Enhanced SVD Based Image Compression Technique
With the growth of technology and entrance into the Digital World, it has found itself surrounded by a massive quantity of data. Dealing with such huge data/information will often creates difficulties while transmission of data or storage of data. One feasible solution to overcome such difficulties is to use a data compression technique. Image compression is a method in which the storage space or processing space of image is reduced without degrading the image standard or quality. It conjointly reduces the time needed for images to be uploaded over the Internet or downloaded from Internet. JPEG is a necessary technique used for image compression. So, in order to improve the quality of the image, compression is done using different techniques. In this research work, SVD algorithm is used for compression which is giving better result for image compression without any reduction in quality. The modeling of optimized Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) implemented for JPEG Image compression in MATLAB is implemented. SVD is the core part of the JPEG image compression. In JPEG Image Compression, a quantizer follows the SVD. Such structural channel is beneficial for reducing difficulty in the whole JPEG compression/encoding. To overcome the problem of lossy compression implemented algorithm is designed in order to enhance the performance of compression algorithm with respect to performance evaluation parameters such as, Compression ratio , Bits per pixel , Peak signal to noise ratio, Mean squared error and Signal to noise ratio

Earlier umpire’s or referee’s decision was the last and final decision and there was no further body to counter that decision be it is right or wrong. At some crucial point, one wrong decision could have changed the course of the game, but there was no system to reverse that decision. However, in the modern times, decisions can be reviewed through computer software programs and can also be reversed and mistakes can be corrected. If the decision taken in the field is doubtful, then a panel of umpires review those decisions using modern technological advancements and it can be changed if decision is wrong

REVIEW ON CONTROL METHODOLOGIES IN HVDC TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
Multi-terminal HVDC networks are emerging as the most promising technologies to develop such a concept. Moreover, multi-terminal HVDC grids are based on highly controllable devices, which may allow not only transmitting power, but also supporting the AC grids to ensure a secure and stable operation. This paper aims to present an overview of different control schemes for multi-terminal HVDC grids, including the control of the power converters. This paper studies the recent control strategies that have been used in wind farm based HVDC systems. A theoretical analysis of each control strategy has been provided followed by a comparison between their individual characteristic indices as well as their pros and cons.

A Survey: Attribute Based Encryption for Secure Cloud
Cloud computing is an enormous area which shares huge amount of data over cloud services and it has been increasing with its on-demand technology. Since, with these versatile cloud services, when the delicate data stored within the cloud storage servers, there are some difficulties which has to be managed like its Security Issues, Data Privacy, Data Confidentiality, Data Sharing and its integrity over the cloud servers dynamically. Also, the authenticity and data access control should be maintained in this wide environment. Thus, Attribute based Encryption (ABE) is a significant version of cryptographic technique in the cloud computing environment. Public Key Encryption acts as the basic technique for ABE where it provides one to many encryptions, here, the private key of users & the cipher-text both rely on attributes such that, when the set of the attributes of users key matches set of attributes of cipher-text with its corresponding access policy, only then decryption is possible. Thus, an opponent could grant access to the sensitive information that holds multiple keys, if it has at least one individual key for accession. The techniques based on ABE consist of two types: KP-ABE (Key- Policy ABE) where the user’s private key is linked to an access structure (or access policy) over attributes and cipher-text is connected to the set of attributes, and CP-ABE (cipher-text policy ABE) is vice versa. Hence, in this, Review we discuss about the various security techniques and relations based on Attributes Based Encryption, especially, the type KP-ABE over data attributes which explains secured methods & its schemes related to time specifications. 
A Study on Particle Swarm based Load Balancing Algorithms in Cloud Computing
Cloud computing is a new and innovative perspective for large scale parallel and distributed computing. The dependence of user or load on the cloud is growing enormously with the enlargement of new applications. Load balancing is a significant area of cloud computing environment which ensures that all connected devices or processors carry out same amount of work in equal time. With an aim to make cloud resources and services accessible to the cloud user easily and conveniently, different algorithms and models for load balancing in cloud computing is being developed. There are so many algorithms are available for proper load balancing but in this paper particle swarm based algorithm is focused that can balance the load in cloud computing so that resources are easily available for users. This paper aims to develop an efficient load balancing algorithm using particle swarm based to minimize performance parameters like make span, latency, total execution time

Genetic engineering, also called genetic modification, is the direct manipulation of an organism\u27sgenome using biotechnology. It is a set of technologies used to change the genetic makeup of cells,including the transfer of genes within and across species boundaries to produce improved or novelorganisms. New DNA may be inserted in the host genome by first isolating and copying the geneticmaterial of interest using molecular cloning methods to generate a DNA sequence, or by synthesizingthe DNA, and then inserting this construct into the host organism. An organism that is generated through genetic engineering is considered to be agenetically modified organism (GMO). The first GMOs were bacteria generated in 1973 and GM mice in1974. The authors depicts the scenario of forecasting practices based on secondary data and represents SCM role, demand management, collaborative coordination, etc. In addition, the study reveals the limitation and few practical solutions on forecasting to be useful in the business organization.
