Edukasi dan Penilaian Resiko Kebencanaan di Kelurahan Kaligintung, Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
Kaligintung is one of the villages located in the southwest of the city of Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta and has the potential for disaster events because it consists of hills and is also located not far from the beach in southern Java. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to educate related to disaster risk analysis based on the impact and probability of disaster events. This activity is carried out through an approach in the form of counseling, dissemination of information through discussions, and technical assistance related to the implementation of geo-hydrometeorological disaster information. The education carried out was related to the disaster risk map which shows that the northern part of the village is a landslide-prone area because the sharp slope and sedimentary soil characteristics still make this area a very risky area for landslides. In addition, the southern part of the village is prone to flooding as it is the lowest point in the overall topography of the village. The absorption of the material was measured by pretest and posttest activities before and after the delivery of the material. The results show that the education provided can be conveyed to residents as seen from the success of the percentage of correct answers that increased during the posttest
Mengenali Teknik Pemecahan Masalah melalui Permainan Rantai Kertas - Studi Kasus Siswa Menengah Atas
Education plays a crucial role in every individual's life, providing opportunities to acquire knowledge, develop skills, and shape attitudes. One essential aspect of education is how students cultivate leadership skills and actively participate in organizations. However, students often face various challenges while carrying out organizational tasks, and a lack of problem-solving skills can hinder their effectiveness. To address this issue, a community service activity was conducted to provide creative problem-solving training for students involved in school organizations. This training aimed to equip students with both the mental resilience and practical skills needed to handle problems, whether anticipated or unexpected. A total of 29 students from SMK Tarakanita South Jakarta participated in this experiential learning program. The learning approach used in this program was experiential learning, which emphasizes learning through direct experience. Additionally, the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach was integrated into the activities. The evaluation results demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in the student's knowledge and behavior after participating in the paper chain game activity. The findings suggest that important life skills including problem-solving skills can be effectively taught from a young age using experiential learning methods. TINJAUAN YURIDIS PEMENUHAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA BAGI WARGA BINAAN PEMASYARAKATAN (Studi Penelitian Di Lapas Kelas II A Palopo)
Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemenuhan hak asasi manusia bagi warga binaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Palopo, 2) hambatan dalam memenuhi hak asasi manusia di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Palopo. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data dan informasi melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pemenuhan hak asasi manusia bagi warga binaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Palopo berupa pemberian kegiatan pembinaan, hak integrasi warga binaan, dan layanan kesehatan, 2) hambatan dalam pemenuhan hak asasi manusia bagi warga binaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Palopo yaitu kurangnya petugas pemasyarakatan, sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai, terbatasnya anggaran
ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI DALAM PENINGKATAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR CAMAT INSANA TENGAH
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kinerja pegawai dalam aspek kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, inisiatif, kemampuan, dan komunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan dari pegawai kantor camat dan masyarakat. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kerja pegawai telah memenuhi target pelayanan, namun masih ditemukan kekurangan dalam ketelitian dan akurasi dokumen. Ketepatan waktu menjadi kendala utama karena sebagian pegawai datang terlambat dan pulang sebelum jam kerja berakhir. Inisiatif pegawai masih rendah, dengan kecenderungan menunggu arahan pimpinan. Kemampuan pegawai cukup baik dari sisi latar belakang pendidikan, tetapi belum sepenuhnya diimbangi dengan keterampilan kerja dan koordinasi yang optimal. Komunikasi antarpegawai dan dengan masyarakat belum berjalan efektif, disebabkan oleh minimnya pelatihan dan keterbatasan fasilitas. Secara keseluruhan, kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Insana Tengah tergolong cukup baik namun masih perlu ditingkatkan melalui penguatan kedisiplinan, peningkatan kapasitas, pembinaan sikap kerja proaktif, serta perbaikan sistem komunikasi untuk mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang lebih optimal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kinerja pegawai dalam aspek kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, inisiatif, kemampuan, dan komunikasi. Governance and Utilization of the Bode Watershed in Gorontalo: Public Perceptions and Sustainability Challenges
The Bone Watershed (DAS Bone) in Gorontalo Province serves as a vital resource supporting agriculture, fisheries, and clean water supply. However, it faces significant challenges such as land conversion, deforestation, resource exploitation, and weak oversight of illegal mining activities. This study aims to evaluate community perceptions of the management and utilization of DAS Bone and to identify sustainability challenges. A mixed-method approach was applied, combining quantitative surveys using a Likert scale with qualitative in-depth interviews involving 100 respondents living in the watershed area. Findings reveal that most community members have a positive perception of the importance of watershed conservation and believe that environmental sustainability has been considered in current management efforts. Nonetheless, respondents also highlighted a lack of regular outreach and insufficient government supervision, particularly concerning gold and C-excavation mining. Economically, water and fisheries usage provide tangible benefits, whereas agriculture is seen as less supportive of livelihoods due to flood vulnerability. On the other hand, there is strong community support for renewable energy development, such as mini-hydro and psycho hydro technologies, due to their environmental friendliness and socio-economic benefits. This study recommends enhancing community involvement, integrated monitoring systems, and sustainable infrastructure and energy planning. The findings are expected to serve as a policy input for local governments to design more community-based and sustainable watershed management strategies
Linearity of Diameter and Height to Biomass and Carbon Storage of Gmelina arborea in Mirring Village Community Forest
Biomass and carbon are forest products stored in plants as a result of photosynthesis. Gmelina arborea, as a community forest plant in Mirring Village, produces biomass and stored carbon, influenced by various factors including diameter and plant height. The purpose of this study was to analyze the linear relationship between the diameter and height of Gmelina arborea and its biomass and stored carbon. The method used was a survey and measurement of the diameter and height of 35 Gmelina arborea trees, followed by an analysis of their linearity and the coefficient of determination (R²) generated from the relationship analysis. The results showed a very strong linear relationship between diameter and biomass and stored carbon, and a fairly strong relationship between height and biomass and stored carbon. The R² values from both relationship analyses were 0.741 and 0.908, respectively. This indicates that the diameter and height of Gmelina arborea can explain the variation in biomass and stored carbon values well
STUDY LITERATURE REVIEW : THE IMPACT ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE ON FIRM VALUE
This study aims to determine the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance on Company value. The method used in this study is a literature search from three electronic databases, namely Google Scholar, Emerald, ScienceDirect, and Tilor. The method used in this study is a literature review study by reviewing 49 articles consisting of 22 articles from national journals and 27 articles from international journals published in 2020 to 2024. Based on the results of the analysis of the articles reviewed in this study, it shows that the study shows that ESG has a significant positive effect on company value, where good social and environmental responsibility can improve the company's image and investor attraction. The better the company is in carrying out social and environmental responsibilities, the company's value tends to increase. In addition, the implementation of good governance also plays an important role in ensuring that ESG practices can have a positive impact on the company. However, not all studies find a positive relationship between ESG and company value. Several studies show that the influence of ESG can be insignificant or even negative, especially when environmental actions take a long time to produce results or when the investment required is very high. This study shows that the influence of ESG on firm value is complex and can vary depending on other factors involved, both in the short and long term
KEBANGKRUTAN PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR RESTORAN MASA SEBELUM HINGGA PANDEMI COVID-19, DENGAN METODE ALTMAN Z-SCORE.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebangkrutan pada perusahaan restoran sebelum hingga pandemi covid-19 yang diukur menggunakan metode altman Z-Score. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan 4 data Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021. Penelitian ini dibantu dengan Program Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan analisis dengan menggunakan metode Altman pada PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk dan PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk berada dalam kriteria bangkrut pada 2020 semester II sedangkan PT MAP Boga Adiperkasa Tbk dan PT Pioneerindo Gourmet International Tbk berada dalam kriteria bangkrut pada 2020 semester I s/d 2021 semester I, tingkat akurasi yaitu 90% karena dari 20 sampel yang telah di teliti 18 sampel prediksi benar.Kata kunci: Kebangkrutan, Altman Z-Score, Covid-19AbstractThis research aims to determine the level of bankruptcy in restaurant companies before the Covid-19 pandemic as measured using the Altman Z-Score method. This research is quantitative research with data on 4 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. This research was assisted by the Microsoft Excel program. Based on analysis using the Altman method, PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk and PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk are in bankruptcy criteria in the second semester of 2020, while PT MAP Boga Adiperkasa Tbk and PT Pioneerindo Gourmet International Tbk are in bankruptcy criteria in the first semester of 2020 to 2021 semester. PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN PENGEMBANGAN KETERAMPILAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI SEBAGAI MODERASI PADA KANTOR PENDAPATAN DAERAH KOTA MAKASSAR
AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan pengembangan keterampialn pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Pendapatan Daerah Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang terdapat pada kantor pendapatan daerah kota makassar sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Wawancara (interview) dan Daftar pertanyaan/angket (quesioner). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan menggunakan model Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan SmartPLS versi 3. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan sebagai moderasi dalam mempengaruhi kompetensi dan pengembangan keerampilan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan dar hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh interaksi antara variabel kompetensi dan variabel pengembangan keterampilan serta moderator budaya organisasi terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai tidak terjadi secara kebetulan, tetapi benar-benar ada dalam populasi yang sedang dianalisis..Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Pengembangan Keterampilan, Kinerja Pegawai, Budaya OrganisasiAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and employee skill development on employee performance moderated by organizational culture. This research was conducted at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Office. The research method used is quantitative research method with explanatory research approach. The population in this study were all employees in the Makassar city regional revenue office as many as 100 samples. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis and uses the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model with the help of SmartPLS version 3. From this study it was found that organizational culture has a positive and significant relationship as moderation in influencing competence and skill development on employee performance. The conclusion from the results of this study shows that the interaction effect between competency variables and skills development variables and the moderator of organizational culture on employee performance variables does not occur by chance, but actually exists in the population being analyzed.Keywords: Competence, Skill Development, Employee Performance, Organizational Cultur
