Local Cloud Design for Ease of Management and Security of Sensitive Data in Business Organizations
The rapid development of information technology makes business organizations face major challenges in managing and securing sensitive data. The development of information technology has changed data storage systems from local media to cloud computing, enabling data access and processing via the internet. Services like Google Drive and OneDrive offer security, accessibility, and data backup, but pose challenges for business organizations, especially in terms of security of sensitive data and operational costs that increase as users grow. This research aims to design a local cloud as a private cloud to improve data management and security in the organization. With a private cloud, companies can control data access more tightly, increase privacy, and enable employees to access applications and data from various locations more safely and efficiently. The results of this research are in the form of a private cloud based on a private server which was developed as a file server with access rights based on departments, across departments, projects or work groups. This system utilizes open-source technology and is equipped with an encrypted Virtual Private Network (VPN) to support remote work models (Work From Home, WFH) and work flexibility from anywhere (Work From Anywhere, WFA). With this solution, organizations can increase operational efficiency, reduce the risk of data leaks, optimize more affordable technology resources, and maintain full control of sensitive company data
Design of a Printing Production Cost Information System Using the Activity Based Costing Method
In an era of increasingly competitive business competition, the use of information technology has become a crucial aspect in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations. Especially for companies engaged in the manufacturing sector, accurate management of production costs is an important basis for determining selling prices and maintaining competitiveness in the market. Increasingly fierce business competition demands companies to have an efficient and accurate cost management system, especially in the manufacturing industry. PT Anggadarma Kalimusada, as a printing company, faces challenges in calculating production costs accurately because it still uses manual methods. This study aims to design a web-based production cost information system by applying the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method to improve accuracy in determining the cost of goods manufactured. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a Waterfall model software development approach. The system was developed using the PHP Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The research results show that the system is capable of identifying activities, allocating cost drivers, and accurately calculating production costs per unit. The system also provides features for activity input, cost driver recording, production cost calculations, and cost of goods manufactured reports. By implementing the ABC method, this system provides more representative cost information and serves as a basis for managerial decision-making. This system is expected to help companies improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in managing production costs
Design and Construction of A Web-Based Application for Managing Documents for Appointing CPNS to Civil Servants at The Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of DKI Jakarta Province
The development of information technology has encouraged changes in the management of personnel services that were carried out manually to a document management information system, to simplify the process of appointing CPNS to PNS at the Jakarta Civil Service Agency (BKD). The application of the document management system for appointing CPNS to PNS is a document management system created to organize and manage important letters or documents so that these documents are easy to search and find again. The Document Management System is useful in making business processes more effective and efficient. The main benefit is that users can find the information they need quickly, thus helping the process to be better and more efficient. This Document Management System can handle the recording of incoming CPNS documents, to each section at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of DKI Jakarta Province. With this Document Management System, it is expected to correct errors in recording transactions, prevent document loss and make work faster so that there are no obstacles and constraints in handling caused by human resource errors. This computerized system uses a website-based system, so its use must use a user login. Because the documents discussed here are confidential CPNS documents for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Civil Service Agency (BKD), they are expected to assist admins in serving users with their required data requests
Analysis of the Contribution of Open Source Software in Improving the Cost Efficiency of Information Technology Infrastructure at SMAN 1 Cicurug Using a Machine Learning Approach
The development of information technology (IT) globally has driven digital transformation in various sectors, including education. The rapid development of information technology (IT) in the education sector necessitates efficient and cost-effective infrastructure management. Budget limitations remain a major challenge for educational institutions in providing adequate hardware and software resources. Open Source Software (OSS) has emerged as a viable alternative due to its potential to reduce licensing costs while maintaining system functionality. This study aims to analyze the contribution of Open Source Software to improving the cost efficiency of information technology infrastructure at SMAN 1 Cicurug using a machine learning approach. This research employs IT inventory data consisting of Windows-based computers, Chromebooks, and smartphone devices utilized by the school community. Infrastructure cost data collected before and after OSS implementation were analyzed using machine learning algorithms, particularly regression and clustering techniques, to identify cost-saving patterns and efficiency levels. The application of machine learning enables an objective, data-driven evaluation of the financial impact of OSS adoption. The findings demonstrate that the implementation of Open Source Software significantly reduces software licensing costs and overall IT infrastructure maintenance expenses. Additionally, the use of machine learning models proves effective in supporting strategic decision-making related to IT infrastructure management. These results indicate that OSS adoption can serve as a sustainable and scalable solution for educational institutions seeking to enhance cost efficiency in information technology infrastructure
The Effect of Compensation and Flexible Work on Performance, Through Work-Life Balance and Motivation on Members of the Sub-district Election Committee (PPK)
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and flexible work on the performance of members of the District Election Committee (PPK) in the Regional Head Election of Berau Regency, by considering the mediating role of work-life balance and motivation. The background of this study departs from the issue of human resource management in ad hoc institutions that have the potential to face policy inconsistencies, limited work standards, and the challenge of high workloads in a short time. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory-associative design, involving all PPK members throughout Berau Regency as respondents (N = 104) through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with the help of SPSS.23 and covariance-based SEM modeling using AMOS.23. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on work-life balance, while flexible work had a positive and significant effect on motivation. However, neither compensation nor flexible work, as well as the two mediators (work-life balance and motivation), were proven to have a significant effect on performance. Thus, improving performance is not enough just by improving the compensation system or work flexibility, but requires a more comprehensive approach, including strengthening recruitment standards, technical training, leadership, and psychosocial support. These findings enrich the literature related to HR management in ad hoc task-based public organizations, while providing practical implications for the Berau Regency KPU to optimize strategic factors that can drive PPK performance more effectively
The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Work Experience on Employee Performance at PT Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur
Human resource management plays an active role in improving employee performance through a number of influencing variables including organizational culture, work discipline, work experience and employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive design. The research was conducted by seeking primary data, through questionnaires filled out by respondents of PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur employees, which were conducted by sampling through a random sampling method. The data were processed by statistical analysis with multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination (adjusted Rsquare), partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous ANOVA testing (F-table). The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. 2) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. 3) To determine the effect of work experience on employee performance. 4) To determine the effect of organizational culture, work discipline and work experience together on employee performance of PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Organizational culture, work discipline and work experience together have a significant influence on the performance of PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur employees. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between organizational culture, work discipline, work experience and employee performance at PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur
The Use of Digital Forensic Accounting Techniques in Occupational Fraud Detection and Prevention: A Literatur Review
Digital forensic accounting is a rapidly growing field in modern accounting, combining traditional investigative methods with cutting-edge digital technology to uncover and prevent financial fraud. One type of fraud that is a major concern in the corporate and organizational world is occupational fraud. Occupational fraud is fraudulent acts committed by employees, managers, or related insiders intended to gain personal gain at the expense of the organization. This study aims to examine the role and effectiveness of using digital forensic accounting techniques in detecting and preventing occupational fraud through a literature review of ten research articles published between 2023 and 2025. The results of the study show that developments in digital technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data Analytics, Blockchain, Digital Forensic Tools, Intelligent Automation and Deep Learning Tools have had a significant impact on improving the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of the fraud detection and investigation process. The application of these technologies enables forensic auditors to identify suspicious transaction patterns in real time, strengthen internal control systems, and improve the transparency of organizational financial data. However, the study also found challenges in the form of limited human resources with technological expertise, lack of data integration between organizational units, and data security and ethics issues. Overall, digital forensic accounting has proven to be a strategic instrument in supporting the prevention and detection of occupational fraud in the era of digital transformation
Pengaruh Game Online terhadap Kemampuan Numerasi pada Anak Usia 7-8 Tahun di SD XYZ Swasta Jakarta Barat
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh permainan game online terhadap pemahaman numerasi anak usia 7-8 tahun. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah game online dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mempengaruhi kemampuan numerasi pada usia tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pendekatan deskriptif digunakan peneliti untuk menyajian dan menyusunan data ke dalam gambar, grafik atau histogram. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD usia 7-8 tahun di Sekolah XYZ Jakarta sebanyak 84 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedang analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/ statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji. Hasil uji hubungan dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana bahwa variabel y yang merupakan variabel terikat dari variabel x memiliki nilai 0,34 dengan memiliki internal koefisien rendah. Dimana r tabel dengan alpha 5% untuk N=77 yaitu 0,22 maka R hitung > R tabel memiliki hubungan. Pengaruh permainan online terhadap kemampuan numerasi memiliki hubungan tetapi memiliki tingkat hubungan yang rendah. Hasil dari nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) menunjukkan bahwa 11,8% kemampuan numerasi pada anak usia 7-8 tahun di sekolah XYZ dipengaruhi oleh permainan online, sedangkan 88,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa yang mempengaruhi kemampuan numerasi pada anak usia 7-8 tahun bukan hanya dengan bermain game online tetapi banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kemampuan tersebut
Analysis of Educator and Education Personnel Standards in Indonesia
Education is an absolute necessity for everyone to have high competitiveness, especially in the current era of globalization, without having adequate competitiveness, it is difficult for a person to face increasingly competitive labor competition. The aim of this research is to determine the functions and problems of standardization of educators and education personnel in Indonesia. The method used in this research is qualitative library research, namely a type of research that refers to literary treasures such as book literature, laws, government regulations, articles and e-journals. The research results show that the function of standardizing educators and education personnel is: increasing professionalism, improving the quality of education, recognition and certification. Problems in implementing standards for educators and educational staff are: limited flexibility, lack of facilities and training for educators in the regions, heavy administrative burden. Literacy on Optimizing Digital Marketing through Social Media for Students at Al-Muhtadin Vocational School Depok
The background of this Community Service activity is that based on the results of preliminary interviews that have been conducted, it is important to prepare students with the abilities and skills to be ready to enter the competitive job market in the digital era, thus supporting the fulfillment of these competencies. However, the school is faced with the problem of limited knowledge and updates on the material of digital marketing optimization literacy through social media to support entrepreneurship practices, as well as limited digital marketing literacy through social media, knowledge and understanding of the latest digital trends, and online marketing literacy as a foundation for job searching and independent entrepreneurship among students due to the limited basic knowledge and skills in optimizing digital marketing through social media. Based on the above, this activity aims to prepare vocational high school students as reliable entrepreneurs in the digital era and to have a positive impact on improving digital marketing skills among students, helping them create job opportunities in the future. The method used in this activity is the training/counseling method, which includes practical basic internet marketing training. The results of this research enhance the skills of vocational high school students in digital marketing.
