Efforts to Improve Student's Beginning Writing Ability with the Circ Cooperative Model in Class III SDN 08 Botumoito, Boalemo Regency
The formulation of the problem in this research is "How to improve students' basic writ-ing skills with the Cooperative Circ model in class II SDN 08 botumoito, Botumoito Sub district, Boalemo Regency?. The method used is classroom action research with the re-search subject being class II students, totaling 14 students with 11 male students and 3 female students. This research was carried out in the form of cycles and each cycle con-sisted of 4 stages, namely the planning stage, the action implementation stage, the observa-tion stage and the reflection stage. This research showed the students' basic writing ability is still in the low category, this is indicated by the low learning activity of students at the time of initial observation, with a percentage level of 28.57% of 14 students. Therefore, the researchers took action using the Circ Cooperative Model. From the results of research conducted on student learning outcomes in the first cycle, the basic writing ability in-creased compared to the initial observation of 57.14%. While in the second cycle the stu-dents' initial writing ability increased up to 92.85%. Based on research conducted in cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that using the Circ Cooperative Model can improve stu-dents' basic writing skills in class II SDN 08 Botumoito, Boalemo Regency, this is seen from the increase in student learning outcomes from 57.14% in the first cycle. to 92.85% in the second cycle
An Analysis of Diversity and Leadership Practices and Their Impact on Organizational Outcomes
The purpose of this research was to examine how variety and leadership styles affect business performance. According to the descriptive data, the sample included people of different sexes, nationalities, and ages. A favorable relationship between diversity and organizational outcomes was found in an examination of diversity in the workplace. Positive associations were also found between effective leadership practices like communication, strategy, and empowerment. This suggests that diverse teams may need to be led in a different way than homogenous ones, as there was a positive correlation between diversity and successful leadership practices. Findings from the research can help businesses improve their results and foster more welcoming workplaces for all employees
Incorporating Diversity and Inclusion in Early Childhood Education
The purpose of this research was to learn more about the variables that affect teachers' perspectives on diversity and inclusion in the classroom. This study uses a mixed method approach. Two hundred early childhood instructors were surveyed, and twenty were interviewed further as part of a quantitative study strategy. This methods such as descriptive statistics and interview data support. The findings imply that teachers are aware of and open to taking action in support of efforts to increase school variety and inclusion. However, socioeconomic variables like education level and years of experience may lead to variations in perspectives on diversity and inclusion. Instructors with more training and experience were more likely to consider diversity and inclusion crucial, and they also had greater faith in their own abilities to foster such values. The results stress the importance of teachers and the need for continuing efforts to support their professional growth and training in fostering an environment that values and celebrates differences among children in pre-school and kindergarten. Last but not least, ensuring that all children are given a fair chance to flourish in life requires a commitment to variety and equality in early childhood education
Risk Factors Related to the Event of Hypertension in Pregnant Women in Rsia. St. Khadijah 1 Makasaar
The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women at RSIA.St.Khadijah 1 Makassar. This type of research is observational analytic with a cross sectional design, which is a study to study the dynamics of the correlation between risk factors and effects by using an approach, observation or data collection all at once (Point Time Approach). This study was conducted to explain the factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women at RSIA.St. Khadijah 1 Makassar. This research was conducted at RSIA. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between maternal age and the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy. Hypertension (preeclampsia-eclampsia) increases at a young age due to the imperfection of the organs in a woman's body to reproduce, in addition to psychological factors that tend to be less stable in adapting to pregnancy. Factors that influence hypertension in pregnancy are the condition of young primigravida and repeated deliveries
The Effect of Pineapple Juice and Honey on the Acceleration of Perineal Wound Healing in Post-Partum Mothers in the Work Area of Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto Hospital
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of pineapple juice and honey on the acceleration of perineal wound healing in puerperal mothers, with a quasi-experimental design. The research design chosen was Post Test Only Control Group Design using purposive sampling technique with a sample of 36 respondents. The experimental group 18 which was given pineapple juice and honey for 7 days was 150 ml 2x1 then measured by post-test after the treatment while the control group 18 respondents who were not given treatment. The results showed that administration of pineapple juice and honey had a significant effect on the acceleration of perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers using the Whitney mann test to obtain a mean of 24.50-12.50 mean value of 12 ρ value 0,000 <α 0.05
Literature Review: The Effect of Audio Hypnobirthing on Anxiety Levels in First Childbirth Mothers
Anxiety in childbirth is a response to certain threatening situations, often anxiety can be characterized by feelings of irritability, anxiety, nervousness, excessive vigilance, and feelings of tension when facing the labor process. Maternal mothers who cannot control their anxiety and fear before giving birth will release high amounts of catecholamine hormones. Stress hormones that are produced in excess in pregnant women can interfere with the blood supply to the fetus and can make the fetus hyperactive. This literature study aims to determine the effect of audio hypnobirthing on maternal anxiety levels. This study uses a descriptive narrative method in the form of a literature study, literature searches are carried out through Google Scholar, Indonesia One Search (IOS), Digital Reference Garba (GARUDA) and text books. The literature used is published in 2011-2020 both nationally and internationally and is relevant to the topic taken. The results of the study of literature in 6 journals and 3 books found that there was an effect of audio hypnobirthing on the anxiety level of maternity mothers. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that hypnobirthing can prevent anxiety in maternity
Empowerment and Conservation Action through the Planting of Million Tree Onthe Banks of Limboto Lake in Buhu Village, Telaga Biru Sub- District, Gorontalo Regency
The aim of this program is the action of Community Development through planting a million trees on the banks of Limboto lake in Buhu village, Telaga Biru sub-district, Gorontalo Regency. This program is carried out as an effort to conserve the damage of the Limboto lake ecosystem, collaboration with the Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo, the government of Buhu village and the community of Buhu village. The method used in this activity is the method of socialization and the implementation of planting a million trees on the banks of Limboto lake. The flow of this activity includes the preparation of field observations and implementation of planting a million trees on the banks of Limboto lake. The results and discussion show that the empowerment action and the planting of a million trees on the banks of Limboto lake going well. It was concluded that the community empowerment action and conservation efforts through the program of planting a million trees on the banks of the Limboto lake have not been able to attract sympathy from the coastal communities of Limboto Lake. It is suggested to the government of village that empowerment actions and conservation efforts for Limboto lake like this need to be cultivated to a broader level of community understanding, about the need for action and actions to preserve Limboto lake through community empowerment programs
The Role of Parents on the Care of Tolls during the Covid-19 Pandemic
Toddlers are one of the age groups that are vulnerable to being infected with Covid-19, a disease caused by the SARS-Cov 2 Virus which has become a global pandemic since March 2020. The age limit for toddlers is 1-3 years (toddlers) and 3-5 years (pre-school). Therefore, the care of toddlers during the COVID-19 pandemic must be adjusted to the health protocols set by the government to break the chain of transmission. This is the goal of community service activities, namely to increase parents' knowledge by conducting counseling on how "The Role of Parents in Caring for Toddlers During the Covid 19 Pandemic". The method used is education using Power Points, Banners and Leaflets about caring for toddlers during the Covid 19 pandemic. The results of this activity achieved good results because as many as 21 mothers of toddlers were willing to take part in counseling and willing to help implement clean and healthy living behaviors and ways prevent and overcome the spread of Covid 19. Elderly people are people whose biological systems undergo structural and functional changes due to advanced age. These changes can take place smoothly so that they do not cause disability or can occur very real and result in total disability. Hypertension is a silent killer where symptoms can vary in each individual and are almost the same as the symptoms of other diseases. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disorder of carbohydrate, lipid, and protein metabolism with various causes and is a chronic disease. A person with diabetes has high blood glucose levels, also known as hyperglycemia. The purpose of this community service is so that the elderly can increase their knowledge about hypertension and diabetes mellitus against the covid-19 vaccine. From the results achieved with this activity, the orphanage is very supportive and gives thanks to the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo in conducting outreach education in the form of leaflets and banners. Employee Work Professionalism in Service Public (Case Study in Kayubulan Village, Limboto District)
This research was conducted in Kayubulan Sub-District, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. This study aims to determine how the Professional Work of Employees in Public Services (Case Study in Kelurahan Kayubulan, Limboto District. The research method uses descriptive qualitative type using data sourced from interviews with predetermined informants, each Camat, Lurah, Kelurahan Secretary, 2 Section Heads, 1 staff member and 2 community members. The results of the study concluded that the staff of the Subdistrict of Keyubulan, Limboto District had shown quite good, although it was still not optimal. This is seen from four aspects of professionalism, namely; aspects of Equality, aspects of equity, loyalty, and accountability.
