Enhancing Marketing Performance Through Risk Management In MSMEs
This study aims to examine the implementation of business risk management for enchance marketing performance in Harum Laundry MSMEs. The analysis was conducted on various aspects of risks such as financial, operational, marketing, and product faced by Harum Laundry MSMEs. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews. The results of the analysis identified that the biggest risk is related to finance, where reliance on personal capital can result in disruption to business operations. The research also offers solutions in controlling these risks by proposing cooperation with business partners as an anticipatory measure against possible business failures. It is hoped that the results of this study will not only provide benefits for entrepreneurs to implement risk management in their businesses, but also increase understanding of the importance of risk management in the business context
An Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of Using The Self-Registration Station (ADM) Method At The Community Health Center, Batugana District North Padang Lawas
Queues arise due to the need for services exceeding the capacity of services or service facilities so that users of facilities cannot immediately get services due to busy services. Very long queues and taking too long to get a turn for service are very dissatisfying for patients with the Self-Registration Kiosk (ADM) method at Batugana Health Center aims to maximize the outpatient registration process in order to create easy, fast and comfortable services for patients. However, in its implementation there are still many elderly people who do not understand its use and sometimes there are problems with the system, thus slowing down the service process at Batugana Health Center. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the Self-Registration Kiosk Method (ADM) at Batugana Health Center. The method in this study is qualitative analytic. The sample in this study consisted of 4 informants including: Head of the Health Center, Head of the Self-Registration Kiosk Division, Self-Registration Kiosk Officers and Outpatients. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with informants, then the data was analyzed by data reduction through Data Triangulation and sources, then displayed in narrative form. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of human resources, SOPs and facilities and infrastructure on the use of the Self-Registration Kiosk (ADM) method at Batugana Health Center on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of the Self-Registration Kiosk (ADM) Method at Batugana Health Center., has not fully implemented the use of APM effectively because the expected results have not been in accordance, namely creating fast service. At Batugana Health Center, the efforts that will be made are to re-evaluate the performance of officers on APM, determine officers who really understand the APM machine. And what will be done is to create an SOP on the use of the APM machine, check the function of the APM machine, add internet quality and add electric generators
An Analysis Of The Potential Of Renewable Energy Solar Panels In Ecotourism Development Planning
After the Covid pandemic, ecotourism is a tourism concept that prioritizes environmental sustainability and wise use of natural resources. One important aspect in ecotourism development is the use of renewable energy, such as solar panels, to meet energy needs without damaging the environment. This research aims to analyze the potential for renewable energy that can be produced by solar panels to support ecotourism development planning. This research includes collecting secondary data from relevant literature, measuring the intensity of sunlight at selected locations, as well as computer simulations to predict the energy output of solar panels. The analysis is carried out by considering factors such as weather conditions, orientation and tilt angle of the solar panels, and energy conversion efficiency. Please note: The research results show that the potential for renewable energy from solar panels in the selected locations is very significant. With optimal sunlight intensity and proper panel angle adjustment, ecotourism can produce most of its energy needs from this renewable energy source. The use of solar panels also has a positive impact in reducing carbon footprints and long-term operational costs. and the integration of solar panels in ecotourism development planning is a strategic step that can increase sustainability and energy efficiency. Recommendations from this research include wider implementation of solar panel technology, increased education about the benefits of renewable energy, as well as supporting policies from the government to encourage the adoption of green energy in the tourism sector
A Design Of Prepaid Electricity Credit Recharge System Based On Dual Tone Multiple Frequency
In an effort to improve the efficiency and ease of prepaid electricity top-up, Dual Tone Multiple Frequency (DTMF) technology offers an innovative solution that allows users to top up electricity via telephone. This study aims to design and implement a prepaid electricity top-up system that uses DTMF technology as an input method. The research methodology includes hardware and software design consisting of several main components, namely a DTMF module, microcontroller, and communication module. The DTMF module is used to detect and convert dual tone signals from the telephone into digital data that can be processed by the microcontroller. The microcontroller then processes this data to control the prepaid electricity meter top-up process. The system development stage begins with the selection and configuration of the appropriate DTMF module, followed by microcontroller programming to identify the DTMF code sent by the user. The system also includes a verification mechanism to ensure that the code entered is valid and secure. After verification, the microcontroller sends a command to the prepaid electricity meter to top up the credit according to the amount entered. The test results show that the DTMF-based prepaid electricity top-up system functions well, is able to recognize DTMF codes with high accuracy, and performs top-ups efficiently. This system offers ease of use for prepaid electricity customers, eliminates the need to go to a physical credit sales location, and allows top-ups from anywhere using a telephone. The conclusion of this study is that the DTMF-based prepaid electricity top-up system is a reliable and effective solution to improve convenience and efficiency for prepaid electricity users. Further implementation can be focused on improving security and integration with digital payment systems to provide a more comprehensive solution
An Analysis Performance Reliability Of Air Conditioner Comprecor Motors Based On Power Quality
A Poor power quality, such as voltage fluctuations and harmonic interference, can affect compressor motor performance and life. So this research uses direct measurement and simulation methods to evaluate the influence of various power quality parameters on AC compressor motors. This research aims to analyze the performance reliability of compressor motors in air conditioner (AC) systems based on electrical power quality. and several tests show that harmonic interference and voltage variations significantly affect the efficiency and reliability of the compressor motor. Motors operating under poor power quality conditions exhibit increased operating temperatures, reduced efficiency, and shortened lifespan. The use of harmonic filters and voltage stabilizers has proven effective in improving power quality and, thereby, AC compressor motor performance. This research emphasizes the importance of maintaining power quality to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the compressor motor in the AC system. The implementation of power stabilizer and harmonic filter technology is recommended for industries that use compressor motors extensively, in order to optimize performance and reduce operational costs and made important contributions in the areas of power quality management and preventive maintenance for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, with a particular focus on compressor motors as a key component in these systems
A Smart Home Design Based On Arduino
An Arduino-based smart home is the implementation of a smart system that controls various devices in the house such as lights, fans, doors, and others to increase comfort, security, and energy efficiency. Arduino acts as the brain of this system, receiving input from sensors and providing output to the controlled devices. The system can be accessed and controlled remotely via the internet with the Blynk app, allowing users to control their home even when they are not at home. In this design, sensors such as gas sensors, temperature sensors and humidity sensors are used to detect environmental conditions and occupant activities. Arduino uses information from these sensors to make automatic decisions, such as turning on the lights when it detects movement at night or sounding an alarm when there is an LPG gas leak, adjusting the room temperature as needed. Security is also a main focus in this design. Door and window sensors are installed to detect intrusions, and notifications can be sent to users via the Blynk app if there is suspicious activity. By using Arduino as the main platform, this smart home design can be easily customized and developed further according to user needs. The Influence Of Capital Structure And Financial Performance On Company Value In Registered Banking Companies On The Indonesian Stock Exchange
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of capital structure and financial performance on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The design of this research is an associative approach. The population in this study was 46 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022 with a sampling technique using the proportional sampling method, so that the sample obtained was 31 companies with a research period of 3 years so that the total observation data amounted to 93 company financial report data. banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially capital structure has a negative and significant effect on company value, financial performance has a positive and significant effect on company value, and simultaneously capital structure and financial performance have a positive and significant effect on company value
An Analysis of Solar-Wind Hybrid Power Plants for Practical Learning
A hybrid solar-wind power plant is a combination of two renewable energy sources, namely solar and wind energy, used to generate electricity. This study aims to analyze the performance and efficiency of a hybrid solar-wind power system as a practical learning tool. The research methodology involves collecting performance data from solar panels and wind turbines, as well as analyzing the integration of these two energy sources. The results show that the hybrid system can enhance the stability and continuity of electricity supply compared to using a single energy source. The implementation of a hybrid solar-wind power plant as a learning tool provides students with a deeper understanding of the application of renewable energy technologies and encourages innovation in the field of sustainable energy
Human Resource Management Challenges In Indonesian Business: An Empirical Investigation
This research aims to navigate Indonesia's dynamic business environment, seeking to identify key challenges in human resource management (HRM) through data-backed insights. A quantitative approach was used in the research with survey and interview methods to participants who are human resources (HR) working in various companies in Indonesia. The scope of the challenge focused on the role of HR management in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. By applying quantitative analysis, this study seeks to provide recommendations based on empirical evidence to overcome HR management challenges. The results showed that the company faced significant challenges in HR management, especially related to inter-field coordination and miscoordination that hindered task execution. Regular evaluation through surveys, interviews, and document analysis is needed to identify program weaknesses and strengths, and to ensure that HR development programs are effective and adaptive to change. HR management must adopt a holistic and adaptive approach to deal with the increasingly complex diversity of employee characters. The implementation of continuous evaluation through surveys, interviews, and document analysis, as well as improving employee quality, satisfaction, and commitment, are key strategies in supporting the achievement of long-term strategic goals.
 
The Influence Of Profitability And Corporate Social Responsibility On Company Value (Study On Mining Companies Listed On The Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) 2018-2023)
The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of profitability and corporate social responsibility on company value in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2023. Profitability uses return on assets and corporate social responsibility is measured using CSDI. The total sample used in this research was 18 companies through purposive sampling. The data used in this research is secondary data. To test the hypothesis in this research, the multiple linear regression analysis method was used with a significance level of 0.05 using SPSS. The coefficient of determination result in this research is 40.3% which can be explained by the independent variables, namely profitability and corporate social responsibility on the company value variable. The results of this research show that profitability influences company value, corporate social responsibility influences company value. profitability, and corporate social responsibility simultaneously influence the company value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Because the significance level is <0.05
