Design of an Information System for Regulation and Survey of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Gunungsitoli City
In today's digital era, the use of information technology in the government sector has become an urgent need to improve efficiency, transparency, and public services. Globally, digital transformation in the public sector is encouraging governments in various countries to build technology-based systems to strengthen governance and public participation (Nurkartika, 2025). In the context of the ever-growing digital transformation of government, the need for adaptive and responsive information systems is essential, especially in managing regulations and conducting public satisfaction surveys. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Regulatory Information System and Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) Survey at the Gunungsitoli City Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD). The software development method used is Waterfall, including the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In the implementation process, the system was built using the CodeIgniter 3 framework and SBAdmin template, with PHP, HTML, and CSS programming languages, and a MySQL database. Testing was carried out using the Blackbox Testing method and showed that all main features of the system, such as regulatory management, IKM survey input, and report generation, functioned validly. These results confirm that the system is capable of supporting agency operational efficiency, increasing public transparency, and strengthening the principles of good governance. Thus, this research not only contributes to improving the quality of public services, but also opens up opportunities for developing similar systems in other government agencies
Implementation of the FIFO System and Its Impact on Asset Stock Accuracy at the Nias Regency Statistics Office
State Property (BMN) is a crucial asset that supports the operations of government agencies and reflects state assets that must be managed in an orderly, efficient, and accountable manner. BMN management encompasses recording, maintenance, data updating, and reporting, which require a fast, accurate, and easily accessible information system. In response to these challenges, this study aims to implement a web-based BMN recording and updating system using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. This system is expected to improve recording accuracy, accelerate reporting, and support digital transformation in asset management within the Nias Regency Statistics Agency (BPS). Implementing the FIFO (First In, First Out) system is a strategic step to improve the accuracy of asset stock recording at the Nias Regency Statistics Agency (BPS) Office. Previously, manual spreadsheet-based asset management led to the risk of recording errors, reporting delays, and a lack of efficiency. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based system that supports the FIFO method to improve the accuracy and efficiency of asset stock management. Research data was collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis, using a waterfall software development approach. The results showed that implementing the FIFO system improved stock accuracy by up to 95%, accelerated the audit process, and simplified reporting. Further development, such as integration with cloud technology and mobile applications, is recommended to support sustainable and efficient asset management within the Nias Regency BPS
Making a Web-Based Service Request Management System Application at The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP)
A company can store data quickly and securely using a computerized system rather than a manual one. The increasingly innovative and diverse development of technology today, and the difficulty of containing its development, makes all aspects of today's business dependent on computerized aspects that are integrated with the world of technology and informatics. Web-based information systems in Indonesia are increasingly being felt in supporting daily activities, both economic and non-economic. The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) requires a good network and server monitoring system to maintain the availability and performance of IT services. The problem faced is the lack of real-time visibility into the condition of the IT infrastructure, which can hinder early detection of system disruptions or anomalies. This study aims to design and implement a network and server monitoring system using Zabbix as an open-source solution that is able to monitor performance, availability, and provide automatic notifications when failures occur. The methods used include literature review, needs analysis, system architecture design, implementation of Zabbix Server and Agent, and system testing in the BPKP environment. The implementation results demonstrated that Zabbix was capable of providing comprehensive data visualization, real-time monitoring, and an effective alert system. In conclusion, the implementation of Zabbix successfully increased the efficiency of IT infrastructure management at BPKP and can serve as the basis for developing broader monitoring for all BPKP representatives
Analysis of Boarding House Payment Patterns Using Data Visualization Techniques to Identify Delay Factors
In an increasingly competitive business environment, the ability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to survive heavily depends on effective cash flow management. Boarding house businesses, as a form of MSMEs in the service sector, face crucial challenges due to late rental payments by tenants. Management practices that are often reactive and intuitive have proven less effective in identifying the root causes of such issues. This study aims to apply an analytical approach using data visualization techniques to analyze rental payment patterns at Kost Green, Semarang. The main objective is to discover significant temporal patterns and identify tenant profile factors that strongly correlate with late payment behavior. The methodology employed is exploratory data analysis with a quantitative and visual approach, using primary data in the form of historical rental payment transactions over a one-year period, covering attributes such as tenant status and room type. The analysis process begins with a data preprocessing stage, in which a key analytical feature, Days_Late, is engineered to measure the duration of delays. The analysis is conducted using the Python programming language supported by the Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn libraries. The findings reveal the existence of high-risk tenant segments (students) and critical time periods (certain months of the year) when delays tend to increase. The outcome of this research is a visual analytical report that provides a strong foundation for Kost Green management to make data-driven decisions, design more proactive and segmented billing strategies, and ultimately improve payment discipline and maintain healthy business cash flow

Analysis of the Influence of Digital Marketing Strategies on Customer Loyalty in the Post-Pandemic Era 2022-2024
Covid-19 created a distinct pattern in Indonesian product marketing, namely shopping through online stores. This pattern then changed consumer habits in selecting, having interest in, and purchasing goods, as well as for business actors in promoting their products. The purposed of this study was to identify and analyze the extent to which digital marketing strategies affect customer loyalty in the post-pandemic Covid-19 era during the period of 2022 to 2024. The method used in this research was associative quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). This approach aimed to determine both the simultaneous and partial effects of each variable, with a sample of 200 respondents. The resulted of this study, based on multiple linear regression and ANOVA analysis, showed that the three independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on customer loyalty, with an R Square value of 0.464, meaning that 46.4% of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by this model. The ANOVA test produced a significance value of 0.000, confirming that the overall regression model is significant. Partially, the three independent variables—personalization, social media engagement, and customer experience—were found to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, customer loyalty. The conclusion drawn from this study is that digital marketing strategies based on personalization, social media interaction, and digital experience are proven to have a significant effect on customer loyalty
