In this study, the researcher formulated the problems to be discussed, namely: What are the general provisions related to the crime of aggravated theft, How is the legal review of the form of legal protection for losses to victims of criminal acts and How is the author's legal analysis of the interests of legal protection for the rights of victims of losses due to the crime of aggravated theft in the study of decision No. 1743 / Pid.B / 2023 / PN Lbp. This study uses a normative study method which is descriptive analytical research that provides an overview of the object being studied with a research method that focuses on collecting and analyzing data to understand and explain certain systems, processes, or phenomena. As a result of the study, the author found that in protecting the rights of victims of criminal acts or those related to criminal acts, the law in Indonesia regulates very strictly which has been regulated in Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning the protection of victims and witnesses in Article 281 paragraph 4, victims should be able to file for legal restitution. The animation "Legend of Garuda Wisnu Kencana" is a visual work that combines art and culture to convey profound messages through dynamic graphic representations. This research aims to explore the use of visual elements in the animation, focusing on semiotic aspects involving symbols, colors, and settings. The animation serves not only as entertainment, but also as a medium for education and cultural preservation, by depicting the mythological story of Garuda, a mythical bird in Balinese culture. This research method uses a semiotic approach to analyze how visual elements, including colors, symbols, and settings, play a role in conveying cultural and mythological messages.  The results of the analysis show that the characters in the animation, such as Garuda, Winata, Kadru, and the nine dragons, play an important role in building the narrative and conveying moral values such as persistence and loyalty. The use of white and gold colors and symbols such as Garuda and dragons reinforce these messages, while the Balinese cultural setting and Kahyangan Dewa provide an authentic and immersive context. The main message of the animation is the importance of striving to achieve goals and not giving up on obstacles, inspiring viewers to face challenges with determination and compassion. This research underscores how animation can serve as a bridge between art, culture and education, and provides insight into the way visual elements contribute to meaning and narrative experience in animated media

Analysis of Solar Panel Design as a Power Source For CCTV at PT. Link NET, TBK

    Get PDF
A computer system that uses a video camera to display and record an image at the time and place where the device is installed is CCTV. However, CCTV currently relies on PLN sources. If the PLN source goes out, CCTV will not work. One solution to overcome PLN sources that often go out is to use solar energy and remember that solar energy is very environmentally friendly. This CCTV uses an Arduino Nano microcontroller as a monitoring of battery voltage as a source of electrical power assisted by SCC to regulate the incoming current from the solar panel and the output current to the load used and the battery as a storage voltage of one of the electronic devices that are often used by humans

An Analysis Of Determinants Stunting Incidents In Toddlers At Mazo Puskesmas UPT, South Nias District

    Get PDF
The problem of stunting is a disturbance in the growth of a child's height or body length, where the height growth does not match with increasing age, which is also an abnormal condition of the body caused by more than one factor (multifactor). So this re-search discusses many things, including analyzing the influence of clean water access, latrine access, hand washing behavior with soap (CTPS), history of exclusive breastfeed-ing and MP-ASI on the growth and development of toddlers aged 24-59 months. This research used a cross sectional study design. The research was conducted in March-April 2020. Respondents were 118 children under five (aged 24-59 months) who lived in Og-an Ilir. The selection of respondents was taken using a simple random sampling tech-nique. Stunting, a condition characterized by impaired growth and development in chil-dren due to poor nutrition, recurrent infections, and inadequate psychosocial stimulation, is a significant public health problem. Statistical analysis was carried out to identify cor-relations and potential causal relationships between these variables and the incidence of stunting. The results show that low socio-economic status and maternal education are significantly related to high stunting rates. Inadequate food intake and poor sanitation practices are also important factors. Frequent infections, especially gastrointestinal dis-eases, are known to worsen the risk of stunting in toddlers. The study concludes that a multifaceted approach is needed to address stunting, involving improved economic con-ditions, educational initiatives for mothers, improved nutrition programs, better access to health services, and improved sanitation facilities. These findings highlight the im-portance of integrated public health strategies to reduce stunting and improve the wel-fare of children in South Nias District. Further research is recommended to explore long-term interventions and their effectiveness in various settings

Baggage handling plays an important role in ensuring the comfort of passengers traveling by airplane and ensuring that the baggage can be transported with the passenger on the same aircraft. However, passengers often do not know how to handle the luggage they have handed over at the check-in counter until it finally arrives in the plane's hold. This system is very important to support flight security and safety at an airport. The implementation of an automated baggage handling system (BHS) / Hold Baggage Screening (HBS) is very necessary to minimize cases of baggage theft. where this research aims to determine the Baggage Handling System (BHS) design planning at Dr. Ferdinand Lumban Tobing Sibolga, which is planned to use the Aerotropolis Airport concept. Apart from that, this research also aims to understand how the BHS components workDr. Airport Ferdinand Lumban Tobing SibolgaWhat is Planned.Where this research was carried out using the AutoCAD 2012 application and other engineering applications that allow easier planning and design. The BHS design used in this research refers to the BHS framework that has been implemented at Kuala Namu International Airport in Deli Serdang. The research results show that the BHS design has seven main stages, starting from check-in inspection, Out of Gauge (OOG) inspection to baggage that has a weight and dimensions that exceed the maximum size, X-Ray inspection MVXR 5000 (Screening Level 1/2), Manual Coding Station (MCS), X-Ray inspection RTT 110 (Screening Level 3/4), inspection by Avsec experts and reconciliation (Level 5/6), to the use of SCADA (Supervisor Control Data Acquisition)
