Pengembangan Pengembangan Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam Multikultural di Pondok Pesantren
Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam di pondok pesantren yang diarahkan untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai multikulturalisme dan moderasi beragama dalam praktik pendidikan sehari-hari. Melalui pendekatan kajian pustaka (literature review), penelitian ini menelaah berbagai literatur ilmiah dan hasil penelitian terkini terkait inovasi kurikulum PAI berbasis multikultural. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum di pesantren telah bergeser dari pendekatan tradisional menuju model yang lebih kontekstual dan responsif terhadap realitas keberagaman masyarakat. Nilai-nilai seperti toleransi, keadilan, kesetaraan, dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan diintegrasikan ke dalam materi ajar, kegiatan sosial keagamaan, serta pola interaksi antar-santri yang hidup dalam komunitas multietnik dan multikultural. Kurikulum ini tidak hanya membentuk santri yang religius secara spiritual, tetapi juga mendorong terciptanya karakter santri yang moderat, inklusif, dan berdaya saing sosial. Dengan demikian, pesantren tampil sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berperan aktif dalam merawat harmoni sosial dan memperkuat kohesi masyarakat Indonesia yang majemu
RELEVANSI DAN IMPLEMENTASI FIQH MUAMALAH DALAM TRANSAKSI EKONOMI MODERN
Fiqh muamalah memiliki peran penting dalam mengatur transaksi ekonomi umat Islam sesuai prinsip syariah. Dalam era globalisasi dan digitalisasi, transformasi teknologi seperti fintech, blockchain, dan platform crowdfunding menuntut penyesuaian konsep muamalah agar tetap relevan. Artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana kaidah-kaidah fiqh, seperti ad-dharar yuzal (kemudaratan harus dihilangkan), al-‘adah muhakkamah (kebiasaan dapat menjadi hukum), dan al-yaqin la yuzal bil syakk (keyakinan tidak dapat dihilangkan dengan keraguan), diterapkan dalam praktik transaksi modern. Pendekatan Maqashid Syariah juga digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap transaksi mendukung kemaslahatan (maslahah) dan mencegah kerusakan (mafsadah).Studi ini menemukan bahwa penerapan akad-akad klasik seperti salam, istishna’, dan mudharabah dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan era digital. Namun, tantangan tetap ada, seperti kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang fiqh muamalah, perkembangan teknologi yang cepat, dan kebutuhan fatwa yang berkelanjutan. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa fiqh muamalah tidak hanya bersifat normatif, tetapi juga dinamis, memungkinkan integrasi antara prinsip syariah dan inovasi modern. Dengan pendekatan konseptual ini, fiqh muamalah dapat terus relevan sebagai pedoman utama dalam transaksi ekonomi kontemporer
Evolusi Metode Pembelajaran dengan Teknologi: Kajian Literatur Tentang Efektivitas dan Tantangannya
This research examines the evolution of technology-enabled learning methods and their effectiveness and challenges through in-depth literature analysis. The research method in this study uses the literature method. The results show that educational technology has undergone rapid development and proven to enhance interaction, personalisation and accessibility in the teaching and learning process. E-learning platforms, educational apps and other digital tools can enrich students' learning experience and support flexibility in learning. However, the study also identified a number of challenges, such as the digital divide that hinders equitable access to technology, limited digital skills among teachers and students, and privacy and data security concerns. To maximise the benefits of technology in education, collaborative efforts are needed that include infrastructure investment, intensive training for educators and the implementation of policies that ensure safe and inclusive use of technology. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for policy makers, educators and researchers in advancing technology integration in the education system
Implementation Of Balanced Scorecard Based Educational Management Evaluation Model
Effective education management requires a comprehensive and data-driven evaluation system to ensure continuous quality improvement. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategic evaluation model that allows educational institutions to measure performance from four main perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal processes, and growth and learning. By implementing BSC, educational management can identify strengths and weaknesses in resource management, learning effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and teacher development. This study examines the implementation of BSC in educational management evaluation, showing that this approach can improve transparency, operational efficiency, and the relevance of the education system to the needs of the times. Despite challenges such as resistance to change and limited resources, the implementation of BSC has been proven to provide strategic benefits in improving the quality of education. With BSC-based evaluation, educational institutions can develop policies that are more adaptive, innovative, and oriented towards improving quality as a whole
Desentralisasi Pengelolaan Pendidikan Menengah di Indonesia: Dampak, Tantangan, dan Implikasi Kebijakan
. Penelitian ini mengkaji desentralisasi pengelolaan pendidikan menengah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pengalihan kewenangan dari pemerintah kabupaten/kota ke pemerintah provinsi. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemerataan akses pendidikan serta efisiensi administrasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah systematic literature review dengan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Sebanyak 31 dokumen relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2024 dianalisis, diperoleh dari basis data utama seperti Scopus, Google Scholar, dan Garuda. Kajian ini mengeksplorasi variasi implementasi kebijakan antarwilayah, dampaknya terhadap distribusi sumber daya, serta mekanisme koordinasi antarpemerintah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa di provinsi dengan kapasitas administratif yang kuat, desentralisasi berdampak positif terhadap pelatihan guru, alokasi sumber daya, dan perencanaan infrastruktur. Sebaliknya, di wilayah dengan kesiapan rendah, desentralisasi justru memperburuk ketimpangan akibat keterlambatan pendanaan, distribusi guru berkualitas yang tidak merata, serta keterbatasan fasilitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan yang adaptif, penguatan kapasitas daerah, serta tata kelola pendidikan yang terintegrasi. Secara teoritis, studi ini memperluas kerangka analisis desentralisasi dalam konteks pendidikan menengah. Secara praktis, temuan ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi perancang kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi yang responsif terhadap ketimpangan antar wilaya
Designing Mobile Game “Tebak Kata Inggris” as the Media of Teaching Vocabulary for Primary School Students: A Development Research for Four Grade Students in SD Integral Luqman Al-Hakim Pontianak
This study explores the development of an Android-based mobile game application, "Tebak Kata Inggris," designed to enhance English vocabulary learning for elementary students at Luqman Al-Hakim Qur'an-Based Integral Elementary School in Pontianak. Addressing the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of education, the research utilizes the MIT App Inventor software to create an engaging, user-friendly educational tool. The game aims to increase student motivation, engagement, and vocabulary proficiency by providing an interactive learning experience that can be accessed at school, home, or play areas. The findings suggest that mobile educational games can effectively supplement traditional teaching methods, making English learning more appealing and accessible for young learners. This approach aligns with the school's mission to develop linguistic competence alongside character education, leveraging technology to meet educational objectives more effectively
Konsep Keseimbangan Harta dalam Al-Qur’an: Analisis Ayat-Ayat Al Qur’an mengenai Hak Milik dan Distribusi Harta Kekayaan
One of the important themes of property rights in which the Qur'an provides the position of property rights, both how to obtain property rights, maintain property rights and distribute wealth that has been syarized. This paper aims to reveal the role of the Qur'an in maintaining property rights and distributing property so as to create a balance of property. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative and tafsir approach from the language of the verse in the Qur'an relating to maintaining property rights and distributing wealth. This study confirms that the Qur'an teaches Muslims to acquire wealth in a halal way, use it wisely, and fulfill social responsibilities. The application of the concept of the balance of wealth in the Quran in the economic life of modern Muslims can create an economy that is fair, sustainable, and brings blessings to individuals and society
Forum Kemitraan Polisi Masyarakat dan Pemolisian Masyarakat: Kajian Implementasi Peraturan Kepolisian RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 tentang Pemolisian Masyarakat
This study aims to see how effective the implementation of the Republic of Indonesia National Police Regulation Number 1 of 2021 concerning Community Policing by the Community Police Partnership Forum in Tekarang District is?, and what are the supporting and inhibiting elements in the implementation of the Regulation?. This study uses empirical law, which is a legal research method with a field research approach or factual conditions that occur in the social environment. To obtain data, researchers use observation and interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the application of the law to the Republic of Indonesia National Police Regulation Number 1 of 2021 concerning Community Policing by the Community Police Partnership Forum in Tekarang District has not been implemented effectively, and that the supporting factors include: the legal factor itself, law enforcement factors and community factors, while the inhibiting factor is the law enforcement factor which is only limited to the formation of the Community Police Partnership Forum (FKPM), but there is no work program. In addition, the facility factor is the absence of the Community Police Partnership Center (BKPM) and the factor of minimal public awareness and understanding of FKPM and community policing

The kalam science is considered an Islamic science that has succeeded in becoming the hallmark of Islam. Even in Orientalist literature it receives special attention, as a special approach too. In al-Dur al-Farīd contains the core themes of kalam science by following the flow of the verses of Al-Laqqani's poetry, the author is also sensitive to modernity and even corresponded with Rashid Ridha. Meanwhile, this can be considered as the greatest work of Indonesian kalam science. This research will provide important information that there are Indonesian ulama whose expertise is on par with world ulama. This study will use Husserl's phenomenological approach, so that we can approach Senori's intentionality and consciousness more clearly
Politeness in Requesting and Refusing within Students' Conversation at SMP Al-Washliyah 24 Medan
The purpose of this study is to examine the use of politeness strategies in requesting and refusing within students' conversations at SMP Al-Washliyah 24 Medan, particularly among Generation Z learners in the millennial era. This research adopts a qualitative approach, using interviews and observation as instruments for data collection. The data were analyzed qualitatively to assess how students apply politeness in everyday communication. The findings reveal that students' approaches to learning, discussion styles, and use of learning resources are significantly influenced by their surrounding environment and upbringing. Although students are actively involved in various school-based activities and organizations, a decline in manners and moral values was observed, which is attributed to generational shifts and reduced emphasis on character education. Furthermore, the influence of technological advancement and liberal educational practices appears to shape students’ critical thinking, particularly in adapting to frequent changes in curriculum and learning models
