Analysis of the Relationship Between Resilience and Stress Levels Among University Employees
Stres di tempat kerja merupakan salah satu masalah yang banyak dihadapi oleh karyawan, termasuk di sektor pendidikan. Sedangkan Resiliensi, yang didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan individu untuk bangkit kembali dan beradaptasi dalam menghadapi situasi stres atau krisis, telah diidentifikasi sebagai faktor penting dalam mengelola stres kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Resiliensi Terhadap Tingkat Stress Kerja Pada Karyawan Universitas Mohammad Husni Thamrin. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian yaitu karyawan Universitas Mohammad Husni Thamrin, sebanyak 104 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan responden yang terlibat mayoritas berumur 46-55 tahun sebanyak 38 orang (36,5%), berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 67 orang (64,4%), berasal dari Fakultas Kesehatan sebanyak 51 orang (49%), mayoritas dari luar program studi sebanyak 32 orang (30,8%) dan sebagai karyawan tetap sebesar 84 orang (80,8%), memiliki resiliensi tinggi sebesar 60 orang (57,7%), tingkat stress nya berada ada rentang normal sebesar 61 orang (58,7%). Hasil Analisis menunjukan dengan korelasi Spearman Rank, diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (ρ) sebesar –0,243 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,013 (p < 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara resiliensi dengan tingkat stres karyawan.Arah hubungan negatif berarti bahwa semakin tinggi resiliensi yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin rendah tingkat stres yang dialaminya, dengan nilai ρ = –0,243, kekuatan hubungan termasuk dalam kategori lemah. Rekomendasi perlunya edukasi untuk pencegahan dampak lebih lanjut dari tingkat stress karyawan
Beban Psikologis dan Kualitas Hidup Pada Pasien Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronis: Sebuah Tinjauan Literatur
Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) merupakan beban kesehatan utama yang tidak hanya menyebabkan gangguan fisik tetapi juga beban psikologis signifikan berupa depresi, ansietas, dan penurunan kualitas hidup. Tinjauan literatur sistematis ini menganalisis 14 studi dari berbagai negara untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara beban psikologis dan kualitas hidup pasien PPOK. Hasil menunjukkan prevalensi depresi 17,6%-57,6% dan ansietas 37,2% pada pasien PPOK, terutama pada lansia. Faktor risiko meliputi gangguan tidur, usia lanjut, status sosial ekonomi rendah, durasi penyakit, dan keparahan klinis. Dampak signifikan meliputi keterbatasan aktivitas fisik, isolasi sosial, dan beban pada caregiver. Intervensi psikologis seperti wawancara motivasional, mindfulness, dan manajemen psikiatri dalam rehabilitasi pulmoner terbukti meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan mengurangi gejala psikologis. Pendekatan biopsikososial yang komprehensif, termasuk asesmen psikologis rutin, layanan multidisiplin, dukungan caregiver, dan kebijakan nasional yang mengakui kesehatan mental, sangat diperlukan untuk penatalaksanaan PPOK yang optimal
Analysis of Risk Factors for Anemia in Pregnant Women in the Working Area of the Soe City Health Center, South Central Timor Regency: Analisis Faktor Risiko Kejadian Anemia pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Soe Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan
Background: Anemia is a condition where there is a lack of red blood cells (erythrocytes) in the blood circulation or a low hemoglobin mass that is unable to fulfill its function as an oxygen carrier to all tissues. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the relationship between several risk factors and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the Soe City Health Center Working Area, South Central Timor Regency. Method: This study is an analytic observational study using Case Control design. This study was conducted at the Soe City Health Center in May 2024. The population in this study were all 785 pregnant women. The sample in this study amounted to 130 respondents with a ratio of 1:1, namely 65 respondents from the case group and 65 respondents from the control group, data collection was carried out using interview techniques to 130 respondents using random sampling techniques. Results: The results showed that maternal age did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women (p=0.661; OR=1.212), parity had a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women (p=0.007; OR=2.348), adherence to taking Fe tablets had a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women (p=0.000; OR=256.000), frequency of ANC visits had a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women (p=0.000; OR=114.750), education had no significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women (p=1.000; OR=1.000), and economic level had a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women (p=0.000; OR=10.141)
Activity Daily Living (ADL) dan Riwayat Penyakit Kronis Terhadap Depresi Lansia di Aceh Barat Daya
Depression in the elderly is a significant and common mental health concern, especially among those with limited daily activities and chronic disease histories. This study analyzed the relationship between activities of daily living (ADL) and chronic disease history with depression among the elderly in the working area of Lembah Sabil Health Center, Southwest Aceh District. A quantitative cross-sectional design was used, conducted in June–July 2025 with 101 participants. Data were collected via questionnaires and medical records, and analyzed using univariate, bivariate (chi-square), and multivariate (logistic regression) methods. Significant associations were found between ADL and depression (p = 0.000), and between chronic disease history and depression (p = 0.001). Multivariate analysis showed chronic disease history as the dominant factor (OR = 6.640).

Enhancing Quality Of Teacher Services Through Strengthening Knowledge Management, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Support And Job Satisfaction
Customer perceptions regarding the comparison between fulfilling needs and desires and the accuracy of delivery to balance customer expectations which are closely related to the quality of products, services and human resources are called Service Quality. Teachers are the main aspect and key determinant of successful learning, policy implementation and creative, innovative efforts, as well as the democratization of education. Teachers are the main players and spearheads in the world of education. Therefore, the existence of programs that concretely always support, accompany and help to continue to develop the personal and professional qualities of teachers is a guarantee for brilliant education. Based on preliminary research, it is known that the permanent foundation teachers (GTY) of PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bogor Regency have relatively suboptimal service quality. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to improving service quality. The aim of this research is to make efforts to improve the quality of service for vocational school teachers by conducting research on the influence of the variables knowledge management, interpersonal communication, organizational support and job satisfaction. This research uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis in order to obtain optimal solutions in an effort to improve the quality of vocational school teacher services
Training in the Use of Artificial Intelligence Software for Academic Purposes of High School Students
In the ever-evolving digital era, understanding and skills in artificial intelligence (AI) technology are becoming increasingly important, especially for students at the secondary level. This training aims to introduce students to the basic concepts of AI and its applications in academic contexts, as well as to improve their ability to use AI-based software to support the teaching and learning process. Research shows that the application of AI in education can provide strong technical support for personalized learning, allowing students to learn according to their own style and pace. In addition, AI also has the potential to increase student engagement through gamification methods, which can create a more engaging and effective learning experience. However, it is important to consider ethical and transparency issues in the use of AI, including the protection of student data and the adaptation of the role of teachers in learning contexts that are increasingly influenced by this technology. This training involves a variety of interactive and practical methods, including simulations and the use of relevant AI software, to ensure that students not only understand the theory but can also apply it in real situations. Thus, it is hoped that students can develop the skills needed to face challenges in the academic and professional world that are increasingly influenced by technology. The program also seeks to build awareness of the importance of AI education among students, which is in line with the national education policy that encourages the development of digital skills. Through this training, it is expected that students will not only gain knowledge about AI, but also develop a positive attitude towards this technology, so that they can utilize it optimally in their studies and in the future
Improving Adolescents' Knowledge in Efforts to Prevent Depression and Suicide Idea at SMK Respati 1 East Jakarta
Adolescent mental health has become a serious concern in Indonesia. Adolescents experiencing severe depression are often vulnerable to suicidal thoughts or desires. According to WHO data, suicide is the second leading cause of death among adolescents globally. In 2024, the increasing number of reports of adolescents considering or attempting suicide is a serious concern. This community service project aims to improve adolescents' cognitive understanding and provide education on preventing depression and suicidal thoughts. This activity was held at SMK Respati 1, East Jakarta in May 2025, involving 42 students in grades 10 and 11, as well as several teachers. The implementation process began with a site survey, permit processing, and discussions with the school regarding the activity's objectives. The activity began with a pre-test, followed by health education on preventing depression and suicidal thoughts, and concluded with a post-test. The results showed a 57.2% increase in student knowledge on the topic, from only 7.1% of students with good knowledge in the pre-test to 64.3% after participating in the activity. As a follow-up, it is hoped that students will implement efforts to prevent depression and suicidal ideation in their schools and surrounding areas. Principals and teachers are also expected to act as facilitators in supporting the implementation of these prevention measures
Mapping the Location and Infrastructure of Slum Settlement Areas in Palembang City Using Mobile-Based GIS
Slum settlements are one of the problems that the government in Indonesia needs to pay more attention to, one of which is the city of Palembang. To manage slum settlements, the first thing that needs to be considered is the infrastructure. Because infrastructure is the first step to support the smooth activities of the surrounding community. This can be seen if the infrastructure does not meet the requirements, such as the physical condition seen from the buildings which are very close together with low construction quality, the roads are damaged and have potholes, the public sanitation and drainage are not functioning as well as the large amount of rubbish which is not managed properly. This could all happen due to government limitations in the monitoring and checking process. To make it easier for the community and government, the author developed an Application for Mapping Locations and Infrastructure of Slum Settlement Areas in Palembang City Using Mobile-Based GIS. GIS is an organized collection of computer hardware, software, geographic data and personnel designed to efficiently acquire, store, update and display all forms of geographically referenced information. In this research, the research methodology used is the Extreme Programming method. In making this application the author used a mobile programming base as a system development application. Research results show that this application can make it easier for the public to make complaints regarding slum conditions and help the government monitor and handle problems more effectively
Design of Interactive Waste Sorting Program Using Engine Construct 2 as Alternative Learning Media
Environmental issues at the global and national levels are becoming important issues in efforts to keep the earth better. Unsustainable waste management results in pollution, ecosystem damage, and climate change are ongoing environmental problems. In Indonesia, unmanaged waste disposal disrupts the ecosystem and pollutes the environment. Open burning of waste emits toxic gases that are harmful to public health. The accumulation of plastic waste that is harmful to the environment is caused by excessive use of plastic waste and the lack of an efficient recycling system. To solve this problem, a broad approach is needed that includes policy changes, infrastructure financing, community education, and encouraging recycling practices. The Interactive Waste Sorting Program is a web-based learning tool designed to help elementary school students understand the types of waste and how to manage it. With interactive features such as images, sounds, songs, and evaluations, this game encourages learning. Research shows that Interactive Program-based learning increases student interest. The use of this application is expected to support resource conservation education, increase environmental awareness, and change the way students manage waste. The development of this Interactive Program application uses the waterfall method, which consists of the stages of requirements, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. As a result, this Interactive Program allows students to play independently and help teachers deliver lessons. Overall, the development of this learning media is expected to encourage further innovation in information and communication technology-based education
Design of an Exam Cheating Detection System Application Based on Machine Learning with the Computer Vision Method
Exam cheating is a persistent problem facing educational institutions worldwide. This cheating not only harms honest students but also undermines the integrity of the education system. In today's digital age, various forms of cheating are increasingly difficult to detect using manual proctoring methods. For example, test takers can use hidden technological devices or engage in non-verbal communication that is difficult for human proctors to detect. This suggests that traditional proctoring is less effective in addressing increasingly sophisticated cheating. Abstract Exam cheating is a serious problem that can compromise the integrity of the education system. Manual proctoring is often ineffective in identifying suspicious behavior that occurs during exams. This study aims to design and develop a machine learning-based exam cheating detection system with computer vision methods. This system uses facial recognition technology, motion tracking, and object detection to identify suspicious activities such as the use of prohibited devices or unusual movements automatically and in real-time. The method used involves a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm for participant face verification, pose estimation for motion analysis, and You Only Look Once (YOLO) for object detection. The results of this system development show that the system can improve efficiency and accuracy in detecting cheating behavior, as well as reduce reliance on manual proctoring
