THE INFLUENCE OF DISCOVERY LEARNING MODEL ON CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS OF STUDENT A: Literature Review
The learning process in the classroom currently takes place passively because students only listen to the teacher's explanation without any question and answer interaction, students do not yet have critical thinking skills to develop their potential. Critical thinking skills are high-level thinking skills that need to be developed in schools. These skills need to be trained through the use of learning models that bring students closer to the surrounding environment to get real experiences so as to increase curiosity and explore understanding by applying the Discovery Learning learning model. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Discovery Learning learning model on students' critical thinking skills. The type of research used is the literature review method in which articles are reviewed by tracing articles that are related to the topic of Discovery Learning. HUBUNGAN SIKAP, MOTIVASI DAN PEMANFAATAN MEDIA BELAJAR DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR IPS PADA UPT SDI BENTENG TIMUR NO. 112 KEPULAUAN SELAYAR
This study aims to determine 1) the relationship between attitudes towards social studies student achievement UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 122 Selayar Islands 2) the relationship between motivation and achievement of social studies students at UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 112. Selayar Islands 3) the relationship between the use of learning media on the achievement of social studies students at UPT.SDI.Benteng.Timur.No. 112. Selayar Islands 4) The Relationship of Attitude, Motivation and Utilization of Learning Media with Social Studies Student Achievement at UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 112. Selayar Islands. The type of research used is quantitative because it can give number symbols in stages or by calculating the frequency/amount separately from one another. This research was conducted at UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 112 Selayar Islands. The population in this study were all students of UPT SDI 112 Selayar Islands, amounting to 25 people. the sample is taken as a whole, but if the population is greater than 100 people, then 10-15% or 20-25% of the total population can be taken. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a significant relationship between attitudes and student achievement in class V UPT SDI Benteng Timur No.112.Selayar Islands 2) There was a significant relationship between motivation and student achievement in class V UPT SDI East Fort No. 112 Selayar Islands 3) There is a significant relationship between the use of learning media and the learning achievement of fifth grade students at UPT SDI Benteng Timur No. 112 Selayar Islands 4) There is a simultaneous significant relationship between Attitude, Motivation and Utilization of Learning Media with the learning achievement of fifth grade students of UPT SDI fort Timur No. 112 Selayar Islands
EFEKTIFITAS KINERJA PENGAWAS SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU KELAS IV UPT SPF SD INPRES BALANG BODDONG KECAMATAN TAMALATE KOTA MAKASSAR
This study aims to find out: (1) How is the effectiveness of the performance of school supervisors at UPT SPF SD Inpres Balang Boddong, Tamalate District, Makassar City; (2) How is the Professional Competence of Class IV Teachers upt SPF SD Inpres Balang Boddong, Tamalate District, Makassar City and (3) How is the Effectiveness of The Performance of School Supervisors in Improving the Professional Competence of Class IV Teachers UPT SPF SD Inpres Balang Boddong, Tamalate District, Makassar City. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the superintendent of schools, the principal and the Class Teacher. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification The results of the study (1) The performance of the school superintendent at SD Inpres Balang Boddong in carrying out supervision is quite good, but it is still not optimal, especially in supervision activities. In addition, coaching activities are only at the time of the supervision; (2) The professional competence of teacher IV at SD Inpres Balang Boddong is quite good in teaching and learning activities where teachers compile lesson plans, master lesson materials, use learning media, build interaction with students, carry out assessment activities; and (3) The effectiveness of the performance of school supervisors in improving the professional competence of class IV teachers at SD Inpres Balang Boddong is still not optimal. PENINGKATAN MINAT KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA MELALUI MEDIA POWER POINT INTERAKTIF PESERTA DIDIK KELAS II MIN 3 LUWU KECAMATAN SULI KABUPATEN LUWU TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023
The research is motivaled by the hope that the implementation of the teaching and learning process for Indonesian subjects, especially in increasing interest in reading skills through Interactive Power Point media can be carried out completely in accordance with the specified Minimum Comleteness Criteria (KKM). The purpose of this study is to obtain an objective picture of improving Indonesian language learning outcomes. Reading skills throughInteractive Power Point media in class II second semester students of MIN 3 Luwu Suli District, Luwu Regency. The purpose og this Classroom Action research is to increace interest in reading skills through Interactive Power Point media in class II semester I students at MIN 3 Luwu Suli District, Luwu Regency. From the data analysis, it was found that students’learning motivation increased from the pre-cycle. Student achievement also increased from pre –cycle, cycle I to cycle II gradually. The conslution of this study reveals that the use of interactive power point media can improve the process of learning to read. This is indicated by an increase in student activity in responding to the teacher when asking qestions about the content of the story, which 50 % and an increase in concluding the content of the story he reads, which is 41,67%. Furthermore, this causes the studets’ reading aloud ability to increase. The increase in the ability to read aloud through interative PPT media in first cycle was 5,06, the initial condition of 63 increased to 68,06. In the second cycle it increased by 12,59, the initial condition of 63 increased to 75,59. Keywords: Learning Outcomes,reading skills, interactive power point media

Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang peranan kepemimpinan dalam.meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah yang diterapkan di MIS Muhammadiyah Bujung Tangaya Kecamatan Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut : Bagaimana peranan kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam upaya mengelola.manajemen madarash untuk.meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, Bagaimanakah Pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MIS Muhammadiyah Bujung Tangaya,faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung serta kendala dan hambatan apa saja yang dialami dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik pengamatan terlibat langsung, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Informan Kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Madarash dan guru. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Mutu Pendidikan, MBS.
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COURSE REVIEW HORAY TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR BIOLOGI SISWA KELAS XI IPA SMAN 13 MAKASSAR
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif desain penelitian quasi eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran course review horay terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 13 Makassar. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran course review horay sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar biologi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 1 untuk kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 2 untuk kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa data hasil pretest dan postets kelas eksperimen menunjukkan 0,0460,05 yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas XI dilihat dari hasil analisis uji Independent Sample t-Test yaitu thitung (2.044) > ttable (1.67528)
UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR BIOLOGI MELALUI PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW PADA SISWA KELAS X1 MAN LUWU KAB. LUWU
This research is a classroom action research aimed at improving student biology learning outcomes through the application of Jigsaw cooperative learning. The study was conducted at MAN Luwu Kab. Luwu in the Odd semester of the academic year 2022/2023 in November 2022 with the Research Subject is a class X1 student consisting of 25 students. The study consists of 2 cycles and the collected data is analyzed using quantitative analysis. The results of the research show that the application of cooperative learning Jigsaw is an effective learning model for improving the biological learning outcomes of students of class X1 MAN Luwu Kab. Luwu. The increase was demonstrated by the results of the study from Cycle I to Cycle II, i.e. the average student learning outcome score increased from 71.00 from the ideal score of 100 with a standard deviation of 2.79 to 79.40 from the optimal score of 100, with a deviation standard of 1.69 as well as the increase in the percentage of strict students from 56% to 84%. From the results of this study can be concluded that there was an increase in the learning outcome of students of class X1 MAN Luwu kab. IDENTIFIKASI DAN KARAKTERISASI TUMBUHAN FAMILIA ZINGIBERACEAE DI DESA BUDONG-BUDONG KABUPATEN MAMUJU TENGAH
Zingiberaceae merupakan tumbuhan yang banyak dimanfaatkan dalam pengobatan tradisional dan semakin banyak dibudidayakan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Tumbuhan dalam familia ini memiliki karakter morfologi yang sulit dibedakan, sehingga penting untuk melakukan pengamatan karakterisasi tumbuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati jenis-jenis tumbuhan dari familia Zingiberaceae yang mulai banyak dibudidayakan di desa Budong-Budong, Kecamatan Topoyo, Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah serta untuk mengamati variasi karakter antara spesies tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yakni dengan membandingkan karakter morfologi antara spesies dari familia Zingibercaeae yang dikoleksi dengan menggunakan metode jelajah. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua belas spesies yang tergolong dalam familia Zingibercaeae yang ditemukan di desa Budong-Budong yakni Zingiber montanum, Z. officinale, dan Z. zerumbet, Curcuma longa, C. xanthorrhiza, C. zedoaria, Alpinia purpurata, A. galanga, Etlingera elatior, Hedychium coronarium, Kaempferia galanga, dan, Cheilocostus speciosus. Kedua belas spesies tersebut memiliki beberapa persamaan dan perbedaan karakter morfologi. Persaamaan karakter antara lain dari sistem perakaran, bentuk akar, bentuk batang semu, arah tumbuh, tepi daun, serta bentuk daun. Sedangkan perbedaan karakter dapat dilihat dari permukaan batang semu, ujung daun, pangkal daun, permukaan daun, serta bentuk dan warna rimpang.Kata kunci: Morfologi, Rimpang, Zingiberacea
MEDIA ALTERNATIF EKSTRAK UBI JALAR SEBAGAI MEDIA TUMBUH JAMUR Aspergillus sp dan Candida sp PADA SERUMEN TELINGA PETANI DI KELURAHAN DORPEDU KOTA TERNATE
Fungal are plants that require habitat conditions and high humidity. So it is one of the causes of public health problems in Indonesia. Groups at high risk of fungal infection are farmers because one of them is in direct contact with warm and humid areas at work. Otomycosis is a fungal infection that often occurs in the outer ear. Predisposing factors that influence include high humidity, local trauma which is often caused by the habit of using cotton buds, iron hooks and hair strands, long-term use of steroids and a history of dermatomycosis. Otomycosis is one of the common symptoms that are often found in ENT clinics and its prevalence reaches 9% of all patients who show symptoms and signs of otitis externa with Candida Sp and Aspergillus as the fungal species obtained the most from the oscillates. This study aims to determine the presence of fungal growth in the ear serum of farmers in Dorpedu Village. The location of the sampling was conducted in the Dorpedu Village, Ternate City and the location of this research was carried out at the Integrated Laboratory of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Ternate, Department of Medical Laboratory Technology. The method used in this study is to examine the culture and followed by 10% KOH staining. This study used accidental sampling technique with a sample of 20 farmers' ear serumThe results obtained showed that from 20 samples of farmers' ear serum in Dorpedu Village examined, Candida albicans and Aspergillus sp.: Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that from 20 samples of farmer ear serum in Dorpedu Village, it was found that in the sweet potato extract media there were 17 (85%) positive samples of C. albicans, 1 (5%)positive samples of Aspergillus sp. PDA 20 (100%) samples were positive for C. albicans, and 2 (10%) samples were negative on sweet potato extract media where no fungal colonies were found. PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DISCOVERY LEARNING TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KONSEP BIOLOGI SISWA
The ability to master the concept is a very important ability to be improved. Discovery learning learning model is a learning model that has 6 stages of learning that are able to support the achievement of mastery of concepts. This study aimsto determine the effect of the discovery learning model on students’ mastery of biological concepts through literature study, namely by looking for various sources that are relevant and have ISSN which are used as references and guidelines. This research method is a literature study by looking for relevant reference sources. The population and sample in this study were all relevant literature articles. Results Based on the literature study research, discovery learning model has an effect on students’ mastery of biological concepts. This means that students’ mastery of biological concepts is significant to the discovery learning model. The discovery learning model can be used as a learning model in schools, especially in biology subjects
