    Pengaruh Kebijakan Pemerintah terhadap Keberhasilan Digitalisasi Pendidikan di Negara Berkembang

    This study examines the influence of government policy on the success of education digitalisation in developing countries. The study uses a literature review method. The results show that government regulation and investment play an important role in improving the accessibility of educational technology, especially in remote areas. Policies that focus on providing adequate infrastructure, such as internet access and hardware, are key factors in facilitating the digitalisation of education. In addition, teacher training and competency development are important aspects that need attention to ensure that technology can be effectively integrated into the learning process. The importance of inclusive policies is also emphasised to reduce the digital divide through device subsidies and internet fee assistance programmes to ensure equal access for all students. In conclusion, comprehensive and well-planned government policies can encourage the successful digitalisation of education and improve the quality of education in developing countries

    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Visual Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Siswa

    This study aims to explore the utilization of visual learning media in improving students' conceptual understanding, using a qualitative approach through research and development (R&D). The main focus of this research is on visual elements such as images, graphs, videos, and other visual aids used to accelerate students' comprehension of the subject matter. The research informants include 4 school principals, 10 teachers, 10 parents, and 10 eighth-grade students from 4 public junior high schools in Kapuas Regency. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews, direct observations, surveys, and documentation. To analyze the data, a triangulation approach was employed to ensure the accuracy of the research findings. The research findings indicate that the use of visual learning media is effective in enhancing students' understanding of abstract concepts, increasing student engagement, and stimulating creativity. In addition, visual media also contributes positively to understanding lessons at home. Adequate infrastructure support and the development of appropriate media are crucial for the successful implementation of visual media in the learning process

    Evaluasi Pembelajaran Matematika dalam Pemberdayaan Teknologi Digital Menggunakan Model Evaluasi CIPP di SMAN Pontianak

    This research was oriented to evaluate the mathematics learning in digital technology empowerment using the CIPP at SMAN 03 Pontianak. The researcher used indicators in the UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers (2018) to identify their existence and technical implementation in each learning agenda or CIPP evaluation sub-component. The research type applied was evaluative research with a qualitative approach. The evaluation output on aspects of the teacher's digital competence application in mathematics learning at research locations is on a low scale with an achievement percentage of 9.6%, with a percentage of <21% when assessed based on each component or sub-component of the CIPP evaluation model of digital competency application in learning mathematics even in some of the sub-components of needs analysis and identification of problems in the Context component and learning monitoring in the Process component did not identify elements of digital technology empowerment at all. Apart from being triggered by indicators of digital technology empowerment not specific to the Principal's academic supervision, the teacher contributed by not giving the special attention to the systematic implementation of the learning agenda along with elements of technology empowerment on it

    Problem solving skill is an essential component of mathematics learning. However, in reality, students's problem-solving skills are still low. Internal factors are among the causes that affect students in learning mathematics. One of these internal factors is mathematical self-efficacy. This study aims to examine mathematical problem solving skill in relation to the mathematical self-efficacy of eight-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Sungai Raya on the topic of linear equations in two-variable. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including questionnaires, written tests, and interviews. The subjects of study consisted of 6 students representing each category of mathematical self-efficacy. The results indicate that students with high mathematical self-efficacy have very good problem-solving skills. Students with moderate mathematical self-efficacy demonstrate good problem-solving skills, although they have not maximally met all problem-solving indicators. Meanwhile, students with low mathematical self-efficacy exhibit less satisfactory problem-solving skills

    This article is entitled " The Dakwah Strategy and Role of Muslim Journalists in the Digital Era", with the main points of analysis being first; what is the strategy for da'wah in the digital era and second: what is the role of Muslim journalists in developing da'wah. From these problems the author collected relevant data with the approach method used was a qualitative approach by describing the problem as a research priority. The research results show that journalism can be defined as the activities of journalists in searching, collecting and processing data so as to produce interesting news. These journalism activities are then continued by disseminating them to the public through print, electronic and digital media. journalism as the art of reporting, writing and disseminating information as well as a profession. Because the profession requires expertise and work according to one's expertise so that the person gets rewarded. The development of communication and information technology via the Internet has an impact on changes in the distribution of information. Distribution of information is getting faster and the public is also receiving it quickly. Therefore, the role of Muslim journalists in developing da'wah apart from functioning as a tool of information, education and entertainment, is also as a spiritual guide or developing the mission "amar ma'ruf nahi munkar"

    Mengoptimalkan Potensi Siswa melalui Pendekatan Multiple Intelligences dalam Pembelajaran

    Humans as creatures created by Allah SWT have diverse intelligence, which is not limited to intellectual ability as measured through IQ. The Multiple Intelligence Theory proposed by Howard Gardner identifies nine types of intelligence, namely linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalist, and existential. This research uses descriptive methods to describe the importance of the multiple intelligences approach in education. The results show that learning that is diverse and appropriate to student characteristics can increase motivation, prevent feelings of low self-esteem, and support academic achievement and social-emotional development. Therefore, educators are expected to adapt learning strategies that cover all aspects of intelligence, so that students can reach their maximum potential in the learning process. Success in the real world requires a holistic understanding of intelligence, involving a combination of multiple abilities

    Pernikahan Dini di Kalangan Remaja SMP Kota Kabanjahe

    Early marriage in Indonesia, especially in Kabanjahe, is a complex social issue that still occurs with high frequency. This study aims to identify the factors that cause early marriage among junior high school students and evaluate the prevention efforts made by the school. The method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving in-depth interviews with perpetrators of early marriage, teachers, and other related parties. The results showed that economic factors, low education, and cultural and social pressures are the main drivers of early marriage. In addition, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated this situation with an increase in the number of marriage dispensations. This study recommends the need for collaboration between schools, families and communities in prevention efforts, as well as the importance of comprehensive education on the risks of early marriage. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference in developing more effective policies to protect children from early marriage practices

    The Influence Of Work Evaluation, Pension Fund Expectations, and Non-Financial Rewards On The Professional Behavior Of Teachers

    This study examines the direct and indirect effects of Job Evaluation, Pension Fund Expectations, and Non-Financial Rewards on Teachers' Professional Behavior. Using an associative quantitative approach with a survey design, the research was conducted at MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat, MAN 2 Kota Jambi, and MAN 1 Kerinci. The study population includes 794 ASN teachers in State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) in Jambi Province, consisting of 568 civil servant teachers (PNS) and 226 government contract teachers (PPPK). The sample was purposively selected, comprising 24 teachers from MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat, 62 teachers from MAN 2 Kota Jambi, and 36 teachers from MAN 1 Kerinci. The results indicate that Job Evaluation directly influences Teachers' Professional Behavior, contributing 75.44%, while Pension Fund Expectations contribute 69.26%. Simultaneously, both variables have a combined effect of 79.59%. Job Evaluation and Pension Fund Expectations also impact Non-Financial Rewards by 55.49% and 56.72%, respectively, and jointly by 73%. Non-Financial Rewards directly influence Teachers' Professional Behavior, contributing 64.89%. The simultaneous effect of all three variables on Teachers' Professional Behavior reaches 79.68%. Furthermore, Job Evaluation and Pension Fund Expectations, through Non-Financial Rewards, contribute 53.6% and 56.11%, respectively. These findings highlight the importance of job evaluation, financial incentives, and non-financial rewards in enhancing teachers' professionalism

    This research aims to determine the implementation of the farmer group empowerment program in Arung Parak Village, Tangaran District, Sambas Regency and determine the empowerment program in improving welfare according to an Islamic economic perspective in Arung Parak Village, Tangaran District, Sambas Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis research. The research was conducted in Arung Parak Village, Tangaran District, Sambas Regency. The research subjects in this study were the Farmer Group in Arung Parak Village. The informants in this research were the Chair of the Gapoktan, the Chair of the Farmer's Group, the Secretary of the Farmer's Group, and the Treasurer of the Farmer's Group. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The research results show: (1) The implementation of the farmer group empowerment program carried out in Arung Parak Village took the form of an extension program, development of modern agricultural technology, skills training, and institutional strengthening through regular meetings and comparative studies in other areas. (2) The farmer group empowerment program in improving welfare according to an Islamic economic perspective involves four main principles, namely monotheism, work and productivity, maslahah, and ta'awun (mutual help). So this strategy is in line with the objectives of Islamic economics, which is to create a safe, peaceful and prosperous life, with prosperity that includes material, spiritual and moral aspects

    PEMBERDAYAAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM BERBASIS TRADISI NU DI PESANTREN KABUPATEN JEPARA: Studi Kasus Pada Pesantren Ummul Quro Pecangaan

    This study aims to analyze the empowerment strategies of Islamic religious education based on Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) traditions in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in Jepara Regency especially on Ummul Quro boarding schools Pecangaan as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using triangulation techniques to enhance the validity of the findings. The results show that pesantren in Jepara have integrated NU traditional values into education through habitual religious activities such as tahlilan, manaqiban, yellow book (kitab kuning) studies, and moral education. Additionally, some pesantren have begun implementing economic empowerment programs through local-based entrepreneurship training. The main supporting factors for this empowerment are the strong local culture rooted in NU traditions and the central role of kyai in pesantren life. Identified inhibiting factors include limited infrastructure, a lack of professional educators, and low utilization of modern technology in the learning process. The study concludes that, despite the significant potential of NU-based pesantren in Jepara as agents of transformation in Islamic religious education, efforts to innovate curricula, strengthen human resource capacity, and optimize technology utilization are urgently needed to enhance empowerment effectiveness. Collaboration between pesantren, the government, and religious organizations is necessary to address these challenges and strengthen the contribution of pesantren to community development based on moderate Islamic values
