This study aims to examine the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on E-Loyalty among Shopee app users in South Jakarta, with E-Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The sample was obtained using probability sampling and consists of 104 respondents.Using a quantitative approach and SEM-PLS analysis, this study reveals interesting findings. The results show that both E-Service Quality and E-Trust have a significant and positive effect on E-Satisfaction among Shopee users. Furthermore, this study also proves that E-Satisfaction is a key factor in increasing E-Loyalty. E-Service Quality has been proven to directly and indirectly (through E-Satisfaction) influence E Loyalty. However, the results also show that E-Trust does not directly affect E-Loyalty when mediated by E-Satisfaction. This finding indicates that although trust is an important factor in building customer relationships, its influence on loyalty is more focused on increasing customer satisfaction first. Overall, this study makes a significant contribution to understanding the dynamics of the relationship between service quality, trust, satisfaction, and customer loyalty in the context of e-Commerce. The findings can be a reference for e-Commerce companies, especially Shopee, in formulating more effective strategies to increase customer loyalty. By focusing on improving service quality and building customer trust, companies can create a more satisfying shopping experience, which will ultimately increase customer loyalty
The Impact Of Quality And Cost On Tenant Satisfaction And Loyalty
This study aims to analyze the impact of quality and cost on tenant satisfaction and loyalty. In an increasingly competitive business environment, retaining loyal customers is a major challenge, especially in the rental property industry. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, collecting data from tenants in the Bakrie Tower building. The Effect of Quality and Cost on Tenant Satisfaction, the results of the study indicate that quality does not have a significant effect on tenant satisfaction, while cost does not have a significant effect on tenant satisfaction. The Effect of Quality and Cost on Tenant Loyalty, The study found that quality does not have a significant effect on tenant loyalty and cost does not have a significant effect on tenant loyalty. However, the results of the study indicate that satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on tenant loyalty. The implications of these findings indicate that tenant satisfaction is a key factor that has a significant effect on tenant loyalty. Tenants who are satisfied with the quality and cost provided are more likely to extend their rental contracts and recommend the building to others. Meanwhile, quality and cost, although not showing a significant direct effect on satisfaction or loyalty, still play an important role in shaping the overall tenant perception and experience. This means that even though tenants are not directly affected by quality or cost, these two factors must still be managed well in order to meet or even exceed tenant expectations
Analysis Of Islamic Education Values In Punakawan Puppet Characters
The use of wayang as a learning medium is carried out through storytelling activities. Please note that wayang here is not in a physical sense, but in a non-physical form. The teacher simply tells puppet stories that contain good values and teaches the characters of the puppet characters for students to emulate, for example the story about Yudistira, the eldest brother of the Pandavas, who was wise, responsible and had the spirit of a leader. Through this wayang story, students can learn various wayang characters that are appropriate to those that are not worthy of being emulated while also cultivating knowledge about Indonesian cultural treasures. The focus of this research is 1) How the characters of the Punakawan wayang are in wayang 2) How to analyze the values of Islamic education in the characters of the Punakawan wayang. This research uses qualitative research with the type of literature review research or often called library research. So in collecting data using primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques use Desktop Research, Documentation Study. Meanwhile, the analysis technique is carried out by means of discussion material based on a literature review of works, whether in the form of books or other readings related to this writing. Punakawan puppets consist of semar, gareng, petruk, bagong. Whereas from respectively figure the have character individually. Semar have character in wayang, namely: respected by friends and foes alike, Semar is a respected figure, but remains humble, not arrogant, honest and still loves others. Gareng has a character in wayang: a person who is not good at talking, what he says is sometimes awry but he is very funny and ridiculous. Petruk has a character in wayang: mischievous and intelligent, sweet-faced with a smile that dances to the heart, good at talking, very funny, likes to insinuate untruths with his jokes. Bagong has deep character wayang: likes to joke when facing very serious problems, sassy, likes to act stupid, very funny
