    DETERMINANTS OF GREEN LIFESTYLE FACTORS TO MAINTAIN THE SUSTAINABILITY OF ENVIRONMENTAL TOURISM BUSINESS

    Based on interviews with tourism object managers, it was found that generation z tourists often take disgraceful actions by displaying behavior that pollutes and even damages tourist attractions. This study examines how much influence (tourist attitudes, subjective norms, expected behavioral control on tourist intentions), then examines the effect of tourist intentions on environmentally responsible tourism behavior and examines its effect on green lifestyles. This research is a type of quantitative research and primary data source. The population of this study is Generation Z tourists who have visited in the last three years. The samples obtained were 224 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Warp PLS (Partial Least Square) structural equation model. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Attitude, Subjective Norm, and Behavioral control that is felt to affect intentions. The higher the tourists' intention to be responsible for the environment, the better the behavior responsible for the environment. The results show that the better the behavior to be responsible for the environment, the higher the green lifestyle. With this research, it is hoped that it can raise awareness for the younger generation to be more concerned about environmental sustainability around tourism sites and participate in preserving the environmen

    Influence of Logistics Cost and Export Volume on Income Growth at PT Samudera Agencies Indonesia Semarang Branch

    The research was based on the phenomenon of high logistics costs in Indonesia. Business changes caused by the pandemic have significantly impacted the logistics sector. This research analyzes logistics costs, export volume, and income growth at PT Samudera Agencies Indonesia Semarang Branch in the endemic era. The research sample is PT Samudera Agencies Indonesia Semarang Branch. The sample was selected by using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The model analysis method uses a partial test (t-test), F-test, and coefficient of determination test with the IBM SPSS 26 program. This study's results indicate that logistics costs and export volume positively influenced income growth. It means that if there is an increase in each independent variable (logistics costs and export volume), the income will also increase. The coefficient of determination value is 0.645, which means that the contribution of independent variables to dependent variables is 64.5%. In comparison, the remaining 35.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.   Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena tingginya biaya logistik di Indonesia yang mengakibatkan pertumbuhan pendapatan pada PT Samudera Agencies Indonesia berfluktiasi setiap bulan pada tahun 2020- 2021. Perubahan dalam bisnis yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi telah membawa dampak signifikan pada sektor logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya logistik, volume ekspor dan pertumbuhan pendapatan pada PT Samudera Agencies Indonesia Cabang Semarang di era pasca pandemi. Sampel penelitian adalah PT Samudera Agencies Indonesia Cabang Semarang. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Metode analisis model menggunakan uji parsial (uji t), uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan program IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik biaya logistik maupun volume ekspor berpengaruh secara positif terhadap pertumbuhan pendapatan . Jadi artinya jika terjadi peningkatan apda setiap variabel independen (biaya logistik dan volume ekspor), maka pendapataan juga akan meningkat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,645 yang berarti kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 64,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

    PERBANDINGAN METODE PELAKSANAAN PELAT LANTAI SLAB ON GROUND (SOG) DAN PELAT LANTAI KONVENSIONAL DARI SEGI BIAYA DAN WAKTU

    Abstrak  Metode pelaksanaan merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang telah dirancang sesuai dengan standar yang telah diuji cobakan dan melibatkan teknologi untuk mempercepat proses pembangunan agar pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan baik dari segi waktu maupun biaya. Pada pembangunan Gedung B Proyek RSAU Solo menggunakan pelat lantai SOG. Namun, pada penelitian ini akan membandingkan apakah penggunaan pelat konvensional dapat digunakan pada pembangunan Gedung B. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga akan membahas terkait metode yang digunakan untuk pekerjaan pelat pada proyek RSAU Solo. Metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini, yaitu data primer dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Sementara itu, data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen proyek terkait. Metode Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan/menganalisa dari data-data yang telah didapatkan lalu ditarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa pelat lantai konvensional dinilai lebih efisien dibandingkan pelat lantai SOG. Hal tersebut dikarenakan berdasarkan hasil perbandingan biaya dan waktu diperoleh keduanya memerlukan durasi pekerjaan yang sama, namun pada perbandingan biaya pelat lantai konvensional memerlukan biaya yang lebih sedikit.  Kata Kunci: Metode Pelaksanaan, pelat Lantai SOG, pelat lantai konvensional, waktu, biaya  Abstract  The implementation method refers to a planned series of activities designed to meet the standards and uses technology to speed up construction, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget. In the construction of Building B at the RSAU Solo Project, a type of slab called SOG was used. Therefore, this study aimed to compare whether conventional slab methods could be used for Building B. Furthermore, the methods used for slab work in the RSAU Solo Project were also discussed. We collected primary data by observing the construction site and conducting interviews. We also gathered secondary data from project documents. The data analysis involved comparing and analyzing the collected information to conclude. According to the analysis, it was found that conventional slab methods were more cost-effective compared to SOG slabs. Both methods were found to take the same amount of time, but conventional slabs are less expensive.

    Analisis Performa Heat Transfer pada Plastic Welding terhadap Sambungan Pelat Perahu Berbahan High Density Polyethilene (HDPE) Menggunakan Finite Element Method

    Dewasa ini, penggunaan material HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) sebagai alternatif dalam pembuatan perahu nelayan mempunyai keuntungan yang lebih baik daripada bahan kayu ditinjau dari segi teknis dan ekonomis. Untuk merakit bagian konstruksi perahu, salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah pengelasan plastik atau plastic welding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh besar stress, strain, dan bentuk deformasi yang tercipta akibat distribusi temperatur pasca proses plastic welding terhadap sambungan pelat berbahan High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) yang mana penulis mencoba memprediksi dengan menggunakan bantuan software Finite Element Method (FEM). Ukuran dimensi spesimen yang akan digunakan yaitu 200mm x 200mm x 10mm menggunakan single V-Butt joint dengan besar sudut bevel 90o serta memiliki root opening dan root face sebesar 2mm. Kemudian, untuk temperatur pengelasan tiap sampel akan divariasikan dari 290oC, 315oC, dan 340oC. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan extrusion temperature 290 °C menunjukkan nilai stress 37,591 MPa, thermal strain 0,017617 mm/mm, dan deformasi 3,2215 mm. Kemudian extrusion temperature 315 °C menunjukkan nilai stress 38,954 MPa, thermal strain 0,018255 mm/mm, dan deformasi 3,3368 mm. Dan terakhir, untuk extrusion temperature 340 °C menunjukkan nilai stress 44,191 MPa, thermal strain 0,020706 mm/mm, dan deformasi 3,7796 mm. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar extrusion temperature yang diberikan pada material las, maka nilai tegangan, regangan dan deformasi material akan semakin besar pula. Hal tersebut harus diperhatikan waktu dan proses pengelasannya yang mana penerapannya pada kapal bagian parallel middle body dan lajur pengelasan linear karena HDPE mempunyai melting point yang rendah sehingga dapat mempengaruhi hasil akhir produknya dan dapat memungkinkan menimbulkan deformasi. Namun di sisi lain, proses heat transfer cukup berperan dalam proses pembentukan haluan dan buritan kapal yang mana butuh temperatur tinggi atau tertentu untuk membantu membentuk lembaran pelat HDPE menjadi bentuk hasil bending

    ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK LALU LINTAS TERHADAP TINGKAT PELAYANAN PADA RUAS JALAN JENDERAL GATOT SUBROTO KABUPATEN PACITAN

    This research aims to analyze traffic characteristics and their impact on the level ofservice on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto in Pacitan Regency. This road section isone of the important arteries that connects various areas in Pacitan Regency, andhas a big influence on mobility and the local economy. The research methodinvolves collecting traffic data through direct observation, traffic volume surveys,and measuring vehicle speeds during peak and off-peak hours. The collected datawas analyzed using road capacity analysis methods and traffic simulation models toassess the level of service (LOS) on the road section. The results of the researchshow that the characteristic pattern of Jalan Gatot Subroto, vehicle volume isdominated by motorbikes on holidays or weekends with a maximum volume of200.06 cur/hour with a maximum average speed of 31.52 cur/hour at monitoringpoint 2 which is in front of the Bus Terminal. Pacitan with the level of serviceadapted to Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto Pacitan from the four points surveyed was2.35, which was obtained at point 2 with a service level of D with a flow dominatedby motorbikes towards the beach tourist attraction at a stable and tolerable speed.These findings provide important insights for traffic planning and management, aswell as recommendations for infrastructure improvements to increase trafficefficiency and safety in the region

    PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN REWARDS DENGAN MEDIATOR MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA TEKNISI POLITEKNIK NEGERI SEMARANG

    Rewards and awards are an effective way to motivate employees and improve their performance. In addition to the role of compensation, leadership also plays an important role in technician performance. Effective leadership can provide clear direction, strong support, and the motivation needed to help technicians achieve optimal performance levels. The purpose of this study was to clarify the role of work motivation as a mediator of leadership and rewards on engineer performance. This study was conducted at Semarang State University of Technology using an online questionnaire. The sample of this study was engineers working at Semarang State University of Technology. The data obtained were processed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study are as follows: (1) Compensation does not affect engineer performance, (2) Leadership does not affect engineer performance, and (3) Compensation does not affect work motivation does not affect work motivation; (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (7) Motivation can mediate the relationship between compensation and engineer performance
