Descriptive Study of Merdeka Curriculum Implementation at SDN 1 Telaga Biru
The objective of the independent curriculum is to find out the results of the implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Telaga Biru. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, the informants were one school principal, two educators and five students. This research is to find out about how the implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Telaga Biru. Several techniques were used in data collection, namely: a) Observation, b) Interview, c) Documentation. The results show that in the implementation of the independent curriculum there is more emphasis on substantive material and developing student competencies according to the stages. Therefore, learning with this independent curriculum is expected to be more in-depth, not rushed, more fun and meaningful. Thus, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum is more optimal even though it has only been implemented for one year. The Independent Curriculum, still needs to be developed and improved thus it can overcome current educational problems

Integrated Marketing Communication Strategy in Insurance Business Competition (Case Study of Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance in North Penajam Paser Regency)
This research aims to analyze integrated marketing communication strategies in insurance business competition (Case Study of Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance in North Penajam Paser Regency) with various supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses participatory observation. The results of the research show that, of the 5 (five) indicators in the integrated marketing communication strategy, there are 4 (four) strategies implemented by Allianz agents in North Penajam Paser Regency, namely advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion and personal sales, although they are still less than optimal. The result of the stidy showed that Allianz agents in North Penajam Paser Regency have implemented integrated marketing communication strategies, especially personal selling and sales promotion strategies which are most dominantly used by Allianz agents in the competitive insurance business in North Penajam Paser Regency
Analysis of the Implementation of Good Governance Principles in Public Services in Pantai Lango Village, Penajam District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency
This study aims to analyze the extent to which the principles of good governance are implemented at Kelurahan Pantai Lango in the context of public service. Additionally, it seeks to assess how the application of these principles impacts public services in Kelurahan Pantai Lango. The research employs a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with various informants, including local officials and community members, to gather qualitative insights into the practices and impacts of good governance in Kelurahan Pantai Lango. The collected data were then analyzed using interactive model analysis techniques. The findings reveal that Kelurahan Pantai Lango has successfully implemented the principles of good governance in public service. These principles participation, transparency, justice, accountability, and efficiency have been applied in various ways aimed at improving public service. The impact of applying these principles on public service in Kelurahan Pantai Lango is positive. Community members reported improvements in information access, participation in decision-making, and service speed

To overcome this problem, a typhoid action plan is carried out, namely monitoring the temperature at least every 2 hours, giving warm water compresses, giving parental fluids, and collaborating with doctors about administering antipyretic drugs. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design that provides treatment or intervention to research subjects and then the effect of the treatment is measured and analyzed. The research design used is a case study design approach. This design is used to see changes after being given warm compresses to patients with impaired thermoregulation. The sample in this study were 3 respondents, the data collection technique was using observation sheets. The results of this study have shown an optimal scale because children's thermoregulation is effective
Socialization of the Bad Effects of Smoking on Youth in Mountainous Areas, India
The purpose of this research was to examine how well group outings can teach young people in hilly regions about the hazards of tobacco use. The research project included a wide range of educational events, such as seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns, all aimed at spreading the word about the dangers of smoking. Fifty teenagers (15-24) from the mountains participated in this study. Knowledge and perspective about smoking were assessed by giving participants pre- and post-tests.
