No full textEste proyecto de grado consiste en la elaboración de arreglos musicales para cinco canciones del repertorio pop contemporáneo, diseñados específicamente para su interpretación en vivo por medio de un ensamble conformado por guitarra eléctrica, teclado, bajo y batería. A partir del análisis estructural de cada obra original —considerando elementos como melodía, armonía, ritmo y forma— se realizaron adaptaciones que permiten enriquecer su ejecución mediante el uso de secuencias, recursos armónicos contemporáneos y dinámicas grupales propias del entorno escénico. El objetivo principal es ofrecer una propuesta innovadora que mantenga la esencia de las canciones originales mientras las proyecta en un formato escénico más expresivo, técnico y atractivo para el público. El resultado es un repertorio coherente, con una duración de entre 25 y 35 minutos, que será interpretado en un concierto público como evidencia del trabajo creativo y académico desarrollado.1. Based on a structural analysis of each original work—considering elements such as melody, harmony, rhythm, and form—adaptations were made to enrich their performance through the use of sequences, contemporary harmonic resources, and group dynamics inherent to the stage environment. The main objective is to offer an innovative approach that maintains the essence of the original songs while presenting them in a more expressive, technically advanced, and engaging stage format. No full textLa simulación clínica es una herramienta clave en la formación en salud porque permite desarrollar competencias en un entorno seguro. Para asegurar la calidad de estos espacios, es necesario contar con procesos de autoevaluación que garanticen buenas prácticas en infraestructura, recursos y metodologías. El Centro de Simulación Clínica de la UNAB cumple un papel fundamental, pero carecía de una autoevaluación estructurada que permitiera identificar mejoras. Por ello, este trabajo implementa una autoevaluación basada en el modelo de Donabedian (estructura, proceso y resultados) con el fin de diagnosticar el estado actual del centro y proponer acciones que fortalezcan la calidad académica y el funcionamiento institucional. Objetivo: Desarrollar un proceso de autoevaluación del Centro de Simulación Clínica de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB), tomando como referencia estándares nacionales e internacionales, para identificar áreas de mejoramiento continuo en la calidad de la simulación clínica. 11. PRESUPUESTO 88PregradoClinical simulation is a key tool in healthcare training because it allows for the development of competencies in a safe environment. To ensure the quality of these spaces, self-assessment processes are necessary to guarantee best practices in infrastructure, resources, and methodologies. The Clinical Simulation Center at UNAB plays a fundamental role, but it lacked a structured self-assessment that would allow for the identification of improvements. Therefore, this work implements a self-assessment based on the Donabedian model (structure, process, and outcomes) in order to diagnose the current state of the center and propose actions that strengthen academic quality and institutional functioning. Objective: To develop a self-assessment process for the Clinical Simulation Center of the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga (UNAB), using national and international standards as a reference, to identify areas for continuous improvement in the quality of clinical simulation. Objective of the PEP research proposal: To identify and analyze, through scientific literature, the experiences of informal caregivers and healthcare staff in nursing homes regarding the process of providing care to older adults in the final stages of life during the Covid-19 pandemic, recognizing the emotional, social, and care-related challenges that arose in this context. Methodology: The methodology selected for developing the improvement plan was based on two main tools: the SWOT matrix and the Hanlon Prioritization Matrix. First, a SWOT analysis was applied to systematically identify the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats of the Clinical Simulation Center, allowing for a comprehensive view of the current state of the service. Subsequently, the identified weaknesses and needs were subjected to a prioritization process using the Hanlon Matrix, which allowed for assigning scores and objectively determining which problems had the greatest impact, feasibility, and urgency of intervention. This methodological combination facilitated informed decision-making, guiding the formulation of strategic and coherent actions within the improvement plan.Modalidad Presencia

No full textEste boletín divulgativo presenta de modo sintético los principales elementos imbuidos en el desarrollo de la investigación denominada “conexiones de paz territorial entre mujeres afrocolombianas: experiencias organizativas y de participación en clave de paz territorial de mujeres afrocolombianas sobrevivientes al conflicto armado en Quibdó y Bogotá”, financiado por el Fondo Francisco José de Caldas, y liderado por el Instituto de Estudios Políticos de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB). La investigación se sitúa desde un paradigma cualitativo, una ética del cuidado en la investigación con sujetos subalternizados, epistemologías feministas, afrodescendientes y afrodiaspóricas, que nos acercan a un abordaje complejo del problema social indagado. A partir de la co-construcción de un plan de acción acorde con los intereses de las organizaciones, reconstruimos las apuestas de paz territorial que han desplegado estas organizaciones en el día a día, reconociendo los desafíos y las posibilidades implicadas en ello.This project was developed with the purpose of reconstructing and disseminating the strategies and commitments to territorial peace implemented by two grassroots community organizations of Afro-Colombian women survivors of the armed conflict in the territories of Quibdó and Bogotá, focusing on their memories, knowledge, and core processes of action. Through collaborative work with the Chocoan Women's Youth Network (Quibdó) and the CISPAC Foundation (Usme), the research documented the unique ways in which these organizations have sustained their lives, reinvented their communities, and confronted the multiple inequalities and forms of violence they experience in their daily lives.
The research is situated within a qualitative paradigm, an ethics of care in research with marginalized subjects, and feminist, Afro-descendant, and Afro-diasporic epistemologies, which led to a complex approach to the social problem under investigation. Based on the co-construction of an action plan in accordance with the interests of the organizations, we reconstruct the territorial peace initiatives that these organizations have deployed on a daily basis, recognizing the challenges and possibilities involved in this.Modalidad Presencia

No full textLa vacunación es una de las intervenciones más efectivas y costo-efectivas en salud pública, al prevenir la aparición de enfermedades transmisibles y promover la inmunidad colectiva. En Colombia, el Programa Ampliado de Inmunizaciones se ha consolidado como pilar fundamental de la prevención primaria, garantizando el derecho a la salud mediante el acceso a inmunobiológicos seguros y eficaces. En este contexto, el servicio de vacunación de la Clínica Girón E.S.E., en el departamento de Santander, representa un componente esencial de la Atención Primaria en Salud, donde la enfermería desempeña un rol protagónico no solo en la administración de inmunobiológicos, sino también en la educación, acompañamiento y empoderamiento de los usuarios, promoviendo conductas saludables y decisiones informadas.
El Modelo de Promoción de la Salud de Nola Pender respalda este enfoque, al reconocer que la interacción positiva entre el profesional de enfermería y la persona favorece la adopción de prácticas preventivas sostenibles. Además, la implementación de estándares de calidad, seguridad y cuidado humanizado, basados en guías como las de la Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario, fortalece la confianza de la comunidad en los servicios de vacunación. No obstante, mantener altas coberturas requiere consolidar los sistemas de farmacovigilancia, ya que la percepción pública de riesgo frente a los Eventos Supuestamente Atribuibles a la Vacunación e Inmunización puede afectar la adherencia al Plan Ampliado de Inmunizaciones; experiencias nacionales e internacionales han demostrado que la vigilancia activa, el análisis oportuno y la notificación adecuada de estos eventos son esenciales para garantizar la seguridad, preservar la credibilidad institucional y evitar la reemergencia de enfermedades inmunoprevenibles.PregradoVaccination is one of the most effective and cost-efficient public health interventions, as it prevents the occurrence of communicable diseases and promotes herd immunity. In Colombia, the Expanded Program on Immunization has become a key strategy for primary prevention, ensuring the right to health through access to safe and effective immunobiologicals. Within this framework, the vaccination service of Clínica Girón E.S.E., located in the department of Santander, plays an essential role in Primary Health Care. Nursing professionals are not only responsible for administering vaccines, but also for providing education, guidance, and support to users, encouraging healthy behaviors and informed decision-making.
This approach is supported by Nola Pender’s Health Promotion Model, which highlights that positive interaction between nurses and individuals promotes the adoption of preventive and sustainable health practices. Furthermore, the implementation of quality and safety standards, following evidence-based guidelines such as those from the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario, strengthens community confidence in vaccination services and ensures humanized care.
However, maintaining high vaccination coverage requires strong pharmacovigilance systems, as the perception of risk related to Adverse Events Following Immunization may negatively affect trust in vaccination programs. National and international experiences have shown that active surveillance, timely reporting, and proper analysis of these events are essential to guarantee safety, protect institutional credibility, and avoid the resurgence of vaccine-preventable disease.Modalidad Presencia
