Implementation of the TOPSIS Method in a Website-Based Hospital Employee Performance Evaluation System to Improve Assessment Objectivity
The rapid development of information technology has led to transformation in various fields, one of which is the health sector. Digitalization encourages public service institutions to adapt to new systems to increase efficiency, speed, and accuracy of services in hospitals. This study is based on the manual employee performance evaluation process at Bhina Bhakti Husada Hospital, which causes the assessment to take longer, is prone to errors, and has the potential to cause bias between units or assessors. This study aims to develop a Website-based Decision Support System using the TOPSIS Method. The study was conducted using data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature studies while implementing Rapid Application Development (RAD) for system development. The TOPSIS method is used to calculate preference values based on ten assessment criteria. The results of the study show that the system is able to calculate employee ratings automatically, display a performance dashboard, and generate reports in PDF format. The system can improve the efficiency of assessment time, maintain objectivity through standardized criteria weights, while providing different access for admins, assessors, employees, and leaders. The results of the study are also in line with previous studies that state the TOPSIS Method is effective for performance assessment, this study also provides new contributions through the integration of the TOPSIS Method in a real-time website-based system. The system can be developed with several other features for the benefit of Hospital Management to make performance more flexible
Acceleration of Settlement of Bank Assets and Liabilities in Liquidation by Liquidation Auditor
Bank liquidation is an effort to fulfill all liabilities, both obligations and rights of a factor due to the revocation of a license and the dissolution of a legal entity from the bank. The scope of bank liquidation does not only mean the bank's license being revoked and the legal entity being dissolved, but also the treatment of all rights and obligations of the bank whose license has been revoked. It was recorded that as many as 10 Rural Credit Banks (BPR) in the first semester of 2024 had their business licenses revoked by the Financial Services Authority OJK. After their business licenses were revoked by the OJK, the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) was given a mandate through Law No. 24 of 2004 to resolve failed banks through bank liquidation. One of the bank liquidation processes involves a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) to provide liquidation audit services. The purpose of the liquidation audit is to verify the financial statements prepared by the liquidation team formed by LPS. The community service team had the opportunity to do an internship at KAP. KAP assigned to assist in the liquidation audit process at Bank Under Liquidation (BDL) in Indramayu, West Java. As a result, the liquidation audit team carried out several audit procedures, namely: document vouching, field surveys to debtors, and physical checks of BDL assets. At the reporting stage, the evidence obtained was then used to complete and produce the BDL Net Asset Change Report (LAPAN) which was submitted to the service user, namely LPS

The Effect of Changes in Long-Term Liabilities on the Share Price of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk
This study aims to examine the effect of long-term liabilities on the stock price of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk during the 2017–2024 period using a simple linear regression approach. The long-term liabilities variable was analyzed to determine its contribution to variations in stock price based on the company’s historical financial data. The results indicate a negative regression coefficient of –1.82849 × 10⁻¹⁰, suggesting that an increase in long-term liabilities tends to be associated with a decline in stock price. However, the p-value of 0.3860 reveals that this relationship is not statistically significant at the 5 percent significance level. This finding is further supported by the ANOVA results, which show a Significance F value of 0.3860, confirming that the regression model as a whole does not have explanatory power. The coefficient of determination (R Square = 0.0269) demonstrates that only 2.69% of the stock price variability can be attributed to changes in long-term liabilities, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors such as macroeconomic conditions, market sentiment, and the company’s operational performance. The negative coefficient aligns with capital structure theory, the principle of accounting conservatism, and Signaling Theory, indicating that increases in long-term obligations may raise investors’ perceptions of risk. Nonetheless, the statistical insignificance suggests that long-term liabilities are not a key determinant considered by investors when evaluating the stock price of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk

Pengaruh Waktu Penyimpanan Ekstrak Buah Naga (Hylocereus polyrhizus) sebagai Pewarnaan Alternatif Eosin Pada Sediaan Hepar Mencit (Mus musculus)
Histotechnics aims to identify tissue structure through a staining process, one of which uses eosin which has dangerous side effects and is expensive. The purpose of this study was to test the stability of dragon fruit extract (Hylocereus polyrhizus) as a substitute for eosin staining in mouse liver tissue (Mus musculus) with varying storage times of 10 days and 15 days. This research method used a quasi-experimental with a descriptive approach. Staining was carried out on 12 preparations divided into three groups: control (eosin), 10-day extract, and 15-day extract. The results showed that the best staining was obtained in the control group for total scoring 60, while the 10-day extract group produced a fairly good total scoring staining quality 31, and the 15-day group showed a decrease in total scoring staining quality 23. The results of this study revealed that dragon fruit extract has the potential as an alternative eosin staining, especially after 10 days of storage, but its effectiveness decreased after 15 days of storage. Further research recommendations include optimizing extract stability to extend the shelf life of natural dyes.
