    Sambas State Polytechnic (Poltesa) is a state vocational higher education institution located in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan. It was established on August 26, 2011, based on the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 102 of 2011. Poltesa was founded to meet the demand for vocational higher education in the Indonesia–Malaysia border area, particularly in Sambas and its surrounding regions. With a focus on practice-based education at the diploma (D-III) and applied bachelor's (D-IV) levels, Poltesa is committed to producing graduates who are job-ready and aligned with local potential. In addition, the campus actively engages in community empowerment, applied research, and vocational training targeting MSMEs, farmers, fishers, and other local economic actors, thereby supporting sustainable development in underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of customer interest on financing mutation decisions using the mudharabah contract at BSI Sambas Branch. This research uses a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The total population in this study was 172 people, and the sample size was determined using Roscoe’s theory, resulting in 20 respondents. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data were analyzed using normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 23. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of customer interest on financing mutation decisions with the mudharabah contract at BSI Sambas Branch, as evidenced by a t-value of 0.678 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Square value was 0.48. Thus, it can be concluded that customer interest influences financing mutation decisions at Sambas State Polytechnic by 48%, while the remaining 52% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

    Islamic Economic Systems and Principles and Their Challenges in the Modern World

    This study aims to explore the application of the Islamic economic system in the context of the modern global economy, as well as to identify the challenges and opportunities faced in the integration of Islamic economic principles with the capitalist system. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with content analysis of relevant literature, including books, articles, and research reports related to Islamic economics, zakat, Islamic banking, and fintech. The results of the study indicate that although Islamic economic principles, such as the prohibition of usury, avoidance of maisir and gharar, and redistribution of wealth through zakat, offer solutions to social inequality, the main challenge lies in integration with the global market dominated by capitalism. However, the Islamic banking sector and sharia-based fintech show great potential in expanding financial access and improving social welfare, providing opportunities for the development of a more inclusive and sustainable Islamic economic system

    Pemberdayaan Komunitas Sekolah: Prioritas Masalah dan Peningkatan Pemahaman PHBS di SDN 16 Benteng Jaya

    Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) among school-aged children in Indonesia faces significant challenges, as found: the low awareness of PHBS at SDN 16 Benteng Jaya, Batu Bara Regency. The objective of this activity is to identify, and formulate efforts to address school environmental health issues to enhance students' knowledge about personal and environmental hygiene. The method includes coordination with the school authorities, socialization of PHBS to 32 students in grades 4 and 5, assistance in problem identification through a Panel Discussion with the principal and teachers, and evaluation of students' knowledge using pre-test and post-test. The results of problem priority identification using the Bryant method show "damaged sanitation facilities and unclean school environments" as the main issue with the highest score. The improvement efforts include increasing cleaning staff, developing hygiene SOPs, repairing infrastructure, allocating special budget, planting natural fences, and providing continuous PHBS education. The evaluation shows an average increase in student knowledge scores from 4.78 to 8.75 after socialization, indicating significant 83% improvement in understanding PHBS. This program increased students' awareness, knowledge and encouraged positive attitudes

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berawal dari ditemukannya fenomena tentang manajemen kelas yang diterapkan oleh guru namun untuk efektivitasnya belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini mengungkap tentang: (1) kegiatan manajemen kelas dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru di kelas III SDS Tarbiyatul Islam Sambas Tahun Pelajaran 2024-2025. (2) implementasi manajemen kelas dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru di kelas III SDS Tarbiyatul Islam Sambas Tahun Pelajaran 2024-2025. (3) hambatan manajemen kelas dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru di kelas III SDS Tarbiyatul Islam Sambas Tahun Pelajaran 2024-2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan, triangulasi sumber dan teknik, serta member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) penataan ruang kelas dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kenyamanan, pengaturan tempat duduk menggunakan formasi tradisional, ventilasi dan pencahayaan dinilai tidak baik, dimensi preventif dilakukan dengan menyusun aturan kelas serta dimensi kuratif dilakukan dengan memberikan teguran langsung dan hukuman kepada siswa. (2) keterlibatan dan kedisiplinan siswa menggunakan metode bervariasi dan menerapkan aturan kelas, pertisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran dilihat dari manajemen kelas yang baik, hubungan antara manajemen kelas dengan hasil pembelajaran siswa, melalui perubahan positif siswa, observasi langsung di kelas dilakukan dengan melihat suasana kelas, umpan balik yang didapatkan dari siswa ditanggapi dengan sikap terbuka dan melibatkan siswa dalam penyusunan aturan serta (3) Guru kesulitan dalam menjaga konsentrasi dan keterlibatan siswa, siswa kesulitan dalam mata pelajaran, lingkungan keluarga siswa memberikan pengaruh kepada proses belajar siswa, dan fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah cukup mendukung.     Penelitian ini berawal dari ditemukannya masalah di kelas VD MIN 1 Sambas tentang implementasi kegiatan P5P2RA pada kurikulum merdeka belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang: (1) Bagaimana langkah-langkah kegiatan P5P2RA pada kelas VD di MIN 1 Sambas. (2) Bagaimana problematika implementasi kegiatan P5P2RA pada kelas VD di MIN 1 Sambas. (3) Bagaimana dampak kegiatan P5P2RA terhadap pembentukan karakter pelajar pancasila pada kelas VD di MIN 1 Sambas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reeduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Langkah-langkah kegiatan P5P2RA pada kelas VD yaitu telah melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan tema gaya hidup berkelanjutan melalui kegiatan ecobrick. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara bertahap dan berkelompok. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan rubrik penilaian khusus. (2) Problematika implementasi kegiatan P5P2RA pada kelas V D meliputi: pertama, guru masih dalam tahap adaptasi terhadap pembelajaran berbasis projek sehingga persiapan dianggap menambah beban kerja, kedua, keterbatasan sarana prasarana yang menghambat kelancaran pelaksanaan, ketiga, perbedaan kemampuan dan karakter siswa yang menyebabkan keterlibatan tidak merata, ke eempat, keterlibatan siswa pada umumnya antusias, namun masih memerlukan motivasi agar partisipasi lebih seimbang. (3) Dampak kegiatan P5P2RA pada kelas VD mencakup dua sisi. Dampak positifnya adalah peningkatan karakter siswa dalam kerja sama, kepedulian sosial, toleransi, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman sesuai tujuan Kurikulum Merdeka dan nilai Rahmatan lil ’Alamin, sedangkan dampak negatifnya berupa bertambahnya beban kerja guru serta keterbatasan fasilitas yang membuat pelaksanaan belum optimal.   &nbsp

    Amulets and Treatment With Al-Qur'an Verses (A Study of the Book of Tajul Muluk by Sheykh Ismail Al-Ashi)

    The Qur'an can be used as a cure (Shifa') for various diseases, both physical and non-physical diseases and can be used as a mediator that has magical powers. Talisman in philosophical view, an influence over the human soul. This is done in an unnatural way that can affect a person's body. But the influences that arise, sometimes from the state of the spirit: such as the warmth that arises and the sense of excitement and joy, or sometimes and other psychic perceptions such as those arising from anxiety. The amulet in the process of its reaction seeks help from spiritual properties, the secrets of numbers, special qualities that manifest up to the fusion of the spirit with the substance of the body. Nowadays, the science of Qur'anic amulets is called magical letters. This science is used in the conventional sense which assumes that these amulets, have an inherent character or the secrets of the activities contained in the letters have a measure of calculation taken from the letters that contain the secrets contained in the creatures and nature. Medicine in the Kitab Taj al-Mulk is discussed separately. Some of the diseases and how to treat them are explained clearly and in great detail. Starting from the medicinal ingredients used, the dosage to the process of processing them to how to use the medicine is also explained in great detail. The Book of Tājul Muluk is the work of Sheikh Ismail bin Abdul Muttalib Al-Ashi, which was completed in 1249 in Mecca. The contents of this book include knowing the year and the moon, establishing a country, the conditions for building a house, knowing the good land, the relationship between husband and wife, ta'bir dreams, ta'bir earthquakes, ta'bir lunar eclipses, medicines taken from mujarrabat and so on. This book is not a compulsory book in Dayah or pondok, but it is studied by santri who have studied at a high level or they have become teachers. Kitab taj al-Mulk uses the method of clinical Sufism, which is part of the teaching of Sufism about the symbolism of the letters of the Qur'an used for treatment and divination. In Arabic, amulets are called at- tamā'im, which is an object deliberately made by a shaman, which is believed to contain magic and can reject all kinds of diseases for people who believe in it. Tangkal in Arabic is called ar-raqqī, which is defined as an object made by a shaman that is believed to be able to reject disease, evil spirits, and witchcraft

    Rekonstruksi Paradigma Jual Beli dalam Perspektif Al-Quran: Evaluasi Kritis terhadap Sertifikasi dan Labelisasi Produk Halal

    Penelitian ini mengkaji rekonstruksi paradigma jual beli dalam perspektif Al-Quran dan implementasinya pada sistem sertifikasi dan labelisasi produk halal kontemporer. Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kompleksitas tantangan dalam sistem perdagangan modern yang membutuhkan pemahaman mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip Al-Quran untuk memastikan kepatuhan syariah dalam praktek jual beli. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir maudhu'i (tematik) dan analisis konten, penelitian ini mengeksaminasi ayat Al-Quran terkait jual beli (al-bay') dan mengkorelasikannya dengan praktik sertifikasi halal kontemporer. Data primer diperoleh melalui studi mendalam terhadap tafsir Al-Quran dan literatur fikih muamalah, sementara data sekunder dikumpulkan dari dokumentasi lembaga sertifikasi halal di lima negara ASEAN. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan signifikan antara paradigma jual beli dalam Al-Quran dan implementasinya dalam sistem sertifikasi halal modern, terutama dalam aspek transparansi (al-bayan), akuntabilitas (al-mas'uliyyah), dan keadilan (al-'adalah). Studi ini mengidentifikasi lima komponen esensial dalam rekonstruksi paradigma jual beli yang perlu diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem sertifikasi halal: (1) verifikasi sumber bahan (tayyib), (2) transparansi proses produksi, (3) etika distribusi, (4) keadilan harga, dan (5) perlindungan konsumen. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka teoretis baru dalam evaluasi sistem sertifikasi halal yang lebih komprehensif dan selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip Al-Quran

    TEKNOLOGI DALAM PENJAMIN PRODUK HALAL

    The halal industry is growing rapidly in line with the increasing demand for halal products, especially in Indonesia. However, the halal assurance process faces challenges in terms of efficiency, transparency, and certification accuracy. This study aims to analyze the role of information technology in accelerating halal certification, identify technologies that improve transparency and efficiency, and examine the challenges of its implementation. This study also explores the potential of technology in supporting Indonesia as a global halal industry hub and formulates strategies to overcome infrastructure, regulatory, and human resource barriers.The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with literature and case studies. The results show that digital technologies, such as blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT), can accelerate certification, improve supply chain transparency, and enhance halal production supervision. The main challenges are limited digital infrastructure, low digital literacy in MSMEs, and regulations that do not yet support technology.This study suggests that the government and related institutions provide incentives for MSMEs, improve digital literacy, and develop technology-based halal platforms. With proper support, Indonesia has the potential to become an efficient and transparent global halal industry hub

    Efektivitas Pendekatan Pembelajaran Inklusif dalam Pendidikan Umum: Tinjauan Literatur Terbaru

    The effectiveness of an inclusive learning approach in general education is the extent to which it succeeds in creating a fair and equitable learning environment for all students, regardless of their different abilities, backgrounds or special needs. Inclusive learning seeks to ensure that every student can actively participate and gain maximum benefit from the educational process. It involves adapting the curriculum, teaching methods and assessment to accommodate the different needs of students, including those with disabilities, cultural differences or socio-economic challenges. The effectiveness of this approach is measured through indicators such as increased student access and participation, better academic achievement and positive social-emotional development. Effective inclusive learning approaches not only improve individual student success but also create a more tolerant, supportive and diverse school environment. The review in this study used the literature method. The results show that this approach not only benefits students with special needs, but also positively impacts all students through improved academic and social skills. By using methods such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL), the inclusive approach creates a learning environment that is more responsive to individual differences. In addition, teacher involvement, adequate facilities, and parent and community participation play an important role in the successful implementation of inclusive learning. This study concludes that the integration of inclusive learning in the general education system is an important step towards a more equitable and comprehensive education
