PERFORMANCE TESTING OF SEAWATER DISTILLATION EQUIPMENT USING SOLAR POWER TO PRODUCE FRESH WATER
Design is a stage that involves several systematic stages, ranging from basic calculations to the performance test process. In the process of making distillation equipment, after the fabrication process, a process of testing the performance of the tool is required. Where is the performance test process to find out if the tool is in accordance with the calculations made in the previous process. This study aims to determine the quality of water resulting from distillation which includes, TDS, odor, pH, and salinity. The test method used in this study is experimental by conducting a performance test of a distillation device that utilizes sunlight for 5 days with 5 liters of water tested (1 liter per day continuously) starting from 08.00 to 17.00 by making observations every 1 hour. The results of the equipment test show that the quality of the water produced from the distillation equipment has met the standards of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. No.2 of 2023, while for the highest freshwater productivity per day of 287 ml and the lowest 204 and for the highest distillation equipment performance with an efficiency value of 94.18% and
the lowest efficiency of 86.75%.

SISTEM KONTROL DAN PENJADWALAN POMPA AIR REAL-TIME MELALUI APLIKASI BLYNK
Irrigation is the effort to provide and regulate water to support agriculture. In practice, many irrigation systems use water pumps that are still operated manually. This approach is less effective due to the considerable distance between the pump and the water reservoir, as well as challenging terrain. Therefore, a system was designed to help users monitor the water tank status (full or empty) and control the pump’s on–off operation automatically by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This study employed the waterfall method and utilized the JSN-SR04T ultrasonic sensor and the DS3231 RTC sensor to develop a control device for submersible pump operation and scheduling. The system is controlled by an ESP32 microcontroller, with data displayed through the Blynk application. Test results show that the system operates effectively. The JSN-SR04T ultrasonic sensor demonstrated a low error rate of 0.009%. MQTT communication testing between two ESP devices over a 400-meter distance revealed that data transmission performance is influenced by network quality. Meanwhile, the RTC module testing indicated a negligible delay. This system is expected to enable users to monitor and control water pumps more efficiently, thereby simplifying operations and conserving resources.

OPTIMASI KUAT TEKAN PASTA GEOPOLIMER BERBAHAN DASAR FLY ASH DENGAN VARIASI RASIO MASSA FLY ASH DAN ALKALI AKTIVATOR (FA/AA)
Cement production generates high CO₂ emissions, which have a negative impact on the environment. To reduce this carbon footprint, alternative materials to cement are needed. Geopolymer paste presents a promising solution as it utilizes industrial waste such as fly ash, is environmentally friendly, and can achieve good mechanical strength. This study aims to optimize the compressive strength of fly ash-based geopolymer paste by varying the mass ratio of fly ash to alkaline activator (FA/AA). The fly ash used was characterized using X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to determine its crystal structure, chemical composition, and particle morphology. The characterization results indicate that the fly ash is predominantly amorphous, classified as Class F according to ASTM C618-2019, and has spherical particles with sizes less than 2 µm, making it suitable as a geopolymer precursor. Test specimens were prepared in the form of 50 mm × 50 mm × 50 mm cubes, and compressive strength tests were conducted at 3, 7, and 28 days with varying FA/AA ratios. The test results showed that compressive strength increased with the FA/AA ratio up to an optimum ratio of 2.5, then decreased at a ratio of 3. This indicates that the FA/AA ratio significantly affects the development of compressive strength in geopolymer paste. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for developing environmentally friendly alternative materials to replace Portland cement
Biofuel as a Renewable Energy: Potential, Technology, and Challenges Towards a Sustainable Energy Transition
Biofuel is a promising renewable energy alternative to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and lower greenhouse gas emissions. This article presents a comprehensive overview of biofuel classification (generation I–IV and physical forms), production technologies (fermentation, transesterification, gasification, pyrolysis), and the applications of bioethanol, biodiesel, and biogas in the transportation, industrial, and power generation sectors. Energy efficiency and environmental impact analyses are conducted using a life cycle assessment (LCA) approach, while national energy policies are examined in the Indonesian context, including the mandatory blending program (B30–B50) and sustainability strategies. Building Brand Image through Social Media Marketing and Service Quality to Improve Marketing Perfomance
Marketing by utilizing internet media or electronic marketing (e-marketing) has increased significantly. This is supported by technological developments that are growing rapidly because of the internet which helps make it easier to find information, communicate without limits, and distance. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Social Media Marketing and Service Quality on Brand Image in Food Processed MSMEs in Semarang City. While the sampling technique used in this research is the Purposive Sampling Method. The number of research samples was 100 samples from the total population of respondents. This research technique uses two approaches: 1). Confirmatory factor analysis, on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); and 2). Regression Weight on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model output in this study can make a positive contribution to Food Processed MSMEs in Semarang City in an effort to realize the continuity and sustainability of their business in marketing performance, both in the form of managerial implication suggestions and formulation of scientific articles and measurement instruments. Managerial advice is aimed at food processing MSMEs in formulating strategies to maintain their business so that consumers come back to buy food processing MSME products.
Pemasaran dengan media internet atau electorinc marketing (e-marketing) mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Hal ini didukung oleh perkembangan teknologi yang semakin berkembang dengan pesat karena adanya internet yang membantu mempermudah mencari informasi, berkomunikasi tanpa batas, dan jarak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Service Quality Terhadap Brand Image pada UMKM Olahan Pangan di Kota Semarang. Sedangkan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Purposive Sampling. Untuk jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 100 sampel dari total populasi responden. Teknik penelitian ini mengunakan dua pendekatan: 1). Confirmatory factor analysis, pada Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); dan 2). Regression Weight pada Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Luaran model pada penelitian ini dapat memberikan konstribusi positif bagi UMKM Olahan Pangan di Kota Semarang dalam upaya untuk dapat mewujudkan continuity dan Sustainibility usaha mereka dalam kinerja pemasaran, baik dalam bentuk saran implikasi manajerial dan rumusan artikel ilmiah serta instrumen pengukuran. Design and Development of the Company Profile Website for LPK Teratai Gogakuin Indonesia as a Digital Marketing Information Platform
The advancement of digital technology has driven institutions, including vocational training centers, to adapt by utilizing online platforms for information dissemination and promotion. This study aims to design and develop a company profile website for LPK Teratai Gogakuin Indonesia to serve as a digital marketing tool and enhance the accessibility of information for the public. Using a software engineering approach comprising the stages of Requirements Planning, Design Workshop, and Implementation, the website was developed with Laravel and the MVC architecture. Key features include a welcoming message, information on activities, recruitment procedures, staff profiles, and contact details. The site’s design emphasizes responsiveness, user-friendly navigation, and visual consistency. Testing results indicate that all features function correctly, supporting the institution's goal of increasing visibility and engagement through a professional, easily accessible web presence. This website serves not only as an information portal but also as a strategic means to strengthen the institution’s brand and reach prospective learners and partners more effectively.
Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mendorong lembaga, termasuk pusat pelatihan kejuruan, untuk beradaptasi dengan memanfaatkan platform daring untuk penyebaran informasi dan promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan situs web profil perusahaan LPK Teratai Gogakuin Indonesia sebagai alat pemasaran digital dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi bagi publik. Menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari tahapan Perencanaan Persyaratan, Lokakarya Desain, dan Implementasi, situs web dikembangkan dengan Laravel dan arsitektur MVC. Fitur-fitur utama meliputi pesan sambutan, informasi tentang kegiatan, prosedur rekrutmen, profil staf, dan detail kontak. Desain situs menekankan pada responsivitas, navigasi yang ramah pengguna, dan konsistensi visual. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berfungsi dengan benar, mendukung tujuan lembaga untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan keterlibatan melalui kehadiran web yang profesional dan mudah diakses. Situs web ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai portal informasi tetapi juga sebagai sarana strategis untuk memperkuat merek lembaga dan menjangkau calon peserta didik dan mitra secara lebih efektif.
Influence of Intellectual Capital, Capital Structure and Firm Size on Financial Performance of PT XL Axiata Tbk
Profitability is important for companies to measure the company's ability to generate profits. The decline in profitability encourages companies to understand the factors that can influence it. This research is conducted to examine and explain the effect of Intellectual Capital, Capital Structure, and Company Size on the Financial Performance of PT XL Axiata Tbk. In this study, the intellectual capital was measured by using the VAIC method, the capital structure was proxied by Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), firm size was calculated by using the logarithm of total assets, and financial performance was proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). This type of study is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by IBM SPSS Statistic 25. The results of this study indicate that variable intellectual capital and firm size partially have a significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, capital structure (DAR) has no significant effect on the ROA of PT XL Axiata Tbk. Based on the determination coefficient, intellectual capital, capital structure, and firm size have an influence on ROA of PT XL Axiata Tbk by 82,1%. Meanwhile, the remaining 17,9% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this research.
Profitabilitas penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan laba. Penurunan profitabilitas mendorong perusahaan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh Modal Intelektual, Struktur Modal, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Profitabilitas PT XL Axiata Tbk. Dalam penelitian ini, modal intelektual diukur dengan metode VAIC, struktur modal diproksikan dengan Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), ukuran perusahaan dihitung dengan menggunakan logaritma dari total aset, dan kinerja keuangan diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA). Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal intelektual dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Sedangkan struktur modal (DAR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA PT XL Axiata Tbk. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi, modal intelektual, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap ROA PT XL Axiata Tbk sebesar 82,1%. Influence of Brand Image and Perceived Health Benefits on Purchase Decisions for Organic Coconut Sugar Among End Consumers of CV Realsa
Public awareness of healthy lifestyles and organic food consumption in Indonesia continues to grow. However, CV Realsa experiences a consistent decline in domestic sales of organic coconut sugar from 2021 to 2024. This contradiction highlights a gap between rising health consciousness and actual consumer purchasing behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and perceived health benefits on the purchase decision of organic coconut sugar among end consumers of CV Realsa, both partially and simultaneously. Data are collected from 100 respondents through a validated and reliable questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that both brand image and perceived health benefits have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision.
Kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup sehat dan konsumsi makanan organik di Indonesia terus meningkat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun, CV Realsa justru mengalami penurunan penjualan domestik gula kelapa organik secara konsisten dari tahun 2021 hingga 2024. Kontradiksi ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara meningkatnya kesadaran akan kesehatan dan perilaku pembelian konsumen yang sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan persepsi manfaat kesehatan terhadap keputusan pembelian gula kelapa organik pada konsumen akhir CV Realsa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Data diperoleh dari 100 responden melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dan reliabel dengan skala Likert 5 poin, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Factors Affecting The Level Of Financial Inclusion: A Comparative Study Of Tanzania, Kenya And Uganda
This research examined the comparative characteristics affecting financial inclusion in Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda. Despite Tanzania's robust economic development, its degree of financial inclusion remains inferior to that of its neighboring nations, Kenya and Uganda. The provision of accessible financial services to underrepresented people is essential for poverty alleviation and economic growth. This study used cross-sectional micro-level data from the Global Findex Database survey waves conducted in 2011, 2014, 2017, and 2021. The Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) post-selection inference technique was used in the research to address issues arising from high-dimensional data and model selection bias. The results indicate that Kenya excels in financial inclusion, propelled by sophisticated digital financial institutions, whilst Tanzania lags behind. The significant primary drivers of financial inclusion were debit card utilization, bank borrowing, and demographic characteristics such as gender and education level while the use of credit cards amongst women had a negative influence on financial inclusion. The research underscores the significance of access to financial services and the contribution of digital finance to improving inclusion. It underscores the need for focused strategies to tackle obstacles such as inadequate infrastructure, insufficient financial literacy, and gender inequities. Research indicates that enhancing mobile money systems and advancing financial literacy, particularly for women and low-income populations, may close the financial inclusion gap. Implementation of Online Ordering and the AIDA Method in the Form of E-Commerce at PT Sleman Nara Group
The application of online marketing using the AIDA method through images, text, and speech can encourage the audience to take action in the form of ordering and expand the company's market reach. In today's dynamic business era, digital marketing plays a crucial role in business development and enhancing marketing quality. PT Sleman Nara Group is an SME engaged in garment production, offering a variety of high-quality clothing. PT Sleman Nara Group currently markets its products offline and has not yet utilized digital platforms, making it difficult to market its high-quality products effectively. The system design approach employs the Waterfall method and the CMS Wordpress as the development tool. The result of this study is an e-commerce website that emphasizes the integration between online and offline stores in terms of product ordering methods, product delivery, product variations, and online services. Additionally, the e-commerce website includes a company profile. The study shows that the e-commerce website can be integrated, allowing purchases to be made anytime and anywhere without needing to visit the offline store.

PT Sleman Nara Group memproduksi berbagai jenis pakaian berkualitas. PT Sleman Nara Group memasarkan produknya secara offline dan belum menggunakan platform digital, sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk-produknya yang berkualitas. Pendekatan perancangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall dan alat CMS Wordpress sebagai aplikasi pengembang. Hasil dari studi ini adalah website e-commerce yang menekankan integrasi antara toko online dan offline pada metode pemesanan produk, pengiriman produk, variasi produk, dan layanan secara online dengan berdasarkan Metode AIDA. Selain itu, website e-commerce ini juga mencakup profil perusahaan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa website e-commerce dapat terintegrasi, memungkinkan transaksi pembelian kapan saja dan di mana saja tanpa harus mengunjungi toko offline
