Get PDFThis study discusses the distribution of books to procreative media publishers as distributors in reaching more readers. This study aims to find out how the distribution of books to Prokreatif Media publishers as distributors reaches more readers. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out are by interview and observation. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of books to Prokreatif Media publishers is not only done for profit alone, but to broaden the horizons and knowledge of the Indonesian people by collaborating with many parties such as bookstores, libraries, book fairs, online sales, also cooperate with educational institutions. Prokrasi Media Publisher has succeeded in using several book distribution strategies that are effective in reaching more readers and also being able to spread more goodness and benefits through the books that have been published

Writing essays in English is a challenge in itself which of course has a lot of problems in the process. In writing essays in English, of course, you have to follow the correct writing rules. Mastery of several important aspects of writing including grammar, vocabulary, content, mechanism and organization is very important to be able to create good and easy-to-understand writing. Besides that. there are several things that need to be considered to create accuracy in writing such as sentence structure, cohesive devices in writing, and so on. In this study, the focus is on the problem of writing sentences. This study investigates sentence writing problems such as sentence fragments, run-on sentences, parallel structures, comma connections, and so on which are often encountered. This study involved semester student essays 6 English Literature study programs. The reason for selecting sixth semester students for the English Literature study program is because at this level students have already taken Writing and Grammar courses. This study aims to explain the phenomena of the sentence problems. This research is expected to contribute to the academic field. The contribution in question is a contribution in improving learning strategies related to writing. Therefore the author chose the research title "Sentence Problem in essay writing for students of the English Literature study program, Pamulang University"

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership and supervision on employee productivity at PT Trijaya Lestari in Cikokol Tangerang, the method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing, the results of this study leadership have a significant effect on employee productivity is 46.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (6.972 > 2.004). Supervision has a significant effect on employee productivity by 36.6%, hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (5.634 > 2.004). Leadership and supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y = 10.202 + 0.426X1 + 0.333X2 and an influence contribution of 56.5%, hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (35.035 > 2.780)

Pengembangan Game Edukatif Literasi Numerasi Budaya Lokal Dompu Berbasis Android
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Game edukatif literasi numerasi budaya lokal dompu berbasis android. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) model 4-D (Difine, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang siswa dan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pertimbangan tertentu dengan mengambil sampel penelitian pada kelas VII (tujuh) sebanyak 15 orang siswa. Dari hasil yang telah dianalisis sebelumnya dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Game edukatif Literasi Numerasi berbasis Budaya Lokal Dompu Sangat Layak diimplementasikan dengan persentase sebesar 87% oleh validator. Uji coba skala kecil pada 5 orang siswa mendapakan nilai rata-rata sebesar 78 dengan kategori efektif, sedangkan uji coba skala besar sebanyak 15 orang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebasar 74 dengan predikat efektif

Get PDFPenelitian ini membahas penguatan karakter siswa melalui budaya religius dan nasionalis dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Bolo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya religius dan budaya nasionalis dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam peningkatan prestasi Pendidikan Agama Islam belajar melalui budaya religius dan nasionalis siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Bolo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode gabungan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed methods). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan dan penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 65 siswa, terdiri dari SDN Inpres Rasabou 2 dan SDN Inpres Rato di Kecamatan Bolo. Prosedur pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan semua dari jumlah populasi yang ada karena jumlahnya kurang dari 100. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa besarnya pengaruh penguatan karakter budaya religius dan nasionalis terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa sekolah dasar yaitu 27,46% sedangkan 72,54% artinya terdapat faktor penghambatnya

The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using quantitative research. The results showed that advertising had a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient value of 0.196. Sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient of 0.173. Public relations and publicity have a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient of 0.186. Direct marketing and interactive marketing have a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient value of 0.169. Marketingword of mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient value of 0.214. Personal selling has a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient of 0.204. Advertising, sales promotion, public relations and publicity, direct marketing and interactive marketing, marketingword of mouth and personal sales have a simultaneous effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a contribution of 82.5%
Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Muslim Galeri Kota Tangerang Selatan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 82,9 %, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (18,832 > 1,993). Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 53,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,148 > 1,993). Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 4,780 + 0,799X1 + 0,131X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 83,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (184,681 > 3,125)

The results of the literature review show that a code of ethics generally consists of a set of ethical principles, values, and standards that form professional guidelines. They enable librarians to confront and solve ethical issues that arise in their practice. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kasus permasalahan kualitas kinerja kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dimana kepala sekolah mempunyai peran penting dalam tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian data kualitatif, penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan dari berbagai literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kepala sekolah harus memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan dan manajemen kualitas untuk dapat mengambil suatu keputusan. Dari beberapa contoh kasus yang sering terjadi terkait kualitas kinerja kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, maka diperlukan langkah-langkah efektif yaitu dengan peningkatan kualitas kepemimimpinan kepala sekolah melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional, peningkatan pengambilan keputusan, pembangunan komunikasi yang efektif, peningkatan kemampuan manajerial, strategi dan inovasi, pemantauan dan evaluasi kinerja yang teratur serta kepala sekolah perlu memiliki visi yang jelas dan mampu menginspirasi serta memotivasi anggota sekolah untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dengan melakukan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan kualitas kinerja kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat ditingkatkan, sehingga memberikan dampak yang positif bagi seluruh anggota sekolah dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan
