    THE EFFECT OF GREEN ACCOUNTING AND COMPANY SIZE ON COMPANY PERFORMANCE

    This research aims to determine the effect of Green Accounting and Company Size on company performance. Using a quantitative approach. The sampling method is purposive sampling of secondary data on food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Process the data using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 26 software. The research results show that Green Accounting Disclosure has a significant positive effect on company performance. On the other hand, company size has a significant negative effect on company performance

    FORMULATION OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES USING IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, AND QSPM MATRICES AT SEMASA COFFEE (COFFEE AND EATERY)

    This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to formulate alternative strategies that can be applied to Semasa Coffee. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and quetionnaires. Data analysis using the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM Matrices showed the results ofe the IFE weighted score of 2.924, EFE weighted score of 3.103 which means the company is in a fairly strong internal and external position in controlling strengths and weaknesses to face opportunities and threats. The results of the IE Matrix analysis show that the company's position is in cell II, namely "Grow and Build", so that appropriate strategies are intensive strategies and integration strategies. Based on SWOT analysis, 10 alternative strategies were developed for the company. Then using QSPM, the priority alternative strategy for Semasa Coffee is to continue to maintain product quality and flavour consistency, and innovate through cooperation with suppliers with a TAS value of 6.381

    Perancangan dan Analisis Transmisi Pada ATV Bak Listrik Menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga

    Pemakaian bahan bakar minyak menyebabkan energi fosil kian lama menghilang, selain itu pemakaian bahan bakar minyak pada kendaraan menyebabkan timbulnya polusi udara. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi hal tersebut yaitu mengganti kendaraan berbahan bakar fosil menjadi bahan bakar energi alternatif, salah satunya yaitu kendaraan listrik. Kendaraan yang diklasifikasikan sebagai kendaraan listrik adalah kendaraan yang ditenagai seluruhnya atau sebagian oleh motor listrik yang mengambil daya dari baterai. Kendaraan listrik untuk pedesaan yang dibuat yaitu berbentuk ATV Bak yang mengadopsi desain dari kendaraan ATV (All terrain vehicle). Kendaraan membutuhkan performa untuk berjalan, melewati tanjakan atau membawa beban yang berat.   Rasio transmisi menjadi salah satu bagian yang terpenting dalam performa kendaraan. Sistem transmisi juga bertindak untuk mengubah daya rotasi dan kecepatan. Mekanisme tersebut berfungsi untuk mentransfer tenaga mesin ke diferensial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menentukan jumlah roda gigi yang akan dibuat, (2)   mendesain transmisi mengunakan solidworks 2020 (3) menganalisis gear transmisi dengan solidworks 2020. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode simulasi statis pada solidworks. Perancangan dan simulasi dilakukan menggunakan solidworks 2020. Material yang digunakan untuk simulasi pada gear yaitu baja S45C atau AISI 1045.   Hasil penelitian yaitu sebuah desain transmisi untuk ATV Bak listrik dan hasil simulasi statis dari gear. Pada gear A dan B diperoleh hasil stress max 108,2 Mpa, displacement max 0,006 mm, dan fos min 4,897. Kemudian Pada gear C dan D diperoleh hasil stress max 113.9 Mpa, displacement max 0.011 mm, dan fos min 4,652. Pada gear differensial diperoleh hasil stress max 183 Mpa, displacement max 0.038 mm, dan fos min 2,897. Sedangkan pada gear cacing diperoleh hasil stress max 159 Mpa, displacement 0.017 mm, dan fos min 3,322. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, semua gear yang bekerja pada transmisi dapat dikategorikan aman karena fos2,5.

    TEKNIK PEMERIKSAAN DAN PERBAIKAN INSTALASI PIPA GALVANIS

    The plumbing system must be able to anticipate pollution from outside, So damage to pipes must be minimized because if there is a leak in the pipe it will not only affect water distribution but can also cause the water to be contaminated with dirt. Research needs to be carried out regarding inspection methods and techniques for repairing leaks in pipe installations so that if the installation experiences a leak it can be repaired immediately. The method used in this research is an experimental method, namely modeling a water pipe installation that has a leak, then applying inspection techniques and repair techniques to the pipe installation. Based on water discharge measurements carried out during 1 minute of water flow in pipe installations in normal conditions with pipes experiencing leaks, there was a decrease in water discharge of 39.023 liters/minute. To find out the leak point, it is necessary to carry out a further inspection using a pipe leak listening device. The results of the inspection carried out three times with different people showed that the inspection results shifted from the leak point by a maximum of 10 mm. Based on the research results, it was found that a repair technique that can be applied to leaks in galvanized pipe installations is strengthening with pipe clamps capable of withstanding a pressure of 1.2 Mpa with an implementation cost of Rp. 277,500.00, and the welded reinforcement is able to withstand a pressure of 3.4 Mpa with an implementation cost of Rp. 463,458.00. So the inspection method of measuring flow and checking with a listening device can be applied to check leak points in pipe installations, while the most appropriate method for repairing leaks in galvanized pipe installations is to use pipe clamp reinforcement, because it obtains a compressive strength that meets the minimum pressure requirements in pipe installations. residential house and in terms of costs it is cheaper than using welding reinforcement techniques

    Effect of Job Training and Commissions on the Performance of General Insurance Agents (Case Study at PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia Semarang Branch)

    The research aims to understand the influence of job training and commission on the performance of general insurance agents, a case study conducted at PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia Semarang Branch. This study selected a sample of 100 respondents using the simple random sampling technique and the probability sampling method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, literature review, and questionnaires. The Agree-Disagree Scale with a scoring range of 1-10 was used in this research. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, research instrument tests, and multiple regression analysis methods. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results regarding the respondents' characteristics showed that the majority of respondents were females aged 31-40 with a bachelor's degree as their highest educational background. Most respondents had been working as general insurance agents at PT Asuransi Allianz Utama for 1-2 years, primarily in the Semarang agency region. Descriptive analysis results indicated that all indicators of the variables job training (X1), commission (X2), and general insurance agent performance (Y) had high interpretations within the range of 42.9 - 61.0. The instrument test results on the questionnaire data were declared valid and reliable. Multiple regression analysis yielded the equation Y = 2.523 + 0.414X1 + 0.292X2. The results of both partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests showed a significant and positive influence on general insurance agent performance. The coefficient of determination test revealed that 59.9% of the variance in general insurance agent performance was influenced by job training and commission, while 40.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this stud

The population of this study were the actors of Batik Tulis Lasem SMEs in Rembang Regency. While the sampling technique used in this study is the Census Method. The number of research samples was 115 samples from the total population of respondents. This research technique uses Path Analysis with SPSS version 25. The output of the model in this study can make a positive contribution to the actors of SMEs Batik Tulis Lasem in an effort to be able to realize the continuity and sustainability of their business in environmental aspects, both in the form of managerial implications and formulation of scientific articles and measurement instruments.
