Balanced Nutrition Education as an Effort to Prevent Malnutrition in Toddlers at the Budi Luhur I Integrated Health Post (Posyandu)
Introduction One of the simplest and most effective ways to prevent malnutrition in toddlers is by implementing a balanced nutrition pattern from an early age. Balanced nutrition plays an important role in supporting children’s growth and development, as well as enhancing their immune systems. However, many mothers of toddlers still lack understanding of the principles of balanced nutrition, including the appropriate proportions of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals according to children’s needs. Therefore, nutrition education activities were conducted for mothers of toddlers at the Halim Perdanakusuma Posyandu. Method The activity was carried out through interactive health education sessions with mothers of toddlers at the Halim Perdanakusuma Posyandu. The materials covered principles of balanced nutrition, the importance of providing nutritious food, and the prevention of malnutrition. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments to measure participants’ knowledge improvement after the educational session. Results Before the education session, most participants (10 out of 15) had moderate knowledge about balanced nutrition, and 5 participants had low knowledge. After the session, all participants (15 out of 15) demonstrated improved understanding, with post-test scores categorized as good (70–100). In addition, participants were able to mention examples of balanced menus appropriate for toddlers’ age and nutritional needs. Conclusion:Balanced nutrition education was proven effective in increasing mothers’ knowledge about the importance of applying balanced nutrition to prevent malnutrition in children. Continuous education and regular mentoring by Posyandu cadres are necessary to ensure the implementation of balanced nutrition practices in daily life. Recommendation: Regular nutrition education and comprehensive monitoring of toddlers’ nutritional status by health workers and Posyandu cadres are recommended
Design of GIS-Based Attendance Application at SMA Santika East Jakarta
In the digital era and industry 4.0 like today, human resource management (HR) is important for schools. One important aspect in human resource management (HR) in a school is employee attendance. Currently, for employee attendance at SMA Santika East Jakarta, the fingerprint attendance system is still used, which has shortcomings, such as the possibility of misuse of number codes that can lead to falsification of attendance. This study aims to develop an attendance application based on the Geographic Information System (GIS) at SMA Santika East Jakarta to improve the accuracy and reliability of the employee attendance system. In the context of the digital era and industry 4.0, proper employee attendance management is crucial, especially when employees work outside the office. To overcome this problem, this study designs a GIS-based attendance application that is able to track employee locations in real-time when taking attendance, both in the school environment and outside the school. The research methodology involves observation, interviews, and literature studies to obtain relevant data. The development model used is a prototype, which includes needs analysis, design, code development, testing, and system support. The application is developed using the React Native framework and TypeScript programming language, and is integrated with the Odoo system via REST API. With this application, it is hoped that SMA Santika East Jakarta can reduce the risk of attendance falsification and improve human resource management, as well as increase operational efficiency and accuracy of employee attendance data
Implementation of A Geographically Integrated On-Demand Computer Service System Using the KNN Method
The rapid development of information and communication technology has driven significant changes in various fields, including the service sector. Internet-based digital services provide quick and easy access to all needs, such as ordering transportation, food, or even services. On-demand services are services based on customer demand (Anjani & Sujarwo, 2023). This research aims to develop a web-based on-demand computer service system integrated with geographic location using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. Difficult access for customers with limited mobility, the lack of location-based partner distribution, and the manual partner search process remain major challenges in conventional computer service. The system was developed using Laravel as the backend framework and MySQL as the database processor, using the KNN method to measure the closest distance between the user's location and the partner based on latitude and longitude coordinates. The results show that the system can automatically provide information in the form of recommendations for the nearest technician partner, which can increase service time efficiency and make it easier for consumers to access professional computer service. A user-friendly interface and a simple ordering process can enhance user experience. This study recommends further system development by integrating digital payment methods and conducting more detailed classification accuracy testing to improve the quality of the service system's recommendations
Analysis of the Report Card Information System at Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal Jatibarang Kindergarten
Early childhood education (PAUD) is an important stage in a child's development because it becomes the foundation for learning at the next level. In the context of education in Indonesia, Kindergarten (TK) has a strategic role in forming a strategic role in shaping a child's cognitive, social and emotional aspects. Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal Kindergarten (ABA Kindergarten) located on Jl. Tegalwulung, Jatibarang Village, Jatibarang District, Brebes Regency, currently still uses conventional methods in recording children's daily development. Every month, the development data is summarized and retyped conventionally using Microsoft Word to be made into a report or report card. This process is not only time-consuming, but also prone to human error, especially because the filling is done descriptively and differently for each child. In addition, the limited human resources (HR) who understand the use of computers is a challenge in accelerating and simplifying the process of preparing report cards. This study aims to analyze the current system using observation methods, interviews, library research studies, and questionnaire distribution. The analysis was conducted through a survey of the current system, identification of weaknesses, and gathering information needs. Based on the findings of this analysis, further research will design a website-based report card information system that is expected to improve the efficiency and accuracy of descriptive report card preparation. This system will help teachers manage child development data in a structured, timely, and error-free manner

The Effect of Excise Tax Stamps on Total Sales and Net Profit: A Case Study of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk and PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk
This study aims to analyze the influence of excise stamps and total sales on net profit at PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP), the two largest cigarette companies in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach based on secondary data from financial reports during the study period, this study processed the variables of excise stamps, total sales, and net profit through multiple linear regression after natural logarithm transformation and classical assumption tests. Data were analyzed to test the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that excise stamps had a negative and significant effect on the company's net profit, confirming that increasing excise burdens are a factor that can suppress the profitability of the cigarette industry. Meanwhile, total sales had a positive and significant effect on net profit, indicating that increasing sales volume can improve the company's financial performance despite facing high excise burdens. Simultaneously, both variables also had a significant effect with an R Square value of 0.593. These findings confirm that excise burdens and sales performance are important factors in determining the profitability of cigarette companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, sales growth is an important strategy to maintain profits. The research results are expected to serve as a reference for industry, academics, and the government in formulating business strategies and fiscal policies in the tobacco sector
The Relationship between Primary Tooth Caries and Stunting in Toddlers
Stunting is a condition where a child's growth and development are disrupted due to chronic malnutrition. Stunting is a failure of ideal growth caused by a lack of nutrition that lasts for a long time. One of the factors that influences the incidence of stunting is the status of dental caries. Many efforts have been made to prevent stunting, one of which is preventing dental caries. This requires research on the relationship between primary dental caries and the incidence of stunting in toddlers. This study used a sampling method with a random sampling technique and involved 53 respondents. The instrument used was the def-t index to measure dental caries and stunting status based on the TB/U z-score. Statistical analysis was carried out using the chi square test to assess the relationship between dental caries and the incidence of stunting. The results of the study showed that the incidence of very short stunting was less in children with high dental caries, namely 20.8% compared to those with moderate dental caries, namely 55.2%. This means that the incidence of stunting in the very short category has a lower risk in toddlers with high dental caries compared to the moderate category. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of parents in increasing knowledge related to children's health and nutritional status. In addition, parental education and utilization of health service access are important aspects that need to be considered. Health centers, health workers, and the Health Office play an important role in encouraging efforts to control stunting in toddlers

The Relationship Between Work Posture and Other Factors with Musculoskeletal Complaints in Hip Porters
The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that more than 1.71 billion people worldwide experience musculoskeletal problems that impact productivity and quality of life, with 619 million cases of low back pain in 2020 predicted to increase to 843 million by 2050. Porters are one of the informal sector workers vulnerable to musculoskeletal complaints due to repetitive manual handling activities with heavy loads. This study aims to determine the relationship between work period, work posture, repetition, work duration, and workload with musculoskeletal complaints in porters at Kramat Jati Main Market, East Jakarta. This type of study is quantitative with a cross-sectional design, involving 56 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument used the Nordic Body Map (NBM) to identify musculoskeletal complaints and the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) to assess the risk of work posture. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents experienced moderate musculoskeletal complaints (66.1%). There was a significant correlation between length of service (p=0.010), work posture (p=0.002), and workload (p=0.043) with musculoskeletal complaints. Meanwhile, age, repetition, and work duration were not associated with musculoskeletal complaints. In conclusion, musculoskeletal complaints are influenced by length of service, work posture, and workload. Preventive efforts should focus on controlling work posture, limiting lifting loads, and providing regular health checks for workers with long working periods
