Pengaruh Pitch Pada Screw Conveyor Machine Terhadap Kualitas Penirisan Cacahan Plastik Basah
Screw conveyor merupakan suatau alat yang memiliki bentuk poros berupa ulir (screw) untuk mengangkut dan/atau mengangkat partikulat pada tingkat yang terkendali dan stabil. Berdasarkan jarak pitch, screw memiliki beberapa jenis dan fungsi masing-masing. Pada perancangan screw conveyor, penentuan jenis pitch perlu diperhatikan untuk mendapatkan fungsi mesin yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas maka pada penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh jenis pitch pada rancang bangun standard sectional flight screw conveyor machine. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan jenis pitch yang tepat untuk rancang bangun standard sectional flight screw conveyor machine dalam proses penirisan sekaligus pemindahan cacahan plastik basah. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan proses dalam rancang bangun standard sectional flight screw conveyor machine. Proses rancang bangun penelitian ini meliputi identifikasi masalah, perumusan masalah, proses perancangan, proses pembuatan mesin, pengujian, analisa data dan pembahasan serta laporan hasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancang bangun standard sectional flight screw conveyor machine dengan menggunakan jenis short pitch menghasilkan output penirisan paling baik dibandingkan jenis pitch yang lain. Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan rancang bangun standard sectional flight screw conveyor machine ini memiliki kepasitas masimum sebesar 182 kg/menit yang di gerakkan oleh motor listrik 3phase dengan daya 3Hp dan kecepatan maksimum 95 rpm
ANALISIS POTENSI PENGEMBANGAN LAJUR SEPEDA TERINTEGRASI BRT DI DAERAH PERBUKITAN GUNUNGPATI KOTA SEMARANG
The bike lane in Semarang city has the potential to be developed even though the topography is contoured by hills that divide the city into lower Semarang and upper Semarang. This study aims to determine the potential location of the bike lane development so that the bike mode in lower Semarang can be integrated with the Trans Semarang BRT to upper Semarang, or vice versa, especially to the Semarang State University (UNNES) campus area in Gunungpati district. The BRT integrated bike mode is expected to be able to make the city of Semarang a "Bicycle Friendly City". This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with a BLOS (Bicycle Level Of Service) method approach. Primary data were obtained by interview techniques, field observations, field trip, and documentation. Secondary data were obtained through literature studies related to bike lane policies and standards. The results of this study are that the BLOS score in the UNNES area is 2.4 ”“ 2.88 (ranks B and C) with a good environmental description and good enough for bicycles. The conclusion is the development of bike lanes and facilities can be applied in the campus area with limited integration of Trans Semarang BRT, related to type and amount of bike, integrated and transit halte locations that support Bike on Board facilities. Utilization of Welding Electrode Waste To Purify Biogas From Hydrogen Sulfide Impurities
Abstract”” The biogas desulphurization process has a crucial role in the widespread use of biogas due to the toxic and corrosive nature of the element hydrogen sulfide on equipment. This study investigated the potential use of waste welding electrodes as a biogas purification medium. Variables in the form of feed biogas flow rates of 1, 2, and 3 liters/minute were studied for their effects. As a result, the most optimum performance was obtained in the test with a feed biogas flow rate of 1 liter/minute, with an average reduction percentage of hydrogen sulfide content in the biogas of 27.12%
PELATIHAN INSTALASI DAN PENGATURAN RUNNING TEXT SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI DI RT.04 GRIYA DAMAI SEJAHTERA
Running text mempunyai banyak sekali manfaat, tidak hanya bisa memberikan informasi penting kepada warga sekitar, namun juga memberikan keindahan bagi perumahan tempat tinggal warga sekitar yakni warga RT.04 Griya Damai Sejahtera. RT.04 belum memiliki gapura dan penamaan blok nya masih dinilai acak sehingga sering membingungkan warga luar, tukang pos dan ojek online, serta pengunjung lain yang memiliki keperluan. Dengan akan dibangunnya gapura sebagai pintu masuk menuju RT.04, warga sekitar menginginkan sebuah media informasi yang tidak hanya memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan, namun juga menambah keindahan desa. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini kami mengusulkan pelatihan instalasi dan pengaturan running text sebagai bentuk Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM). Pelatihan pembuatan running text untuk tampilan informasi di RT.04 sangatlah bermanfaat bagi masyarakat disana yang berupaya memberikan inovasi-inovasi yang visioner bagi warganya yang tentunya menambah keindahan desa
ENDAMPINGAN DESAIN KEMASAN PRODUK UMKM WEDANG UWUH DI DESA DUKUH, BANYUDONO BOYOLALI
UMKM Desa Dukuh, Banyudono Kabupaten Boyolali mempunyai produkunggulan yaitu wedang uwuh. Wedang uwuh adalah minuman herbal alami tanpa bahankimia yang dapat mendukung kesehatan. Wedang uwuh produksi UMKM Desa Dukuhmemiliki potensi untuk bersaing dengan produk serupa mengingat UMKM Desa Dukuhsangat menjaga kualitas bahan baku produksinya. Bahkan untuk pengeringan dilakukan dengan mesin pengering sehingga produk lebih higienis karena pengeringan denganmesin pengering meminimalisir bahan baku terkena debu dibandingkan dengan proses penjemuran tradisional. Sayangnya, kemasan produk wedang uwuh UMKM DesaDukuh masih kurang menarik. Oleh karenanya pada tim pengabdian Politeknik NegeriSemarang memberikan pendampingan desain kemasn produk. Melalui pendampingan inidiperoleh desain logo dan kemasan yang lebih menarik daripada sebelumnya
AUTOMATIC MANUAL SMART LIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM WITH STATUS FEEDBACK
The need for light is one of the main needs for human life today. Advances in technology are very helpful in many aspects of life, especially in terms of light. Thanks to advances in technology, humans do not only rely on sunlight as a means of lighting their daily lives because lamps have been found as a substitute for lighting. Controlling the lights manually certainly has drawbacks as is often the case in this village where the owner often leaves the house with the lights on, this can cause a waste of electricity and short circuits can occur in the lights if they are constantly on. Where researchers use applied research methods which are research methods that are carried out with the intention of implementing, testing, and evaluating the ability of a theory that is applied in solving practical problems. However, researchers also use IoT (Internet of Things) technology and Internet Messenging applications, namely Telegram. Where this IoT technology is a technology that utilizes the internet network connected to a network of lights through a sensor, namely the NodeMCU Esp8266 Microcontroller. While the Telegram application is used as an aid to make it easier to monitor or control both turning on and off the lights remotely using the application, the Telegram application also sends feedback on the status of the lights. From the results of this study, it can be expected that this control system can assist in controlling or controlling lights easily and practically over long distances using the telegram application.
PEMETAAN DAN MODEL KEBUTUHAN LITERASI KEUANGANG UMKM DI KECAMATAN TEMBALANG
UMKM are really need financial literacy in order to be able to manage and make wise business financial policy decisions. Central Java's financial literacy index ranges from conventional to sharia 47.58 percent, 11.78 percent. This study aims to find out how to map and model financial literacy in UMKM in Tembalang District. This research includes all UMKM in Tembalang District. By using non-probability purposive random sampling of customers. Respondents are UMKM actors who had KTPsin the Tembalang District. In this study, a sample of 97 UMKM respondents was taken in Tembalang District. Data analysis in this study was carried out descriptively using SPSS software. focuses on mapping financial information to the community and the need for financial literacy, especially UMKM in Tembalang District. The highest level of financial literacy is in Banking with a score of 44, and the lowest in Islamic finance is 10. The five financial literacy needs of the financial industry and banks for UMKM consist of Savings, KUR, UMi Financing, Profit Sharing Financing and Credit. Others Cash Flow and Income Statemen
