Teacher’s Readiness In Implementing Merdeka Curriculum At Bina Qurani City School, Bogor City
Get PDFThe Merdeka Curriculum introduced allows for more flexible teaching methods and is tailored to the needs of students. The implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at Bina Qurani Junior High School shows that this school started implementing this curriculum for grades seven and eight in the 2022/2023 school year. Teachers are given training to ensure readiness in implementing the curriculum. However, in the implementation in grade eight, there was no prior training for teachers, so they had to take the initiative to share their experiences. Teachers' readiness to implement Merdeka Curriculum is important, both in terms of the availability of teaching materials and teaching readiness according to the implemented curriculum. Data collection in this study uses several techniques to obtain information. And the data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. As well as using triangulation techniques between interviews and observations to assess teacher readiness in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at Bina Qurani City Junior High School. The results of interviews and observations show that in the aspect of lesson planning, all teachers have fulfilled the readiness and availability requirements, including the formulation of learning objectives (TP), setting the flow of learning objectives (ATP), and preparing teaching modules. This is in accordance with the learning and assessment guidelines for early childhood education, primary and secondary education. In the implementation of learning, teachers follow several stages, including introduction, core and closing activities that include apperception, motivation, communication of learning objectives, mastery of materials, provision of reading materials, facilitation, concrete examples, as well as learning evaluation and time management.In the aspect of learning assessment, all teachers observed also fulfilled the readiness and availability requirements, covering initial, formative and summative assessments. Initial assessment explores student readiness at the beginning of learning, formative assessment is conducted at the end of each chapter, and summative assessment is conducted at the end of the semester online. The results of technique triangulation showed reliable data. The researcher also triangulated sources by comparing interview responses from the principal, homeroom teacher, English teacher, Physical Education teacher, and Islamic Religious Education teacher. The results show consistency in the formulation of learning objectives and learning assessment, so the data can be declared valid
Analysis Of The Implementation Of Health Center Independence (Case Study On Health Center Bangkonol Koroncong District Pandeglang Regency)
Get PDFThe existence of the BLUD policy has brought major changes to all UPT Health Center in the Pandeglang Regency area, including UPT BLUD Health Center Bangkonol. However, in its implementation, the Bangkonol Community Health Center, after being declared a BLUD, experienced difficulties in implementing the BLUD policy, including experiencing difficulties in the independence of the Community Health Center, especially in financial management. The BLUD at the Bangkonol Community Health Center can be said to be not optimal, there are many obstacles experienced, including human resources which are still lacking in quality and quantity. Departing from this, the researcher studied using descriptive qualitative research methods with case studies. The results of this research are discussed using the theory from Mahmudi and Masnah that to find out the implementation of the independence of BLUD Community Health Centers can be done through financial independence patterns including instructive patterns, consultative patterns, participatory patterns and delegative patterns, Community Health Center Services and Human Resource Performance. The research results show that from several indicators it was found that the UPT BLUD of the Bangkonol Community Health Center could not be said to have complete independence, seen from the first indicator that the Bangkonol Community Health Center was independent in managing its finances but was found not to be confident in managing and making e-BLUD-based financial reporting. So it was found that there was still interference from the government in financial reporting using the eBLUD application. Furthermore, in the service indicators there are several patient complaints that the service is less than optimal and slow. The next indicator regarding human resources is that there are many weaknesses in the quality and quantity of human resources which cause the implementation of the independence of the Bangkonol Health Center after becoming a BLUD to be not optimal

This type of thesis research uses normative legal research with a qualitative approach method, while the research method used is literature study.(library research)with data collection techniques using secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. That the author found in the trial several factors that caused custody of the child to fall to the biological father. The results of this research consist of several factors, namely that the child's mother left her child more than 1 year ago, the mother is currently living with another man and already has a child with that man, while the child's mother has not divorced from the child's father, and all this time the child has been in his father's care. So the panel of judges considers that it is in the interests of the child that the child's education and morals will be better maintained if he remains with his father. Here the author agrees with the judge's decision which states that custody of the child falls to the father. To strengthen the quality and capacity as well as the integrity of families with children, the government is obliged to provide services and training for parents and children

Medan Aviation Polytechnic is equipped with various complete educational facilities. However, security issues arise when cadets try to exploit vulnerabilities in the area to escape the campus. The purpose of PIDS is to detect and provide early warning of infiltration attempts in the campus area. This system is designed to integrate with various technology components such as the web and telegram bots as direct notifications and warnings to security officers, thereby increasing the security of Medan Aviation Polytechnic cadets. The method used in this research is by conducting research design, tool design, providing tool components and conducting system testing when the tool as a whole has been completed. The results of this study indicate that the system runs according to the desired design, where notifications are made with documentation in the form of camera portrait images and live streaming with a USB Webcam integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI). If there is movement detected, it will send the portrait results to Telegram and issue an alarm on the buzzer and live streaming can be accessed on the available website
A Response Of Giving Rice Husk Charcoal And Goat Dung On Growth And Production Of Corn Plants (Zea Mays L.)
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the response of rice husk charcoal and goat manure solid organic fertilizer to the growth and production of corn (Zea mays). This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 treatment factors and 3 blocks. The first factor is rice husk charcoal with each dose of A0 = 0 kg/plot, A1 = 1 kg/plot and A2 = 2 kg/plot. The second factor is the provision of goat manure solid organic fertilizer with each dose of K0 = 0 kg/plot, K1 = 1 kg/plot, K2 = 2 kg/plot and K3 = 3 kg/plot. Observation data were analyzed using analysis of variance and continued with the Duncant test. The parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of cobs per sample, number of cobs per block, cob weight per sample and cob weight per block. The results of the study showed that the provision of rice husk charcoal and solid organic fertilizer of goat manure had a very significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, number of cobs per sample, number of cobs per block, weight of cobs per sample and weight of cobs per block. In the interaction of the combination of treatments between the provision of rice husk charcoal and solid organic fertilizer of goat manure did not have a significant effect on all parameters observed

In the Irian Supermarket Building project, Setia Budi Medan, an analysis of the level of safety of the floor slab structure is required in accordance with SNI 2847-2019 and an analysis of the most efficient reinforcement that can be used in the floor slab structure of the Irian Supermarket Building, Setia Budi Medan. And the formulation of the problem discussed is the level of safety of the building structure and the most efficient reinforcement that can be used. The research method is carried out using the case study method where the collection of field data and additional data, data is processed in accordance with SNI 2847-2019 and for reinforcement efficiency is done by increasing the distance between the reinforcements. The result is the value of As needed: 652.4 mm2 < As used: 670.4 mm2 for flexural reinforcement (2Ø8-150) and As needed: 455.4 mm2 < As used: 502.4 mm2 for shear reinforcement (2Ø8-200) so that the reinforcement used is safe to use while the total deflection: 16.6 mm > allowable deflection: 6.68 mm and ϕVc: 58650 N/mm > Vu: 32823.07 N/mm so that the thickness of the plate used is 120 mm safe to use. However, reinforcement efficiency cannot be done because the value of As needed: 652.4 mm2 > As used: 455.4 mm2 for flexural reinforcement (2Ø8-200) and As needed: 455.4 mm2 > As used: 401.92 mm2 for shear reinforcement (2Ø8-250) so that reinforcement efficiency cannot be carried out

Analysis Of Learning Management Providing Reinforcement On Student Learning Motivation In The Era Of Independent Learning
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to examine learning management and determine whether, in the age of independent learning in junior high school, providing reinforcement by teachers has a beneficial impact on students' willingness to learn. The issue with this study is low student motivation for learning. The research was conducted quantitatively using product moment correlation analysis, involving 71 students of SMPN 111 Jakarta as samples. The data collection method used a scale of giving reinforcement by teachers and a scale of student learning motivation. The results of data analysis with product moment correlation analysis show that there is a positive relationship between giving reinforcement by teachers and student learning motivation. The correlation coefficient value rcount = 0.568 which is greater than rtable = 0.321, then it is concluded that there is a significant correlation between the provision of reinforcement by teachers to student learning motivation
