UPAYA PEMERINTAH MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN ISLAM SETELAH KEMERDEKAAN
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang upaya pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan islam setelah kemerdekaan dengan metode penelitian literatur (literature review) yang mana hasilnya dapat ditemukan bahwa Upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan Pendidikan Islam setelah kemerdekaan diantaranya dengan mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan sesuai dengan periode yakni masa orde lama dimulai dari tahun 1945-1965 yang ditandainya dengan ditetapkannya peraturan bersama yang dikeluarkan tahun 1946, dikeluarkan lagi Peraturan Bersama Menteri PP dan K dan Menteri Agama: Nomor 1432/Kab tanggal 20 Januari 1951 (Pendidikan), Nomor KI/652 tanggal 20 Januari 1951 (Agama) tentang Peraturan Pendidikan Agama di Sekolah Sekolah yang salah satu Isinya adalah di tiap-tiap sekolah rendah pendidikan agama dimulai pada kelas IV, banyaknya dua jam dalam satu minggu. Dilanjutkan pada masa orde baru dimulai dari tahun 1965-1998 pada masa orde baru Pendidikan agama Islam mendapat peningkatan perhatian dengan di tetapkannya Tap MPRS Nomor XXVII/MPRS/1966 (Bagian I Pasal 1) tentang pendidikan agama di sekolah berbunyi: "Pendidikan agama menjadi mata pelajaran di sekolah-sekolah mulai dari Sekolah Dasar (kelas I) sampai dengan Universitas. Selanjutnya perkembangan Pendidikan agama Islam mengalami perhatian dan peningkatan yang signifikan pada masa reformasi yang ditandai dengan ditetapkannya Tap MPR Nomor IV/MPR/1999 tentang GBHN yang mengamanatkan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam melalui penyempurnaan sistem pendidikan agama. Tujuannya adalah agar pendidikan agama dapat lebih terpadu dan integral dengan sistem pendidikan nasional, serta didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang memadai

Penelitian ini membahas upaya yang dilakukan oleh Muhammadiyah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu organisasi Islam terbesar, Muhammadiyah memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk sistem pendidikan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam, modernitas, dan profesionalisme. Fokus kajian ini meliputi berbagai strategi yang diterapkan, seperti pengembangan kurikulum berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman, peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, dan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Muhammadiyah berhasil menciptakan model pendidikan yang tidak hanya kompetitif tetapi juga relevan dengan tantangan zaman
Madrasah Principal Planning In Realizing The Quality Of Education At Madrasah Aliyah Yasti Sekura, Sambas Regency
Madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions have a strategic role in improving the quality of education through effective planning. In Madrasah Aliyah YASTI Sekura, the planning of the madrasah principal is a crucial factor in determining the success of education, but there are still challenges in its implementation and evaluation. Studies related to the role of madrasah principals in education quality planning are still limited, so more in-depth research is needed to understand effective strategies in the madrasah context. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation and documentation methods to reveal the planning process, the factors that influence it and its impact on the quality of education. The results show that the madrasah principal plays a strategic role in developing the vision, mission and goals of the madrasah through SWOT analysis as the first step of effective planning. Implementation that involves various parties and periodic evaluation of the programs implemented has proven to be able to significantly improve the quality of education. In addition, the success of this planning depends on the competence of the madrasah head in managerial aspects and optimal resource management. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening the competence of madrasah principals in strategic leadership aspects to create a sustainable education management model that can be applied in other madrasahs
Strategy and Impact of Child-Friendly School Implementation at SDN 1 Kleco
This study aims to explore the implementation of Child-Friendly Schools in education at SDN 1 Kleco, focusing on policy aspects, challenges faced, and their impact on the student learning environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that involves interviews, observations, and documentation to collect data from school principals, teachers, students, and parents. The results show that although SDN 1 Kleco has implemented the principles of child-friendly schooling, there are still significant challenges, such as limited physical facilities and varying understandings among educators regarding this approach. However, the implementation has positively impacted students' motivation and learning comfort, increasing positive interaction between teachers and students and encouraging better student character development. This research also identifies the importance of parental and community support in strengthening the sustainability of child-friendly school programs. Thus, this research contributes to the development of more inclusive and child-friendly education policies and provides recommendations for improving facilities and more intensive teacher training
Islamic Education Management Strategy In Improving The Quality Of Teaching At MTs Al-Amiriyah
This study aims to analyze the influence of teaching time management based on the principles of time management in Islam, the use of Islamic peer review methods, and spiritual learning environment innovations in improving the quality of student learning in MTs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and relationships between research variables. The following is an adjustment of your research results to fit the request for a more detailed explanation of the method, including the number of participants, criteria, duration of observation, and data validation: The results show that the management of teaching time that follows Islamic principles, such as scheduling recitation activities on certain days such as Sunday Legi, increases student absorption through a more conducive learning atmosphere and inner peace. In addition, the Islamic peer review method based on the principles of deliberation (shura) and counsel (nashihah) has been proven to improve the quality of teaching by correcting shortcomings and strengthening strengths through constructive and collaborative evaluation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The number of research participants was 12 people, consisting of 6 teachers and 6 students in the MTS Alamiriyah environment. The criteria for selecting participants are based on active involvement in learning activities that integrate Islamic values, as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience in the environment. Observations and interviews were conducted for 2 months, with a frequency of field visits twice a week. Each interview session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes. For data validity, source triangulation was carried out (by comparing data from teachers, students, and school documentation), as well as member checking to ensure the accuracy of the researcher's interpretation of the respondent's statement. Innovations in the spiritual learning environment, such as spiritual assistance and daily dhikr, also play an important role in creating a more productive and meaningful learning atmosphere, by increasing student concentration, motivation, and character building. This study concludes that the integration of Islamic principles in learning management has a positive impact on the effectiveness of teaching and student development holistically, both intellectually and spiritually
Penggunaan Smartphone Sebagai Media Interaksi Sosial Siswa
Studi ini bertujuan menjelaskan: 1) Aktivitas siswa bersama smartphone sebagai media interaksi sosial; 2) Pengaruh positif dan negatif penggunaan Smartphone sebagai media interaksi sosial siswa. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan jenis kualitatif. Sumber utama data untuk penelitian ini adalah siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mencakup reduksi data, penyajian atau display data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data meliputi triangulasi dan member check. Kesimpulanl penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa 1) Aktivitas siswa bersama Smartphone sebagai media interaksi sosial siswa digunakan untuk komunikasi dengan orangtua, teman, dan keluarga serta mengakses informasi berupa mencari, memberikan dan menerima informasi; 2) Pengaruh positif dan negatif penggunaan Smartphone sebagai media interaksi sosial siswa dalah Pertama, memperluas jaringan persahabatan artinya menambah teman melalui aplikasi seperti facebook, whatsapp dan instagram dari yang tidak kenal menjadi kenal. Kedua, sarana komunikasi jarak jauh; Ketiga, mempermudah mengakses informasi yaitu mencari informasi dan menerima informasi dari satu sumber, sedangkan dampak negatif penggunaan smartphone sebagai media interaksi sosial siswa adalah menimbulkan rasa kecanduan, karena berlebihan game online dan kurang bersosialisasi, seperti tidak memperhatikan orang disekitarnya karena terlalu asyik dengan smartphone
Analisis Tipografi Dan Tata Letak Terhadap Daya Serap Informasi Dalam Media Cetak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh tipografi dan tata letak terhadap kejelasan informasi dalam media cetak, seperti brosur dan majalah. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena seringnya desain media cetak yang kurang efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan kepada audiens karena pemilihan tipografi dan tata letak yang kurang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka (library research), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari sampel media cetak yang mencakup berbagai kategori, seperti surat kabar, majalah, dan brosur. Sampel dipilih secara purposif untuk memastikan keberagaman dalam penggunaan tipografi dan tata letak. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa tipografi dan tata letak adalah dua elemen yang saling bergantung dalam mempengaruhi kejelasan informasi dalam media cetak. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mencapai desain media cetak yang efektif dan komunikatif, kedua elemen tipografi dan tata letak harus dipertimbangkan dengan hati-hati. Penataan elemen-elemen ini dalam kombinasi yang tepat dapat memperjelas informasi yang disampaikan dan meningkatkan pengalaman pembaca
Strategi Komunikasi Dakwah (Studi Analisis Dakwah Tradisonal dengan Inovasi Digital)
This study aims to analyze the traditional da'wah communication strategy using digital innovation as an effort to increase the effectiveness of delivering da'wah messages in the modern era. The phenomenon of shifting da'wah patterns from conventional to digital is the main focus of this study, considering the development of information technology that influences people's communication patterns. This study uses a qualitative approach with an analytical study type. Primary data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews with da'wah figures, da'wah institution administrators, and digital da'wah activists, while secondary data were obtained from documentation in the form of lecture recordings, social media content, and related literature. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was checked using source triangulation techniques, technical triangulation, member checks and peer debriefing. The results of the study show that traditional da'wah communication strategies combined with digital innovation are able to increase audience reach, strengthen da'wah interactions, and enrich da'wah message delivery methods. This research is expected to contribute to the development of da'wah strategies that are more adaptive and relevant to the needs of contemporary society
Restructuring of Murabahah Agreement Financing: Case Study at PT Bank Muamalat Banjarmasin Branch Office
This research discusses the problematic financing settlement policy regulated by Peraturan Bank Indonesia (PBI) No. 10/18/PBI/2008, Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No. POJK.03/2019, and Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) No. 47, 48, 49/DSN/MUI/II/2005. Furthermore, this study analyses the implementation of these policies at Bank Muamalat KC Banjarmasin concerning relevant regulations. This research uses a qualitative approach through field research methodology, with data collection conducted through direct interviews with relevant informants. After collecting the data, the author describes, describes, and analyses the policy and implementation of financing restructuring with murabahah contracts at Bank Muamalat KC Banjarmasin. The results showed that the murabaha contract financing restructuring policy at the bank has been implemented comprehensively and by the provisions contained in PBI No. 10/18/PBI/2008, POJK No. 10/POJK.03/Year 2019, and DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 47, 48, 49/DSN/MUI/II/2005, which includes three main elements: rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring (3R)
Pandangan Tokoh MUI Serdang Bedagai terhadap Pemilihan Pasangan dalam Pernikahan karena Undian: Studi Kasus Desa Pematang Setrak Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu
This study aims to explore the perspective of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) of Serdang Bedagai Regency on the practice of marriage through a lottery system, which took place in Pematang Setrak Village, Teluk Mengkudu Subdistrict, as a response to an out-of-wedlock pregnancy case. The practice involved drawing lots among several men allegedly involved to determine who would marry the pregnant woman, in order to preserve family honor and clarify the child’s lineage. This research employed a qualitative field method through interviews with local MUI figures. The findings indicate that the MUI views such a marriage as valid under Islamic law, as long as it fulfills the essential requirements and pillars of marriage, although the lottery method is not normative in Islamic jurisprudence. The MUI also emphasizes the need for religious counseling and post-marital guidance to ensure the couple can build a family based on Islamic values. This study contributes to the contemporary discourse on Islamic law by addressing how it interacts with emerging social practices
