Local Tourism Popularity Recovery Strategy through Influencer Utilization
Using influencers is one way to revive interest in visiting the area. Finding influential people on social media with a significant local following or an interest in tourism and the area is a good first step toward this goal. These people of prominence can be approached and encouraged to write or record content (such as blogs, social media posts, or vlogs) about the location, drawing attention to its best features and enticing their audiences to come check it out. Moreover, it is possible to entice influencers to visit the area by providing them with discounts or other perks in exchange for posting about their experiences on social media. A rise in tourism is a possible outcome, as this might raise the profile of the place and pique interest in it

The Analysis of the Benefit of Jamu (Indonesian Traditional Medicine) and Herbal Medicine and Its Effect on Women of Childbearing Age
The aim of this research is to find out the benefit of herbal medicine for health service in primitive communities, especially women of childbearing age. The research team applied mixed-method and used questionnaire and exploratory survey by doing interview and direct observation to collect the data. The result of the research showed that there were 68 samples of women(100%) after childbirth or in childbearing age consumed herbal medicine. There were eight types of medicinal herbs that people consumed, they were turi leaf (Sesbania Grandiflora), binahong leaf (Anredera Cordifolia (tenore) steen), gedi leaf (Abelmoschus Manihot L), katuk leaf (Sauropus Androgynus), turmeric, ginger, jamu gendong (jamu being carried on the back) and herbal medicines (jamu) in sachets. The existence of cultural aspects that continue for generations caused the high use of herbal medicines. People gradually felt great benefits of consuming herbal medicines with less or even none negative impacts. It was easy to find herbal medicines or jamu in the market. That is the big reason why people, especially women of childbearing age, prefered consuming herbal medicines than other medicines. The government and related institutions should be able to control the use of this herbal medicines. Legal license of medicines has to be controlled to avoid bad impacts on people, especially women of childbearing age

Exploring the Relationship between Economic Growth and Environmental Sustainability
This research examines the link between economic development and ecological sustainability, paying special attention to the detrimental effects that rapid economic expansion could have on the natural world. We used descriptive statistics, trend analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, sensitivity analysis, and robustness checks on cross-sectional data from a selection of countries to investigate the moderating role of environmental protection expenditure on the relationship between GDP per capita and carbon emissions per capita. We find that spending on environmental safeguards moderates the correlation between GDP per individual and carbon emissions. These results stress the significance of supporting environmentally sustainable development practices and increasing spending on environmental protection, especially in countries experiencing rapid economic expansion. For those working to support sustainable development and lessen the environmental costs of economic growth, our research offers crucial new information
Measuring the Impact of Sustainable Management Practices on Organizational Performance
The effects of environmentally responsible administration on business effectiveness are the focus of this analysis. Combining quantitative poll data from 200 managers across sectors with qualitative case study analysis was the methodology we settled on. The poll responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and the premise that sustainable management techniques improve corporate performance was tested using inferential statistics. Case study analysis's anecdotal data added to our understanding of how sustainable management practices boost productivity in businesses. Sustainable management techniques were discovered to have a statistically substantial, favorable association with business success. Sustainable management techniques were found to have a positive effect on company success. By analyzing case studies qualitatively, we learned that sustainable management practices can boost corporate performance in a number of ways, including through increased employee involvement, strengthened partner relationships, and a more reputable brand. Our research suggests that ecological management techniques can have a major impact on business success. These results have substantial ramifications for managers and lawmakers alike, as sustainable management practices can be an effective means for businesses to boost performance and obtain an edge in the market. In order to better understand the connection between sustainable management practices and enhanced organizational performance, future studies will need to use a larger group and focus on the particular processes by which these practices work
Investigating the Effectiveness of Peer Feedback in Developing Critical Thinking Skills in Undergraduate Students
The purpose of this research was to determine whether or not undergraduates benefitted from receiving input from their peers when it came to the development of their critical thinking skills. A total of 60 freshmen taking an introductory philosophy course at a major public university in the United States served as the study's sample for a pre-test, post-test control group design. Students in the experimental group had their critical thinking tasks reviewed by their peers, while those in the control group did not. Changes in critical thinking were measured using the California Critical Thinking Skills Test (CCTST). The results of the CCTST showed that the experimental group had significantly higher levels of critical thinking than the control group. This result demonstrates the potential of peer feedback as an instructional strategy for fostering critical thinking in undergraduates. Student access to chances for group study is also highlighted. These results have substantial repercussions for classroom practice. Peer feedback is a useful tool for teachers to help their pupils develop the critical thinking skills necessary for success in school and the workplace. Important social and cognitive skills, such as communication, collaboration, and critical thinking, can be fostered in students through collaborative learning tasks

The Impact of Technology on Education: A Case Study of Schools
The current research examines the effects of integrating technology into K-12 classrooms specifically in rural school environments regarding its advantages and disadvantages, effects on student attentiveness or interest, and effect for students’ equality in school and teaching methods. This paper thus employs a case study to examine how digital means have impacted on classroom interactions and made education more diverse to rural learners. The study shows that the extent to which technology increases students’ interest and helps manage students’ diverse learning needs is great but the implementation is constrained by infrastructural deficiencies, insufficient professional development, and lack of preparedness. Moreover, inequalities are rising with ever more diverse educational ICT access outside the school environment deepening the existing inequalities. The study shows that technology integration can be best understood as a reconstructive-process level and thus requires attention to infrastructural issues, pointed continuation of the teacher education program, and a fair distribution of the digital assets. Thus, the study calls on all the educational stakeholders especially policymakers, educational institutions and local authorities to embrace full implementation and support the use of technology to foster education for children in rural areas
