    The problems that arise in Facility Maintenance Management (FMM) in Indonesia, which involve aspects of management, learning, and mutual understanding in the Common Data Environment (CDE), can be overcome one way by developing a database. To compile a good database, a database design method is required that is based on existing theories and standards. This research was conducted to design a database model with the scope of the object of architectural component maintenance of buildings starting from the stages of identifying needs, designing, and testing to users. The results of the study show that the database model obtained has the category of "very feasible" overall or partially in terms of service quality and material aspects. This also proves that proven methods and design techniques in providing accurate, non-overlapping, and efficient information needed in the management of material data, equipment, contractors, types of work, schedules, and costs during the maintenance and maintenance of architectural component buildings can be met properly through a relational database approach and verification and validation testing. For the development of science, especially Computational of Building Modeling Learning Technology, the results of this research provide a contribution in the form of a Database Model for Architectural Component Maintenance that can be applied in industry and education. It is recommended that this database design model be further developed into a Building Architectural Component Maintenance Information System

    EVALUASI KINERJA DRAINASE JALAN SOEKARNO-HATTA KOTA BINJAI

    Jalan Soekarno-Hatta is located in East Binjai District, Binjai City. Along this road, there is always quite high flooding when it rains. Flood events are usually caused by the intensity of rainfall and less than optimal drainage performance, where drainage should be a system whose function is to channel and circulate air that comes from rain, or seepage experiences damage and sedimentation so that it cannot function optimally. In order to minimize flooding on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, it is necessary to evaluate drainage performance by reviewing existing conditions, taking into account rainfall intensity values and planned discharge to determine optimal capacity for more optimal drainage performance in collecting, channeling and channeling rainwater. This was done using an evaluative descriptive method with the length, width and depth of the drainage observed at 1630 m, 110 m and 1.27 m. The results were that the selected rainfall intensity value (period 5; year, 2027) was 125.866 mm/hour, concentration time (tc) 184.67 hours, drainage coefficient 0.925 resulting in planned discharge>drainage discharge (Qr>Qs) namely 278102.6 m3/ sec > 31478.6 m3/sec. These results indicate that Soekarno-Hatta's drainage capacity is unable to accommodate large (planned) discharges, resulting in flooding. Solutions that can be applied are reducing sedimentation, increasing the dimensions of the drainage itself or forming biopores

    The Winongo River is one of the rivers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, with itssource originating from Mount Merapi. This poses various disaster risks in theWinongo River, such as flooding, debris flow, and riverbank landslides. Thisresearch focuses on analyzing disaster risks in the downstream area of the WinongoRiver, which includes the villages of Sabdodadi, Patalan, Sumbermulyo, Mulyodadi,Sidomulyo, and Donotirto. Data collection was carried out using cluster samplingand Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for each village due to the wide areacoverage. The collected data was then analyzed using the Analytical HierarchyProcess (AHP) method to determine the level of disaster risk. The results of thisstudy show that the downstream area of the Winongo River has a moderate disasterrisk level for the villages of Sabdodadi, Patalan, Sumbermulyo, and Donotirto, anda low disaster risk level for the villages of Sidomulyo and Mulyodadi. The capacityparameter significantly influences the level of disaster risk, and based on thevulnerability analysis, this is due to the presence of retaining walls on theriverbanks, which can reduce disaster risks in the Winongo Rive

    Validation of Pressure Transmitter Input/Output Loop Testing Based on Hybrid Analog and Digital HART Communication

    The use of the 4–20 mA analog signal remains a foundational standard in industrial measurement and control systems, despite the continuous advancement of digital communication technologies. This study implements a hybrid validation approach that integrates the conventional 4–20 mA analog signal with HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) digital communication for conducting Input/Output (I/O) loop testing on pressure transmitters. The primary objective is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of signal transmission from field instruments to control systems such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) or Flow Computers. Utilizing a HART modem and FieldMate software, analog signals are injected and digitally monitored to verify transmitter output against predefined tolerance standards. Test results indicate that all evaluated transmitters maintained an error level below the 0.25% threshold, in compliance with standards set by the Directorate of Metrology and ASTM/API guidelines. The integration of HART communication significantly enhances testing efficiency, diagnostic capability, and remote configuration flexibility, underscoring the critical role of hybrid validation approaches in modern industrial instrumentation system

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber risiko bisnis yang terjadi pada usaha pakan ternak di toko Sri Jaya. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber risiko bisnis dan alternatif pengendalian risiko bisnis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penggunaan studi kasus dengan melakukan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan pengamatan secara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya beberapa risiko yang terjadi pada toko Sri Jaya mulai dari risiko ringan sampai ke berat. Dimana strategi pengendalian ini lebih berfokus pada tempat penyimpanan dan pengadaan barang yang dapat menyebabkan risiko berat dengan kerugian yang tidak dapat dikendalikan, pengendalian ini menggunakan ventilasi bantuan agar sirkulasi udara dalam gudang tidak menyebabkan kelembaban ruangan. Selain itu, penambahan pemanas/meningkatkan suhu pemanas untuk mengantisipasi curah hujan yang tinggi, sebagai alternatif meminimalisir risiko berat pada toko Sri Jaya

    After experiencing the Covid-19 Pandemic starting in 2023, the Indonesian economy began to rise but has not fully reached normal conditions. The same condition is also experienced by the MSME sector, especially the culinary / food sector. The impact of the economic recovery after the covid pandemic also has an impact on the increasing amount of waste. According to the Semarang City Environmental Agency (DLH), during the pandemic waste production started at 900 tons, even down to 650 tons, but now in 2022 after the covid pandemic began to end the amount of waste began to rise to 1200 tons of waste per day. This study aims to determine and analyze whether or not there is a relationship between the green economy perception variable which consists of: Green Perceived Risk Green Packaging and Green Product on Green Purchase Intention among students in Semarang city related to the implementation of Semarang mayor regulation no.27 of 2019 concerning plastic waste control in Semarang city. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire method and observation. The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) algorithm approach. Based on the results of this study, it will be concluded that the effect value of Green Perceived Risk (X1) on Green Purchase Intention (Y) is a negative and insignificant effect on the attitude of desire to buy green products, thus H1 is rejected. The effect value of Green Packaging (X2) on Green Purchase Intention (Y) is a positive and insignificant effect on the interest in buying green products, thus H2 is rejected. The value of the influence of Green Product (X3) on Green Purchase Intention (Y) is a positive and significant effect on the interest in buying green products, thus H3 is accepted

    MODIFIKASI CHECK VALVE UNTUK MENJAGA KEANDALAN PADA MESIN PLTG BERBAHAN BAKAR HSD

    Gangguan Failure to Ignite pada PLTG Tarahan menjadi fokus utama untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional PLN NUSANTARA POWER UPDK Bandar Lampung. Data dari periode 2016-2017 menunjukkan 37 kasus kegagalan Failure to Ignite, menyebabkan downtime dan kerugian finansial hingga Rp14.057.426.522,00. Modifikasi check valve pada PLTG Tarahan menjadi solusi utama, disesuaikan dengan analisis Root Cause Problem Solving yang mengidentifikasi flame detector failure, Pengapian busi Trouble, dan Flow BBM Problem. Modifikasi tersebut, melalui penghitungan menggunakan hukum Hooke, berhasil meningkatkan persentase keberhasilan start tanpa kegagalan. Secara finansial, modifikasi ini menurunkan Effective Forced Outage Rate (EFOR) dari 33,64% menjadi 20,94% dan meningkatkan Effective Availability Factor (EAF) dari 79,03% menjadi 97,37%, sementara biaya modifikasi relatif rendah. Potensi loss of opportunity akibat gangguan start failure sebelum modifikasi cukup tinggi. Manfaat non-finansial termasuk mengurangi risiko gagal start, meningkatkan citra perusahaan, dan menciptakan peluang pendapatan baru. Analisis risiko menunjukkan bahwa risiko terkait modifikasi check valve dapat dikelola melalui mitigasi yang tepat, seperti pengujian konstan dan pemilihan material yang tepat

    DESAIN DAN PEMBUATAN MESIN FILAMEN PRINTER 3D METODE EXTUDER BERBAHAN LIMBAH BOTOL PLASTIK

    Banyaknya minuman kemasan yang menggunakan botol plastik berdampak pula pada limbah sampah yang berupa botol plastik, dengan banyaknya limbah botol plastik memungkinkan untuk dimanfaat menjadi barang yang berguna yaitu salah satunya dengan mengubah limbah botol plastik menjadi fillamen printer 3D dalam proses perubahan dari botol plastik menjadi fillamen dibutuhkan mesin pembuat fillamen dengan motode extruder. Proses pembuatan mesin fillamen ini dilakukan dengan tahapan penelitian ini yaitu identifikasi masalah, perumusan masalah, sintesis analisis, evaluasi dan presentasi. dari keseluruhan proses desain dan pembuatan mesin fillamen printer 3D motede extruder berbahan botol plastik memiliki spesifikasi dimensi Panjang mesin 1600 mm dengan lebar 300 mm kontrol menggunakan Arduino, penggerak ektruder menggunakan stepper motor Nema 34, penggerak penggulung fillamen menggunakan stepper motor Nema 23, menggunakan 4 pemanas dan filamen yang dihasilkan memiliki diameter 1.75 mm. Ditahapan evaluasi Mesin fillamen printer 3D motede extruder dilakukan pengujian menggunakan 2 macam variabel yaitu variabel tetap dan bebas.Variabel tetap pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan suhu (195℃, 220℃ dan 250℃). Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah kecepatan putar (66 RPM dan 80 RPM) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pada uji coba lapangan di dapat filament diameter homogen berdiameter 1,75 mm, warna tidak gosong, tekstur tidak kasar dan berbintik hitam. Dengan parameter terbaik kecepatan screw 80 RPM dan suhu pemanasan 220 °C menggunakan variabel pendingin 2 buah kipas. Mampu menghasilkan kapasitas keluaran mesin extruder filament 3D Printing adalah 2.079 ð‘˜ð‘”/ð‘—ð‘Žð‘
