Sertifikat Elsimil sebagai Persyaratan Nikah dalam Upaya Pencegahan Stunting Perspektif Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah: Studi di KUA Kecamatan Kisaran Barat
Marriage marks the beginning of family formation, which requires physical, mental, emotional, and financial readiness, particularly in facing health risks such as stunting. To address this issue, the government, through Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2021 in collaboration with BKKBN, launched the Electronic Ready for Marriage and Pregnancy Certificate (Elsimil) as a premarital health screening instrument. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Elsimil Certificate as a marriage requirement in preventing stunting at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Kisaran Barat District from the perspective of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah, as well as to assess its effectiveness as a public policy based on maṣlaḥah (public interest). The research employed a qualitative method with a combined normative and empirical approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of Elsimil at the KUA of Kisaran Barat District has been relatively effective in reducing stunting rates, as indicated by a significant decline in cases following its implementation. Conceptually, this policy aligns with the objectives of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah in achieving public welfare through the protection of life (ḥifẓ al-nafs) and lineage (ḥifẓ al-naṣl), and serves as evidence of the integration of Islamic values into modern public policy focused on family health

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan informasi tentang strategi guru kelas dalam meningkatan kemampuan belajar afektif siswa kelas III C di Sd Negeri 01 Mentawa Tahun Pelajaran 2024-2025, mengetahui perencanaan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru kelas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar afektif siswa kelas III C di SD Negeri 01 Mentawa tahun pelajaran 2024-2025, pelaksanaan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru kelas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar afektif siswa kelas III C di SD Negeri 01 Mentawa tahun pelajaran 2024-2025, dan cara guru mengevaluasi strategi yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar afektif siswa kelas III C di SD Negeri 01 Mentawa tahun pelajaran 2024-2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa proses perencanaan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru kelas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar afektif siswa kelas III C di SD Negeri 01 Mentawa tahun pelajaran 2024-2025 yaitu guru menyusun RPP dengan muatan afektif, memilih strategi pembelajaran yang mendorong sikap positif, perencanaan media/alat bantu yang mendukung nilai-nilai afektif dan mengintegrasikan nilai dalam materi dan kegiatan belajar. Pelaksanaan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru kelas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar afektif siswa kelas III C di SD Negeri 01 Mentawa tahun pelajaran 2024-2025, yaitu guru menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif, guru menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang menumbuhkan sikap positif, mendorong interaksi sosial antar siswa yang mendukung sikap afektif, dan guru memberi teladan dan pembiasaan sikap serta penggunaan tugas atau aktivitas yang mengarah pada pembentukan sikap atau nilai. Adapun cara guru mengevaluasi strategi yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar afektif siswa kelas III C di SD Negeri 01 Mentawa tahun pelajaran 2024-2025, yaitu guru menilai aspek afektif dengan instrumen yang sesuai, melakukan refleksi pembelajaran, analisis hasil penilaian sikap dan guru memberi tindak lanjut terhadap hasil evaluasi afektif
Regulasi dan Perundang-Undangan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara landasan regulasi dengan implementasi yang belum optimal dalam penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Indonesia. Masalah penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana regulasi PAI diimplementasikan di satuan pendidikan dan faktor-faktor penghambat pencapaian tujuannya dalam meningkatkan kualitas siswa secara holistik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Studi Pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumen terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, secara yuridis-formal kerangka regulasi PAI sudah komprehensif dan hierarkis. Kedua, dalam implementasinya ditemukan kesenjangan signifikan antara regulasi dan praktik lapangan. Implementasi terhambat oleh variasi kualitas guru, keterbatasan jam pelajaran efektif, pendekatan pembelajaran yang masih didominasi aspek kognitif-tekstual, serta kurangnya integrasi nilai PAI dalam kehidupan dan mata pelajaran lain. Akibatnya, peningkatan kualitas siswa cenderung parsial dan internalisasi nilai, sikap moderat (wasathiyah), serta kemampuan menjawab tantangan kontemporer belum optimal. Ketiga, penelitian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan strategis yang berorientasi pada penyempurnaan regulasi dengan memperkuat aspek afektif dan psikomotor dalam kurikulum, serta standardisasi kualifikasi guru. Di sisi implementasi, diperlukan penguatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan metodologi interaktif, pengembangan bahan ajar kontekstual, dan optimalisasi madrasah sebagai role model. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan PAI sebagai instrumen strategis pembentukan karakter generasi muslim Indonesia yang kompetitif dan berakhlak mulia di era global
Metode Keteladanan Untuk Membentuk Karakter Anak Perspektif Psikologi Islam: Analisis Literatur
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas metode keteladanan dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini melalui perspektif psikologi Islam. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur terhadap lima jurnal terpilih yang membahas praktik keteladanan dalam konteks pendidikan Islam dan pengembangan karakter. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode keteladanan merupakan pendekatan yang paling sesuai bagi perkembangan anak karena selaras dengan karakteristik psikologis usia dini yang belajar melalui observasi, imitasi, dan pembiasaan. Keteladanan terbukti membentuk nilai religius, empati, kedisiplinan, kemandirian, serta tanggung jawab pada anak. Analisis juga menemukan keterkaitan antara uswah hasanah dengan teori belajar sosial Bandura, konsep fitrah, serta struktur jiwa dalam psikologi Islam yang memandang perkembangan moral sebagai proses spiritual dan psikologis yang terpadu. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keteladanan merupakan strategi pendidikan karakter yang komprehensif, berkelanjutan, dan relevan diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam masa kini
Transformasi Nilai Silaturahmi dalam Era Digital: Telaah Kontekstual Perspektif Islam
This study aims to examine the transformation of the value of silaturahmi (social bonding) in the digital era from an Islamic perspective. Silaturahmi, as a fundamental teaching in Islam, encompasses deep spiritual, social, and moral dimensions. Amidst technological advancements and shifting patterns of social interaction, the practice of silaturahmi has evolved from direct physical contact to virtual communication. This research employs a qualitative approach with contextual analysis of normative Islamic sources and contemporary social phenomena. The findings indicate that although the form of silaturahmi has changed, its essence remains intact as long as the core principles of Islamic ethics—such as sincere intention, compassion, and mutual respect—are upheld. Digital media, including instant messaging and social platforms, can serve as legitimate and effective tools for strengthening interpersonal relationships when used ethically and responsibly. Therefore, silaturahmi remains relevant and applicable in modern social life as part of preserving ukhuwah (brotherhood) and communal harmony
Archaeological Data Patterns Through Statistical Analysis: Jambi Ancient Graves, Indonesia
This study explores tombstone characteristics to reveal socio-cultural patterns of past societies, particularly in ancient Jambi. Traditional archaeology often relies on qualitative methods, which can overlook underlying patterns in the data. This research addresses that gap by integrating quantitative analysis, specifically cluster analysis, to complement and enhance qualitative interpretations. Using primary data from 50 graves, which include both categorical and continuous variables, the study identifies relationships among tombstone features and classifies them into five distinct clusters. These clusters reflect variations in socio-economic status and illuminate burial practices and cultural traditions of the time. By combining qualitative and quantitative approaches, the research offers a more holistic view of historical contexts and social stratification. The findings underscore the importance of using mixed data clustering in archaeology to uncover patterns that may not be visible through conventional methods alone. This methodological innovation contributes to improving archaeological research practices in Indonesia and has the potential to inform future studies across cultural and historical contexts. Overall, this research not only deepens our understanding of the social fabric of ancient Jambi but also paves the way for broader applications of data-driven approaches in cultural heritage and archaeological investigations
Applying Arcaro’s Total Quality Management (TQM) Principles In Strategic Efforts To Enhance Educational Service Quality: Introduction, Methodology, Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, References
Total The abstract is well structured and written in clear academic language; however, this revision strengthens the theoretical contribution and novelty of the research. Total Quality Management (TQM) has evolved into one of the most influential paradigms for achieving excellence in education. In the 21st century, educational institutions are challenged to provide services that are student-centered, data-driven, and responsive to stakeholder expectations. This study aims to critically analyze the strategic relevance and theoretical contribution of Arcaro’s TQM principles in enhancing educational service quality. By employing a library research method, this study synthesizes findings from national and international scholarly literature, including journals, books, and prior studies on TQM implementation in education. The analysis reveals that Arcaro’s TQM framework not only aligns with global educational quality standards but also introduces a pedagogical dimension often absent in conventional management models. Its focus on leadership commitment, stakeholder participation, data-based evaluation, and continuous improvement provides a holistic structure for institutional transformation. Theoretically, this study contributes to the modernization of educational quality management by integrating Arcaro’s human-centered approach emphasizing ethical leadership, collaborative culture, and learner empowerment into contemporary educational contexts. Practically, the adaptation of Arcaro’s TQM principles offers a new strategic perspective for developing sustainable quality systems in both schools and higher education institutions. Despite challenges such as limited resources, bureaucratic rigidity, and resistance to change, effective leadership and adaptive governance remain key to successful implementation. In conclusion, Arcaro’s TQM framework provides a comprehensive and contextually adaptable model that bridges management theory and educational innovation, advancing a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction in the global education landscape
Reviving Learning: Ventriloquism Based Instructional Innovation In Interactive Learning Design
This study investigates the implementation of ventriloquism as an innovative instructional strategy in classroom learning at SMP Negeri 2 Kotabaru. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research aims to explore how ventriloquism functions as an interactive pedagogical method and to examine its impact on student engagement, confidence, communication skills, and learning outcomes. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving teachers, students, and school stakeholders. The findings reveal that ventriloquism-based instruction significantly enhances student engagement and participation by transforming passive classroom dynamics into active and dialogic learning environments. Students demonstrated increased confidence in expressing ideas, reduced anxiety in speaking, and improved communication skills through interactions with the puppet. The use of character-based dialogue and storytelling also contributed to stronger conceptual understanding and better knowledge retention. Additionally, ventriloquism fostered a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting emotional safety and collaborative learning. From the teacher’s perspective, the innovation stimulated creativity and reflective practice, encouraging more engaging instructional design. The study concludes that ventriloquism represents a low-cost, flexible, and culturally relevant instructional innovation aligned with the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly in supporting student-centered learning and character development. Despite challenges related to training and curriculum constraints, ventriloquism shows strong potential as a scalable pedagogical strategy for enhancing learning quality in Indonesian classroom
Strengthening Pedagogical Competence Through Educational Hr Management: A Case Study At SMPN 1 Kotabaru
The rapid digitalization of education has reshaped pedagogical practices, requiring teachers to continually strengthen their competence in designing, implementing, and evaluating technology-integrated instruction. This study investigates the educational Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies used to enhance teachers’ pedagogical competence in the digital era through a case study at SMPN 1 Kotabaru. Employing a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study design, data were collected from 12 informants, consisting of school leaders, HR development coordinators, and teachers. The data collection techniques included semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that HRM strategies are operationalized through four core components: systematic competency needs mapping, practice-based modular training, continuous performance monitoring, and reflective post-training evaluation. Teachers perceive these strategies as supportive, particularly when training emphasizes applicability, collaboration, and contextual problem-solving. Institutional challenges include limited time allocation, resistance to technological changes, and inconsistent training continuity. Five success-inducing factors are identified: visionary leadership, collaborative school culture, reflective evaluation mechanisms, institutional policy support, and teachers’ technological readiness. Theoretically, this study contributes to the discourse on strategic HRM in digital-era education, while practically offering guidance for policymakers and school leaders in designing adaptive and sustainable teacher development system
