    Designing The Government Institution Performance Accountability System Implementation Using Soft Systems Methodology Approach, Study At The BMKG Indonesia

    His study aims to explore the factors that support or inhibit the implementation of the Government Institution Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) at the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics of the Republic of Indonesia (BMKG). This study uses the Soft Systems Methodology to ensure a systematic and comprehensive approach to this study. The findings show that compliance with laws and regulations, mutual agreement in compiling Government Agency Performance Accountability Reports (LAKIP), and strong leadership commitment are key factors supporting the implementation of SAKIP at BMKG. conversely, the use of ineffective performance management applications and inadequate organizational capacity are factors inhibiting the implementation of SAKIP at BMKG

    Portfolio Optimization Using The Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) And Multi Index Model In LQ45 Companies

    This study aims to determine the results of portfolio optimization using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) and Multi Index Model in LQ45 companies. The research utilizes monthly stock data that consistently appear in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2022. Seventeen stocks were selected: ADRO, ASII, BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BMRI, ICBP, INCO, INDF, INTP, KLBF, MNCN, PTBA, SMGR, TLKM, UNTR, and UNVR. The data was collected from January 2012 to December 2022. Using the CAPM model, no optimal portfolio was formed. However, using the Multi Index Model, an optimal portfolio was formed consisting of four stocks: INDF, INTP, MNCN, and TLKM, generating a return of 0.28% and a risk of 1.29%. This study concludes that the Multi Index Model is capable of demonstrating optimal portfolio results

    This study analyzes customer behavior on three most visited e-commerce platforms in Indonesia (Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada) using the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model and K-Means clustering techniques. Amidst the digital transformation and rapid growth of e-commerce, significant changes in customer behavior highlight the importance of accurate and relevant customer segmentation. The study integrates demographic, psychographic, and purchasing behavior analysis, employing stratified random sampling to collect data over 6 months from 100 respondents on each e-commerce platform. The results revealed six customer clusters, each with distinct characteristics. These clusters were further analyzed to develop specific and effective marketing strategies tailored to customer behavior and preferences on each e-commerce platform

    This paper analysed the reliability of the 20 kV distribution system at PT. PLN ULP Tanjung-balai. The reliability of the electricity distribution system is crucial to ensure a stable power supply with minimal interruptions to consumers. The study aims to identify and evaluate the factors affecting the reliability of the 20 kV distribution network and propose solutions to enhance the system's reliability. The methods used in this study include the collection of historical outage data, analysis of network performance, and calculation of reliability indices such as SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index), SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), and CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Duration Index). Additionally, the study utilizes network analysis software to simulate the operational conditions of the distribution network. The results of the study indicate that the reliability of the distribution system at PT. PLN ULP Tanjungbalai requires improvement, particularly in reducing the frequency and duration of power outages. Several identified causes of outages include extreme weather conditions, equipment failures, and external factors such as animals or vegetation. To improve system reliability, several actions are recommended, such as more intensive preventive maintenance, modernization of distribution equipment, and enhanced monitoring of the distribution network

The low quality of public services provided by government officials has become a bad image of the government among the community. Customer satisfaction is a function of the difference between perceived performance and customer expectations using one of the company's performance levels. The Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) is data and information about the level of public satisfaction obtained from quantitative and qualitative measurements of public opinion in obtaining services from public service providers by comparing their expectations and needs. The implications of good or bad service quality depend on the ability of the service provider to consistently meet customer expectations. Quality provides a special impetus for customers to establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with the company. Consumer satisfaction is the difference between what consumers expect (expected value) and the situation given by the company in an effort to meet consumer expectations.     An Analysis Of Mini Control Timer System For PDAM Water Processing Using Wave Control Method

    In this study, a mini control timer system was analyzed in PDAM water treatment using the Control Wave method. In a water treatment system, timely control is very important to ensure optimal operational efficiency and water quality. The Control Wave method is applied to regulate and optimize the water treatment process more efficiently through automatic timer-based control. This system allows more flexible adjustments to variations in workload and operational conditions, thereby improving the overall performance of the water treatment process. which involves the development of a simulation model that describes the water treatment process with the integration of a Control Wave-based control system. The simulation results show that this method can improve energy efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase the stability of water treatment operations. In addition, the implementation of Control Wave in this mini control timer system has also been proven to be able to adjust to changes in operational needs dynamically, without sacrificing the quality of the processed water. The findings of this study provide a basis for further improvements in the control system in PDAM water treatment, especially in the use of automation technology to improve process reliability and efficiency

    Among several criminal acts related to wealth and property, there is a criminal act known as embezzlement, the crime of embezzlement as regulated in Book II (Two) of the Criminal Code, in Chapter XXIV, concerning Crimes Against Wealth and Property, in criminal acts there is a principle that the suspect is not considered guilty if no one can prove that he is guilty based on the principle of law, where in the case study of the court decision in case No. 276 / Pid.B / 2023 / PN Bnj. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the Legal Regulation on the Crime of Embezzlement, How is the Criminal Accountability for the Perpetrators of the Crime of Embezzlement and How is the author's analysis of the legal evidence of the acquittal given by the judge in trying the case of embezzlement in court in the study of court decision No. 276/Pid.B/2023/PN Bnj. This research was conducted with a descriptive approach with a qualitative method with a type of normative juridical research based on secondary data sources taken from case studies of court decisions and laws with analysis using related legal materials. The results of this study obtained results in the form of knowledge related to the form of legal conception related to proving charges of embezzlement in court which were proven based on evidence in the form of invoices which were acts of default and included in the scope of money debts. In this case, the author found how the legal conception in proving charges of embezzlement in court influenced the results of the decision where in the chronology of the case in case No. 276/Pid.B/2023/PN Bnj in proving the elements in Article 372 of the Criminal Code related to the crime of embezzlement has been fulfilled and should be punished with a criminal penalty of a maximum imprisonment of 4 years and a maximum fine of Rp. 900 thousand but the judge sentenced him by considering Article 191 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code by declaring the defendant free from all legal charges

    Indonesia's young population and technical innovations are driving the country's quickly growing digital economy, and government programs are essential in assisting micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (UMKM). Despite obstacles including a lack of capital and a poor digital infrastructure, these companies make a substantial contribution to economic growth. Through a qualitative method and a review of the literature, this study seeks to understand how government policies affect UMKM's digital expansion in Indonesia and offer a thorough framework that takes business players' viewpoints into account. Interviews with Bakso Ceker Vitho's owner, Surya, provided information on how UMKM might adjust and prosper in the online market. Bakso Ceker Vitho exhibits successful tactics, including the use of platforms like GoFood and GrabFood to broaden market reach, a structured ordering system, and a variety of payment alternatives, including QRIS. In summary, Bakso Ceker Vitho's ability to successfully adjust to digital problems emphasizes how important digital transformation is for SMEs. Long-term success in the digital age will be supported by sustained investment in influencer relationships, CRM systems, data analytics, and a varied menu, all of which will improve consumer engagement and visibility

    The Influence of Socioeconomic and Nutritional Factors on Reducing Stunting Rates: A Comparative Study of Indonesia and the Philippines

    Stunting remains a significant public health issue in developing countries, including Indonesia and the Philippines, where high rates of child malnutrition persist. Stunting impairs physical and cognitive development, limiting the future potential of affected children. This comparative study investigates the influence of socioeconomic and nutritional factors on reducing stunting rates in both countries. A systematic literature review was conducted, focusing on research published between 2010 and 2023, obtained from databases such as Google Scholar and Scopus. The analysis included studies examining the relationship between household income, parental education, nutritional intake, and access to health services, as well as government policy initiatives. Data extraction and thematic analysis were employed to categorize socioeconomic and nutritional determinants of stunting in both countries. The findings suggest that both socioeconomic factors, including parental education and household income, and nutritional factors, such as dietary diversity and breastfeeding practices, significantly influence stunting reduction. Differences in health infrastructure and community-level interventions also contribute to the variations in stunting rates between Indonesia and the Philippines. The study concludes that addressing stunting requires a multifaceted approach, combining socioeconomic improvement, enhanced access to health services, and targeted nutritional interventions. Policies that focus on improving maternal education, community health services, and food security can significantly reduce stunting rates. The findings underscore the importance of coordinated efforts between government, health sectors, and communities to effectively combat stunting and improve child health outcomes in both countries

    An Utilization Of Solid And Liquid Waste From Palm Oil As A Power Plant

    The utilization of solid and liquid palm oil waste as a renewable energy source for electricity generation is an effort to address waste management issues while improving energy efficiency. This study aims to analyze the potential of palm oil waste, including empty fruit bunches, fibers, shells, and liquid waste (Palm Oil Mill Effluent - POME), in generating electricity through suitable power generation technologies. The methodology includes data collection on the quantity and characteristics of palm oil waste, calculation of the energy potential, and evaluation of energy conversion technologies such as direct combustion, gasification, and biogas production from liquid waste. The study also exam-ines the technical and economic feasibility of implementing palm oil waste-based power plants. The results indicate that solid and liquid palm oil waste has significant energy potential. Empty fruit bunches and shells can generate energy through combustion, while liquid waste produces biogas with high methane content through anaerobic pro-cesses. With optimal management, palm oil waste can provide a reliable source of elec-tricity, reduce dependency on fossil fuels, and support environmental sustainability. This study concludes that utilizing palm oil waste for electricity generation not only enhances energy efficiency but also delivers economic and environmental benefits. Further imple-mentation requires policy support, appropriate technology, and sustainable waste man-agement practices by the palm oil industry
