Provincial Autonomy under the 18th Amendment in the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan
The 18th amendment is a landmark achievement in the history of Pakistan, representing a major shift towards greater provincial autonomy and a stronger parliamentary system. The Eighteenth Amendment, which had a significant impact on Pakistan's constitutional history, was a big step towards giving the provinces full legislative, administrative, and financial autonomy. The amendment has enhanced the legislative authority of the provincial assembly on economic issues, including taxation and foreign borrowing. It has also given provinces ownership and participation in the administration of natural resources, in addition to policymaking. The rights of the nation are effectively protected by Pakistan's Eighteenth Amendment, which also grants sovereignty to the provinces. The goal of the study is to analyze the reasons behind the important amendments made to Pakistan's 1973 constitution (18th Amendment) in 2010, which had a significant impact on provincial autonomy in the country.

Capitalistic Gender Norms and Class Arrogance in Charles Dickens’s Great Expectations: A Marxist Analysis
This research paper seeks to examine the complex influence of capitalism on gender norms and the continuation of class arrogance in society, employing a Marxist analytical framework. This study aims to reveal the intricate mechanisms by which capitalism strengthens traditional gender norms and worsens class disparities by analyzing the interaction between economic systems, gender dynamics, and social hierarchies. Utilizing Marxist ideas of class conflict and exploitation, this paper examines how capitalist systems sustain gender disparity by assigning women to unpaid domestic work positions inside the household. Moreover, it will examine how the bourgeoisie's dominion over the means of production solidifies their authority and sustains class haughtiness, intensifying the marginalization of persons from lower social classes. Besides, this paper analyzes the ways in which characters in Charles Dickens' Great Expectations belonging to various social classes handle and internalize gender stereotypes and class boundaries through a careful examination. This analysis will specifically examine the experiences of female characters in the novel, including Mrs. Joe, Biddy, and Miss Havisham, in order to clarify how their identities and opportunities are influenced by capitalist ideology. The ultimate goal is to provide insight into the lasting impacts of capitalism and how they affect gender equality and class unity in today's society.

A Research and Analytical Review of the System of Justice and Policies of Peace During the Caliphate of Umar II (Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz): عمر ثانی (حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز)کےدورِ خلافت کے نظامِ عدل و انصاف اور امن و امان کی پالیسیوں کا تحقیقی وتجزیاتی جائزہ
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz was a handsome man. You were a scholar of your time. He had complete mastery over all sciences. During his reign, the personal government was transformed into a democratic government. He withdrew his nomination for the caliphate but accepted the caliphate after public opinion was expressed. His greatest wish was that Islamic democracy should remain permanent. Qasim bin Muhammad Abi Bakr, who was a non-Umayyad person, wanted to make him his crown prince. But it could not be done due to the strong opposition of Banu Umayyad. A short period of two and a half years was not enough for such a revolution. Therefore, he did not fulfill many intentions. Tried hard to remove the defects of personal government. Before him, the pioneers used to walk with the caliphs and they used to send greetings to them in the mosques like the Prophet. Abolished all these rituals. He was an example of Umar Farooq in every matter. And his example was in front of him. A just system was easy for Hazrat Umar Farooq because his tenure was close to Prophethood. And the Companions were also his supporters. But during the reign of Umar II, the situation was different. Earlier his family opposed him. He was completely alone in his environment. But despite these conditions, his government was of Islamic style. For this reason, the period of his reign is considered in the Rashidah Caliphate. Historians recognize him as the fifth Caliph after Hazrat Ali. He is also recognized as Majid-i-Aol. He was always aware of his responsibilities. He was always conscious of his responsibilities. Except for the stipulated stipend, he didn't take anything from Baitul-Mal. It was even considered a sin to heat water on the fire that burned in the official guest house, as he considered a sin to do so. At night, he would turn off the official lamp. His reign brought great happiness to his subjects. Poverty and bankruptcy ended. Civil war ended under your leadership. His style of government was liked by all kinds of people. There was peace everywhere.

Implication of Father’s Education on Child Labor in District Multan
Child labour continues to be a prevalent issue in many societies around the world, with millions of children forced to work in dangerous and exploitative conditions. There are various factors that contribute to the prevalence of child labour, including poverty, lack of access to education, and societal norms that perpetuate the idea that children should work to support their families. The implications of child labour on society are far-reaching and profoundly negative. Children who are forced to work at a young age miss out on important opportunities for education and overall development. This can perpetuate the cycle of poverty, as these children are often unable to break out of the cycle and improve their circumstances in life. Additionally, child labour can have long-term physical and mental health consequences for children, as they are often exposed to dangerous working conditions and are vulnerable to exploitation and abuse. Furthermore, the prevalence of child labour can have broader societal implications, such as perpetuating income inequality and undermining the overall social and economic development of a country. Children who are forced to work are denied the opportunity to reach their full potential, which can have a negative impact on the future workforce and overall productivity of a nation. Efforts to combat child labour must be comprehensive and multi-faceted, addressing the root causes of the issue and providing support to families and communities in need. Governments, non-governmental organizations, and international bodies must work together to enforce laws and regulations that prohibit child labour, while also implementing programs that provide education and support to vulnerable children and families. In conclusion, child labour is a complex issue that requires a concerted effort from all sectors of society to address. The implications of child labour on society are profound and far-reaching, and it is crucial that we work together to eradicate this harmful practice and ensure that all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Contextualizing Amir’s Journey towards Individuation in Khaled Hossieni’s The Kite Runner: A Jungian Interpretation
This study aims to analyze Khaled Hosseini’s novel The Kite Runner from a Jungian perspective, which focuses on the dual aspects of human personality. By adopting this viewpoint, the novel sheds light on several pressing social issues, such as sectarian violence and ethnic superiority. These issues often compel individuals to blindly conform to societal expectations, disregarding the undeveloped aspects of their own personality. Rather than placing blame on others for our troubles and miseries, this study encourages self-evaluation as a means of personal growth and soul development. The study's key findings highlight how psychological imbalance and lopsidedness arise from the blocking of energy flow between the conscious and unconscious mind. The objective of this research is to emphasize the lifelong process of individuation, which aims to integrate the fragmented aspects of our personality and facilitate positive and productive change. Through textual analysis, the study examines the negative effects of an imbalanced personality, specifically shadow projection and the development of a strong persona. These analyses are conducted from both psychological and Jungian perspectives.
