    Stress is a sign that a person's thoughts are becoming irrational or negative. Moreover, the current development of the Corona Virus shows that the public must be more aware of everything. This virus has an impact on people's lives around the world, one of which affects the psychology of teenagers where policies are made to reduce the impact of this pandemic. Where the mental condition of teenagers is increasingly being tested and not a few of them experience stress. The next step is to apply self-talk techniques that are beneficial for the psychological development of teenagers, which prioritize their positive thoughts over negative ones. The type of research used in this paper is a qualitative research with a descriptive method that explains how to overcome the stress experienced by teenagers during the Corona Virus pandemic as it is today with the Self Talk technique. The purpose of this community service is so that teenagers can overcome stress with Self Talk techniques during the covid 19 pandemic at Tridharma Lab Vocational School. School UNG Gorontalo City. From the results achieved with this activity, the school is very supportive and gives thanks to the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo in conducting counseling education in the form of leaflets and banners. The conclusion of this community service is that counseling can increase adolescent knowledge in training on Self Talk technique

    Corona Virus or currently known as Covid-19 is a type of virus that causes disorders of the respiratory tract to more severe diseases, such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV) (Airlangga, 2020). Based on data from WHO and PHEOC of the Ministry of Health on April 13, 2021, the total confirmed cases of Covid-19 were 136,291,755. Cases with 2,941,128 deaths and have spread in 222 countries and 190 countries with local transmission (Emerging, 2021). Currently, in more than a year scientist have found a vaccine to help the body's immune system fight the corona virus, in Indonesia the COVID-19 vaccination target has reached 181.5 million people (Purbaya, 2021). One of the stages in this vaccination is the elderly with a target over 60 years. Anxiety is one of spectrum of emotional disorders that includes a combination of cognitive, emotional (feeling), and physical dysfunction. The spectrum of emotional disorders includes general emotional disorders, special emotional disorders (phobia, obsessive compulsive, panic, post-traumatic), sleep disorders, failure to recover, depression, bipolar disorder) (Geriatrics, 2020). Counseling will be given in the Pangmas project agenda. The Pangmas Project (community service) is one of the efforts made by the study program in an effort to improve public health through several programs implemented. Through this program, it is hoped that the elderly can find out 1) Covid-19 2) Covid-19 vaccines 3) Reduce anxiety in giving vaccinations

    In one part of the Gorontalo Province, Bone bolango since its inauguration as a Regency on February 25, 2003 with an area of 1,984.31 km, of course, has problems in terms of educational equality, difficulty access to education due to geographical conditions and inadequate road and transportation access. which results in the lack of equal distribution of education, especially education, especially basic education. There are still many areas in Bone Bolango Regency where people have not been able to enjoy education. The solution for meeting basic education needs in Bonebolango Regency begins with opening road access and transportation, so that the area is easily accessible. Over time, in every village in Bonebolango District, there are already several elementary schools that allow each community to receive an education. However, the problem of fulfilling the need for educational facilities and infrastructure is still constrained by the lack of budget available in the local government. There are still many areas in Bone Bolango Regency where people have not been able to enjoy education. The solution for meeting basic education needs in Bonebolango Regency begins with opening road access and transportation, so that the area is easily accessible. Over time, in every village in Bonebolango District, there are already several elementary schools that allow each community to receive an education.     The research was conducted at BFI Finance of Gorontalo. The type of research was descriptive. Technique collecting data used observation, interview, and documentation. Technique of analysis data used descriptive qualitative. The research aims to examine the application of Confins System at BFI Finance of Gorontalo. The result show that a multi-finance company as a whole from the determination process to control payments to vehicle owners must be appropriate, because ERP Confins which have an operational reporting application, which is useful for producing reports in various forms tailored to the needs of the company, have not been effective in accordance with standards BFI Finance work. BFI Finance of Gorontalo experiences obstacles in terms of content, as well as in the format of the report with the suitability of the vehicle owner, in this case the consumer is different from the name listed in the Certificate of Ownership of Motor Vehicles (BPKB), thus hampering the effectiveness of the running of the compony. Human resources are also an important reason for BFI Finance of Gorontalo for company development that is not only seen from a physical, mental and moral point of view, but from a work productivity perspective

    Integrating the Impact of Digital Media and Social Networks on Human Communication and Behavior

    This study aimed to investigate the impact of social media and other forms of online communication on individual and group dynamics. The study used a mixed method, where data were collected through a survey of 500 individuals and semi-structured interviews with 20 participants. This methodology allowed the study to gain a comprehensive picture of the impact of digital media on mental health, online activism, digital citizenship, and social media addiction. The results showed that digital media has both positive and negative impacts on users, with the majority of participants acknowledging the importance of online activism as a tool for social change and digital citizenship as an important aspect of safe and ethical use of digital technology. The study also found that social comparison was a significant factor in social media addiction and negative effects on mental health. These findings emphasize the importance of digital literacy and monitoring online behavior in order to use digital media positively

    The Effects of Immigration and Refugee Policies on Social Integration and Community

    This paper emphasizes on explaining the influence of immigration and refugee polices on facets of social integration and community relations in host nations, with special incidences on any difficulties involved by the immigrants/ refugees. The first objective of the study is to analyse these policies’ influence in relation to the subject’s various forms of social, economic and cultural integration, as well as on the state of the examined community. They include survey analysis and interviews with the sample respondents to get first-person narratives of immigrants and refugees’ experience in the United States with the help of phenomenological qualitative research approach with focus on semi-structured interviews and participant observation and focus group methodology. The findings further show that the failure in language, discrimination, and lack of social support are the major sources of non-integration and poor participation of immigrants and refugees in the social and community life, while availability of social support networks is essential for the integration. With these points in mind there is the need to develop policies and support measures for inexpensive language acquisition, anti discrimination arrangements and other educational facilities that can facilitate social inclusion and community integration. It is, therefore, concluded that this research provides a significant contribution towards positive change in the formulation and implementation of social policies aimed at enhancing social inclusion and integration processes in multicultural societies and enhancing community cohesion in the multicultural societies

    The Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Productivity

    The success of a company and the efficiency of its employees are both influenced by its culture. The purpose of this research was to examine the link between company culture and productivity, with an eye toward determining which variables moderate or mediate this connection. A poll questionnaire was used to gather information from a representative cross-section of workers across several sectors. The group was analyzed using descriptive statistics, and the connection between company culture and productivity was investigated using multiple regression. The analysis's findings point to a positive correlation between company culture and output, suggesting that happy workers tend to produce better results. Leadership style, communication, and employee involvement were all identified as potential moderators of this connection. These results have significant ramifications for business owners and managers who want to foster a productive and effective workplace environment. Organizations can foster employee engagement and dedication by giving attention to the creation of a positive atmosphere that places value on teamwork, communication, and employee empowerment. The result could be increased productivity and general success. The findings of this research stress the value of a positive company culture in fostering good performance. Important insights into the factors that may moderate or mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee productivity are provided by the research results, which highlight the importance of organizations prioritizing the development of a positive workplace culture

    Pregnancy exercise is a fitness program intended for pregnant women. Therefore, pregnancy exercise has the principles of special movements that are adapted to the condition of pregnant women. The exercises in pregnancy gymnastics are specially designed to make pregnant women healthy and fit, reduce complaints that arise during pregnancy, and prepare physically and psychologically for mothers to face childbirth. The purpose of community service is to increase knowledge of pregnant women about Pregnancy Exercises during pregnancy in the Telaga Biru Health Center Work Area in order to increase health care during pregnancy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is education using Power Points, Leaflets, and demonstrations about Pregnancy Exercises for Pregnant Women during the Covid-19 Pandemic. . The results of this activity achieved good results because as many as 10 pregnant women were willing to take part in counseling and were willing to apply Maternity Gymnastics at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Several indicators used are Commitment, Communication, Cooperation, Criticsimn. Based on the results of research and discussion related to the indicators of criticism in question, it was concluded from several informants that the hospital should better understand the situation in the hospital with the existence of a suggestion box, because which patients think about that suggestion, it is better like the advice of the patient by filling in a draft that was delivered directly by the officer to be filled in so that the evaluation material was available and quickly knew the response from the patient but the patient was getting better
