A Mobile-Based Stocktaking Program and Dashboard Application for Monitoring Packaging Stock at PT. Pangan Terbaik Indonesia, Jakarta
In today's digital age, the effectiveness and accuracy of inventory management are crucial factors in a company's operations. Manual inventory recording is often time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient in presenting data directly. The problem at PT Pangan Terbaik Indonesia is that the company's director is unaware of the current packaging stock available in the warehouse. This is because inventory recording is not done in real time, still using manual calculations and paper recording. This prevents the director from monitoring the warehouse's inventory in real time, leading to concerns about stockouts or excess inventory. Furthermore, the company's website is not currently integrated with a database, which can be a hassle for the administrator if there are changes to the website data. The purpose of designing the stocktaking system itself is to simplify the stock recording process, allowing field officers to record packaging stock using a mobile application, and the data will be stored in the database and can be viewed in real time by the company director. This also simplifies website management. With integration with the database, the company administrator can easily change company data through the admin dashboard. The result of this report is to design an application that makes it easier for companies to record stock, manage company information, and monitor stock data in real-time so that reports are received more quickly and accurately
Analysis of the Effectiveness of Implementing the ASN Performance Assessment System (E-Kinerja)
Human resources (HR) play a major role in achieving organizational goals, including in the government sector. Civil Servants (PNS) as an integral part of government organizations must have high competence and integrity in order to carry out their duties optimally. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing an electronic-based performance assessment system (E-Kinerja) known as SIPENDEKAR at the Tangerang Regency Population Control and Family Planning Office. This system is expected to increase transparency, efficiency and accuracy in assessing employee performance and improve the performance allowance system. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews with five ASN employees who have in-depth knowledge about the implementation of the E-Kinerja system. The research results show that the implementation of SIPENDEKAR has a positive impact in increasing employee discipline and transparency in the management of performance allowances. However, this system also faces technical problems, such as slow internet connections and server problems which affect the smooth use of the application. Apart from that, another challenge found was the mismatch between employee competency and position placement, which could affect the effectiveness of the system. However, with continuous training and increasing the match between employee duties and competencies, this system can be more optimal. Overall, implementing E-Kinerja can improve employee performance and help government agencies achieve goals more efficiently
Beyond Price and Quality: The Dominance of Brand Image in Thrifting Consumer Behavior
In the last decade, the phenomenon of thrifting or the consumption of secondhand fashion has experienced a significant increase in various major cities in Indonesia, especially among the younger generation of urbanites. This culture is no longer just an alternative economic activity, but has become a style. This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception, quality perception, and brand image on purchasing decisions for imported thrifting products in Surabaya. Based on the phenomenon of high consumer interest in purchasing thrifting products to date and the still inconsistent findings related to the influence of Brand Image. The research method used is a mixed methods sequential explanatory, starting with a quantitative approach through a survey of 57 respondents aged 17–65 years who have purchased thrifting products, followed by a qualitative approach in the form of in-depth interviews with five selected informants. Quantitative data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, while qualitative data were analyzed with content analysis. The results showed that only the brand image variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (β = 0.748; p < 0.05), while price perception and quality perception did not have a significant effect. Qualitative findings reveal that brand image influences purchasing decisions because it satisfies psychological needs, builds perceptions of exclusivity, and reinforces positive consumer image. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of brand image-based marketing strategies in the import thrifting industry
The Influence of Product Quality and E-Money Payment Systems on Customer Satisfaction in Food & Beverage MSMEs at Blackballs Coffee Shop
This study examines the influence of product quality and e-money payment systems on customer satisfaction at Coffee Shop Blackballs. The problem arose due to declining sales between July and December 2024, which encouraged an investigation into factors affecting customer satisfaction. The research applied an associative design using both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to loyal customers, while secondary data were obtained from documentation. The regression equation obtained was: Y = 5.006 + 0.269X₁ + 0.646X₂, with X₁ = Product Quality, X₂ = E-money Payment System, and Y = Customer Satisfaction. The coefficient of determination indicated that product quality influenced satisfaction by 72.6%, while the e-money payment system contributed 79.8%. When tested simultaneously, both variables accounted for 81.1% of customer satisfaction. The t-test results confirmed that product quality (t = 14.903) and e-money payment systems (t = 18.218) significantly affect customer satisfaction. The F-test value of 177.918 > 3.96 also demonstrated a significant simultaneous effect. In conclusion, product quality and e-money payment systems positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction, both individually and jointly. These results suggest that improving product quality and optimizing digital payment systems are effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and enhance sales performance at Coffee Shop Blackballs

Analysis of PPh 25 Payments and Its Implications for PPh 29: A Case Study of the ABC Foundation
This study aims to analyze the causes of the underpayment of Income Tax Article 29 at Yayasan ABC and to evaluate the effectiveness of Income Tax Article 25 payments as a monthly tax installment mechanism in reducing the year-end tax burden. This research is motivated by the discovery of a discrepancy in the 2022 Annual Corporate Income Tax Return, which occurred due to the absence of regular Article 25 installment payments throughout the fiscal year. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. The data were obtained from tax documents such as the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return and interviews with the accounting staff who assisted the foundation’s tax reporting process. The findings indicate that Yayasan ABC reported Taxable Income (PKP) of Rp279,302,000 with a tax payable of Rp34,891,746. However, due to the absence of Article 25 installment payments during the year, this situation led to a discrepancy between the estimated installments and the actual tax payable. The impacts of not paying monthly installments include the potential imposition of interest penalties, the accumulation of financial burdens, and uncontrolled cash flow. Therefore, to address the underpayment issue, it is necessary to implement periodic Article 25 payments to avoid the accumulation of tax liabilities at the end of the year, strengthen tax planning to manage the strategy for Article 25 payments, and provide education from the accounting services office (KJA) to improve the foundation’s taxpayer understanding of taxation mechanisms
The Impact of Changes in Long-Term Liabilities on the Stock Price of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk
This study aims to examine the effect of long-term liabilities on the stock price of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk using the company’s financial data. In the mining industry, which is highly affected by commodity price fluctuations and large capital requirements, long-term liabilities serve as an important financing source to support business expansion and operational activities. However, increasing long-term liabilities may also raise the company’s financial risk, which can influence investor perception and stock price movements. This research uses long-term liabilities and stock price data of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk from 2017 to 2024 with a total of 30 observations. A simple linear regression method is applied to analyze the relationship between long-term liabilities as the independent variable and stock price as the dependent variable. The results show that long-term liabilities have a negative and statistically significant effect on the stock price, with a regression coefficient of -2.53516×10⁻⁷ and a p-value of 7.0484×10⁻⁶, which is below the 0.05 significance level. This indicates that an increase in long-term liabilities tends to be negatively perceived by the market. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.5023 suggests that approximately 50.23% of the variation in PT Aneka Tambang Tbk’s stock price can be explained by changes in long-term liabilities, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors such as global commodity prices, operational performance, government policies, and investor sentiment. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of prudent management of long-term liabilities, as it plays a significant role in maintaining the market value and investor confidence in PT Aneka Tambang Tb
Analysis of Syntactic Errors in English Writing by Advanced Students in the Faculty of Economics and Business
English is crucial for university students because it provides access to a wide range of academic resources and global knowledge. This study aims to analyze the types and frequency of syntactic errors in English writing by advanced students at the Faculty of Economics and Business. The research method used was a combination of qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods, with an error analysis approach. Data were obtained from academic essays written by 30 final-year students. The analysis showed that the most frequent syntactic errors were errors in the use of complex sentence structures, subject-verb imbalances, tense errors, and inappropriate use of conjunctions. The main factors causing these errors were a lack of in-depth understanding of English grammar rules and the influence of the structure of their first language (Indonesian). Furthermore, most students lacked formal experience in academic writing training, so they tended to translate directly from Indonesian and use tools such as Google Translate. Although some students made improvements, such as rereading their writing or using grammar-checking applications, these efforts were not consistently implemented. These findings are expected to provide evaluation material for academic English teaching, particularly in strengthening grammar aspects at the university level. This study also recommends error analysis-based learning strategies to improve students' writing skills
English Extracurricular Activities: Improving Students' Writing Skills at PB Soedirman 2 Islamic Vocational School
This community service program aimed to enhance the writing skills of vocational high school students through English extracurricular activities. The background of this activity lies in students’ low writing proficiency, as reflected in their difficulties in constructing sentences, limited vocabulary, and lack of confidence in expressing ideas. The training was conducted in four sessions involving 30 students from grades X and XI. The method employed a workshop-based learning approach that combined theoretical input, model texts, step-by-step writing practice, and peer review activities. The training materials included paragraph writing, descriptive texts, recount texts, and creative writing based on students’ interests. The results indicate improvements in students’ ability to write more coherent paragraphs, employ a wider range of vocabulary, and understand text structures appropriate to different genres. In addition, students’ motivation and confidence in writing increased due to the interactive approach and supportive feedback from facilitators. The main challenges encountered were limited vocabulary and inconsistent grammar use. Nevertheless, guided writing strategies and direct feedback enabled students to recognize and correct their mistakes. Overall, this program had a positive impact on improving students’ writing skills and strengthened the role of English extracurricular activities as a platform for fostering students’ interests and talents. For sustainability, it is recommended to implement regular weekly writing activities and initiate writing competitions at the school level
