This service aims to improve the administrative skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kademangan Village, West Java, through training and mentoring in creating accounts on marketplace platforms. In today's digital era, the use of information technology is increasingly important, especially in the economic sector. One of the platforms that is trending in the sale of goods and services is the online marketplace. With the increasing development of digital technology, the presence of the marketplace is an opportunity for MSMEs to expand their market and increase sales. This program involves a series of activities, including socialization about the importance of digital marketing, step-by-step guidance in creating accounts on various marketplace platforms, and mentoring in account management and online marketing strategies. Village communities have superior products that have the potential to be marketed online, such as agricultural products, crafts, and other local products. Support from the local government encourages the use of technology in developing the local economy. However, the challenge is the lack of understanding of how to manage accounts on the marketplace, from registration, uploading products, to managing transactions. It is hoped that after participating in this program, MSMEs can optimize the use of the marketplace as a marketing channel, so that they can increase their competitiveness and business income. Thus, this service not only focuses on the technical aspects of account creation, but also builds broader awareness and skills in facing marketing challenges in the digital era

Micronutrient problems, especially iron deficiency, are still a significant health challenge in Indonesia, especially among adolescent girls. Iron Deficiency Anemia (IDA) is one form of micronutrient problem that commonly occurs, especially in adolescent girls. Iron deficiency can have wide-ranging impacts, ranging from decreased learning ability and cognitive development at school age to decreased work productivity and quality of human resources in the long term. Adolescent girls are a high-risk group because they are in the pre-conception phase. Early detection of IDA is very important to prevent more severe impacts in the future. School Health Efforts (UKS) should be able to be the vanguard in promotive and preventive efforts against nutritional problems among students. However, the UKS at SMA Negeri 2 Slawi has not functioned optimally due to limited facilities and lack of competence of managers and implementing staff. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of UKS managers, UKS cadres, and Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in conducting early detection of anemia and chronic energy deficiency (KEK). The intervention was carried out through counseling and training on simple health checks, including measuring blood pressure, hemoglobin levels using a digital Hb meter, and calculating Body Mass Index (BMI). The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge regarding early detection of anemia and KEK, as well as increased skills in conducting basic health checks independently in the school environment

Adolescence is a transitional period in the human lifespan, bridging childhood with adulthood. Adolescence is the development that occurs from childhood to adulthood. Adolescent development is classified into three stages: early adolescence (11-14 years old), middle adolescence (15-17 years old), and late adolescence (18-21 years old). The developments that occur in adolescence are very diverse, such as language, cognitive, physical motor skills, and social emotions. This is often not understood by adolescents and leaves many confused. Many adolescents have a misconception about their identity, so many of them fall into promiscuity. Adolescents are at risk of experiencing promiscuity, promiscuity is a form of deviant behavior, where "free" means crossing the boundaries of existing religious norms, such as free sex, drugs, and acts of violence. This promiscuity can be triggered by increasingly sophisticated technology and cultural exchange. Promiscuity is one of the major challenges facing today's young generation. Thus, it is necessary to conduct outreach that provides an understanding of the urgency of developmental tasks for adolescents entering high school to maximize adolescent development. The seminar, titled "Socialization of Prevention and Impact of Free Association at SMKS MAHADIKA 1 JAKARTA," is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of the impact of free association and how adolescents can prevent it

Human hands are the most common and efficient medium for the spread of pathogenic microorganisms in everyday life. Millions of germs from various species can adhere to and transfer from one individual to another, or from the surface of objects to the body, simply through physical contact. Hand and nail hygiene play a crucial role in preventing infectious diseases because these areas are often colonized by pathogenic microorganisms. This study aimed to identify microorganisms on hands and nails before and after hand hygiene education and to assess the effectiveness of the intervention. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test design. Samples were collected by swabbing the palms, backs of hands, between fingers, and nails using sterile cotton swabs soaked in 0.9% physiological NaCl, and nail scrapings with sterile instruments. Samples were examined by direct examination, smearing the samples on glass slides and then observing them using a light microscope. The intervention, in the form of hand hygiene education, was delivered through lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and demonstrations of handwashing techniques. The results showed the discovery of pathogenic microorganisms in the form of worm eggs (Ascaris lumbricoides, hookworm, Trichuris trichiura). Hand hygiene education has been shown to increase respondents' understanding and improve hygiene practices. In conclusion, simple handwashing education is effective in reducing pathogenic microorganisms and can be used as a community-based infection prevention strategy
