching the Qur'an in Religious Development for Converts in the Border Region of Indonesia

Learning the Qur'an is an obligation for every Muslim, because the Qur'an is an intercessor for its readers. This research method uses qualitative research with the type of literature study research, while in data collection using books, or journal articles that are relevant to the research title. As for the research results, the urgency of teaching the Qur'an, First; Peace of mind and soul. This is because Allah has made the Qur'an a Syifaan (medicine) for all kinds of heart ailments, Second, gaining stability, Third, awareness of one's own weaknesses and limitations, Fourth, a soft and spacious heart in accepting the truth, Fifth, getting various kinds of goodness and virtue in the hereafter. This kindness and virtue can be in the form of a high degree in the sight of Allah, as a lamp and light in the grave, getting his intercession (help). The urgency of teaching the Koran in religious development for converts to converts in Indonesia's border areas is important to make it easier for converts to learn Islam, especially in terms of reading the Koran and the methods used in teaching the Koran in religious development for converts in border areas using the iqro' method

Full text linkThe results of a survey of new students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at the Islamic Institute of Religion Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas, 87% did not like learning mathematics due to the many formulas that had to be memorized. To prevent students from experiencing difficulties in the geometry learning process, it is best to analyze the difficulties students face early. This type of research is a qualitative research conducted on new students receiving KIP Lectures at the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Institute of Islamic Religion. This study aims to describe students' ability to understand the concept of straight-line geometry. It was found that students needed help understanding the concept of straight-line geometry. It is characterized by symptoms that students only directly answer questions, only use existing formulas in the reading material, and cannot change the current formulas in the reading material
Komunikasi Dakwah Tokoh Agama Islam Dalam Membentuk Moderasi Beragama Di Desa Balun
Full text linkModerasi beragama lahir dari upaya memahami dan menyikapi perbedaan, baik didalam umat dalam agama maupun antar agama, untuk mencegah konflik dan menyeimbangkan keyakinan. Dengan kata lain, moderasi beragama membantu menyeimbangkan pandangan dan keyakinan. Desa Balun, dikenal sebagai "Desa Pancasila" dengan penduduk beragama Islam, Hindu, dan Kristen yang hidup rukun. Dalam konteks ini, tokoh agama Islam berperan penting dalam menanamkan moderasi beragama melalui dakwah yang menekankan toleransi dan kebersamaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, karena pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data yang mendalam dan bermakna mengenai komunikasi dakwah tokoh agama Islam dalam membentuk moderasi beragama di Desa Balun. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh tokoh agama Islam dalam membentuk moderasi beragama di Desa Balun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dakwah yang dilakukan oleh tokoh agama Islam di Desa Balun memiliki kontribusi yang penting dalam membentuk moderasi beragama di masyarakat. Selain lewat ceramah, pengajian, ataupun diskusi, moderasi beragama juga diperkuat melalui interaksi sosial dan berbagai kegiatan bersama yang melibatkan masyarakat dari beragam latar belakang agama. Membentuk Insan Kamil Melalui Tazkiyatun Nafs (Tinjauan Psikoterapi Islam)
Full text linkTazkiyatun nafs, which etymologically means the purification of the soul, is understood as a process of spiritual and moral development aimed at shaping a complete human personality in accordance with the values of tawhid. This study aims to analyze the concept of tazkiyatun nafs as an Islamic psychotherapeutic approach in forming the insan kamil through a comprehensive literature review. This study employs a literature review method by examining various classical and contemporary sources, including works of Sufi scholars, Muslim psychologists, and Islamic psychotherapy literature. The findings indicate that tazkiyatun nafs consists of systematic stages, including mujahadah (earnest striving), muraqabah (self-awareness under Allah’s supervision), muhasabah (self-reflection), and riyadhah an-nafs (disciplining the soul), all of which function collectively as spiritually based psychotherapeutic techniques. This process is proven to be relevant in forming the insan kamil, namely individuals who achieve moral perfection, emotional stability, inner tranquility, and moral integrity. The study concludes that tazkiyatun nafs is an effective Islamic psychotherapeutic approach for character development and holistic mental well-being, particularly within the context of modern society facing psychological challenges and spiritual crises. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more applicable Islamic psychotherapy models in guidance and counseling
