The Influence of Experience Quality on Customer Loyalty Through Perceived Value and Satisfaction as Mediators
In today's cafe industry, business owners face intense competition in attracting consumers to make purchases. Digital app-based food delivery services like ShopeeFood are growing rapidly in Indonesia, including in the Tangerang area. This intense competition demands that companies provide the best quality experience to maintain customer loyalty. Consumer behavior is essential because each customer has different characteristics and traits. This study aims to analyze the effect of experience quality on customer loyalty among ShopeeFood customers in Tangerang. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey design for 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that experience quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with a coefficient of determination of 43.6%, meaning this variable is able to explain almost half of the variation in customer loyalty. This finding indicates that improving the quality of the user experience, both in terms of ease of use of the application, on-time delivery, and interaction with drivers, can strengthen ShopeeFood customer loyalty. The recommendation for management is to continue optimizing the application's features, increasing supervision of driver partners, and maintaining consistent service quality in order to maintain and increase the customer base amidst the competition in the food delivery service industry
Convergence of IFRS with Local Accounting Standards: A Literature Review
Accounting is often described as the “global language of business,” as it presents financial data that is easily understood, compared, and used continuously by various parties across countries. The convergence of Indonesian Reporting Standards (IFRS) with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) in Indonesia is a strategic step in improving the quality of financial reporting and strengthening national economic competitiveness. However, convergence is not without challenges. IFRS implementation demands professional preparedness from accountants, auditors, and regulators because principles-based standards require careful interpretation. Furthermore, differences in Indonesia's legal and economic context necessitate certain adjustments in PSAK. This study uses a library research approach by reviewing five scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 that are relevant to the topic of IFRS-SAK convergence. The results of the literature review indicate that IFRS convergence contributes to increased transparency, comparability, and value relevance of financial reports, primarily through the application of fair value accounting. Furthermore, convergence has been shown to suppress earnings management practices in certain sectors, particularly banking, and improve the credibility of financial reports in the eyes of global investors. However, the effectiveness of convergence is not solely determined by standards, but is also influenced by institutional factors such as corporate governance, audit quality, and regulatory consistency. This study contributes academically to enriching the discourse on the harmonization of accounting standards, and practically provides recommendations for regulators, auditors, and reporting entities in strengthening the implementation of IFRS in Indonesia
Gambaran Masa Pemulihan Sistem Kardiovaskular Berdasarkan Indeks Masa Tubuh Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gunadarma
Physical activity encompasses all body movements carried out for work, play, or travel, while physical inactivity is characterized byminimal movement and low energy expenditure. Body Mass Index (BMI) and recovery heart rate are important indicators in assessingfitness levels and health risks. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in cardiovascular recovery time after physicalactivity based on BMI categories among medical students at Gunadarma University. The study employs a cross-sectional design with purposive sampling among FKUG students who meet the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using paired T-tests and One WayANOVA according to data distribution. The procedure consists of two stages: measuring blood pressure, heart rate, O₂ saturation, and BMI before and after a six-minute walk test, followed by measuring heart rate recovery time after approximately 20 minutes of rest. Most respondents were female (92.5%) from the 2019 cohort (77.4%), with an average age of 20.79 years. A significant increase was observedin systolic blood pressure and heart rate after training (p=0.001), but not in diastolic pressure (p=0.622). No significant difference wasfound in recovery time based on BMI category (p=0.516). Physical training significantly affected certain physiological parameters such as systolic pressure and heart rate, but BMI status did not significantly contribute to post-activity recovery speed.

Improving Mathematical Skills in The Perimeter of Flat Shapes Using The Peer Tutoring Learning Method on Grade III Students of SDS Al Ikhlash.
Elementary schools in Indonesia contribute to the education of the nation's children, producing high-achieving, competent, and highly competitive students. Students not only receive education to become qualified teachers, but are also expected to develop skills and potential, possess good moral values, obey their parents and teachers, and bring happiness to their parents, the nation, and future generations. However, the learning process remains one-way, resulting in less active classroom learning. Consequently, teachers employ the Peer Tutoring method to encourage students to be more active and enthusiastic about working on assignments. This study aims to determine how the process of planning the peer tutor method, the implementation of the peer tutor method and to determine the effect of the peer tutor method on student learning outcomes. This type of research is qualitative research with a Classroom Action Research approach that uses data in the form of information based on findings in the field. The research population was grade III students of SDS Al Ikhlash East Jakarta. The sample taken was 5 students who became tutors and 7 students who were tutored, using Classroom Action Research. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation

Factors Related to and Contributing to Eye Fatigue in Computer Users of the Directorate of Human Resources Development, Ministry of Manpower, Republic of Indonesia in 2025
Eye fatigue, according to medical science, is a symptom caused by excessive effort by the visual system, which is in a less than perfect condition, to achieve visual acuity. Symptoms of eye fatigue include pain or throbbing around the eyes, blurred vision, double vision, difficulty focusing, sore eyes, red eyes, watery eyes, headaches, and dizziness accompanied by nausea. This study was quantitative using a cross-sectional research design. The sample in this study was 51 employees. The purpose of the study was to identify several factors related to and resulting in eye fatigue among computer users at the Directorate of Binalavogan, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. Research data were obtained using a questionnaire to determine the occurrence of subjective eye fatigue. Univariate analysis was conducted to determine the description of each variable, while bivariate analysis was conducted using the chi-square test to determine the relationship between the independent variables (refractive disorders, eye rest, monitor distance, and lighting levels). The results of this study indicate that the majority of computer users experience eye fatigue. In addition, there is a relationship between lighting levels and the occurrence of eye fatigue with a P value of 0.023 and the lighting level variable has an OR value of 30.00. To reduce the incidence of eye fatigue in employees, the suggestion put forward for agencies is to provide adequate lighting for computer work areas, namely 300 Lux and to conduct regular eye examinations for employees
Factors Associated with Low Back Pain Complaints in Civil Servant Workers in East Jakarta City
Low Back Pain (LBP) or lower back pain is a complaint of pain that appears in the back area, from below the ribs to the lumbosacral (around the tailbone). In Indonesia, LBP is also a fairly high occupational health issue. One group of workers at high risk of experiencing LBP is PPSU officers. This study aims to identify factors related to LBP complaints in PPSU officers in East Jakarta City. The type of research used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples in this study was 146 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the chi-square test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that of the nine variables studied, four variables were proven to have a relationship with LBP complaints, namely excessive muscle stretching (p-value = 0.032), repetitive activities (p-value = 0.044), unnatural work posture or work position (p-value = 0.052), and physical fitness (p-value = 0.019). Four variables were not associated with LBP complaints: Age (p-value = 0.141), Gender (p-value = 0.697), BMI (p-value = 0.785), and Length of Service (p-value = 0.000). Therefore, PPSU officers in East Jakarta are advised to maintain proper work posture and regularly stretch and exercise to reduce the risk of LBP

Insomnia itself is generally divided into two types: acute and chronic. Acute insomnia lasts from several days to several weeks, while chronic insomnia lasts more than three weeks. Various things can trigger insomnia, such as stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition, side effects of drugs, poor diet, caffeine or nicotine consumption, and lack of physical activity can also be the cause. In Indonesia, the prevalence of insomnia in individuals aged 19 years and above reaches 43.7%. A study showed that of a total of 5,293 respondents, 20.9% reported having experienced an accident at home, 10.1% experienced an incident at work, 9% had fallen asleep while driving, and 4.1% had been involved in a traffic accident.
Perbandingan Kadar Hemoglobin Post-Transfusi Whole Blood dan Packed Red Cells Pada Pasien Post-Operasi Sectio Caesarea
Sectio Caesarea (SC) has a risk of bleeding that leads to a decrease in the mother's hemoglobin levels. Transfusion using Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC) blood components is a prosedure to increase hemoglobin levels. This study uses a cross-sectionally comparative analytical study designs on 96 secondary data from post-operative Sectio Caesarea (SC) patients who performed pre- and post-transfusion hemoglobin examination of Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC) during the period January-December 2023. The data were analyzed in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov univariat test, then in the Non-Parametric test (Mann-Whitney test) with a degree of confidence of 90%. The results obtained haemoglobin post- transfusion of Whole Blood (WB) had a range of values of 0.0 – 2.7 g/dL with an average value of 0.5 g/ dL, whereas the haemoglobin post- transfusion Packed Red Cells (PRC) had a range of value of 0.2 – 4.0 g/dL with an average of 1.6 g/dL. The result of the paired t-test Mann-Witney obtains a p value of 0,000 so that it can be decided that there is a significant difference between the results of post-transfusion hemoglobin level of Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC). It is concluded that the post-transfusion hemoglobin level of Packed Red Cells (PRC) is higher than Whole Blood (WB), so it is recommended to use Packed Red Cells (PRC) component to increase hemoglobin levels.

Relationship Between Preeclampsia and Anemia with The Risk of Uterine Atony
Preeclampsia-eclampsia causes changes in vital organs, one of which is endothelial cell dysfunction. Preeclampsia carries a risk of uterine atony because when the mother experiences preeclampsia, endothelial cell damage occurs, causing exposure of endothelial cells to toxic lipid peroxides that circulate throughout the body and cause the myometrium muscle to not contract, resulting in uterine atony. Anemia carries a risk of uterine atony due to a lack of hemoglobin to deliver oxygen and nutrients, resulting in the uterus lacking the ability to contract, resulting in uterine atony. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between preeclampsia and anemia with the risk of uterine atony at Aisiyah Hospital, Bojonegoro Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive correlative design and a cross-sectional approach. The data collection technique was total sampling, meaning all populations were sampled. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results, the p value of the preeclampsia variable (0.000) < α (0.05) was obtained, so H0 was rejected, meaning there was a relationship between preeclampsia and the risk of uterine atony. Meanwhile, the analysis results of the p value of the anemia variable (0.000) < α (0.05) were obtained, so H0 was rejected, meaning there was a relationship between anemia and the risk of uterine atony
