An Improved Protection Of High Voltage Air Line Using Differential Relays
A static electrical device is like a power transformer, one of the functions of which is to transfer one power circuit to another circuit, either changing the voltage without having to change the frequency. This paper described a Protection is a system in electricity and has a function as an isolate, breaker and separator if there is a disturbance. The working principle of the differential relay is to compare the vector I1 of the primary side current with I2 of the secondary side current. "The results of the mathematical calculation of the setting current for the differential current obtained are 0.0961865394 A and this is different from the setting current installed in the differential relay on the power transformer of 1 substation, namely 0.3 A.
An Increasing Sweet Corn Production With Hybrid Compost
This research aims to determine the response of giving vegetable compost and cow urine to the growth and production of sweet corn (Zea mays L). This research was conducted on Jalan Kelambir V, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used was a factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 2 treatments. The first treatment is vegetable compost (K) consisting of 4 levels of enrichment, namely K0= 0 kg/ plot, K1= 1 kg/ plot, K2= 2 kg/ plot, K3= 3 kg/ plot. And the second treatment, namely cow urine (U), consists of 4 treatment levels, namely U0= 0 liter/plot, U1= 1 liter/plot, U2= 2 liters/plot, U3 = 3 liters/plot. The parameters observed were stem diameter (mm), leaf area (cm), fruit length per sample (g), production per sample (g), and production per plot (g). The results of the treatment of giving vegetable compost fertilizer had no significant effect on the parameters, namely stem diameter (mm), leaf area (cm), production per sample (g), and production per plot (g), but had a significant effect on fruit length per sample (g). Meanwhile, cow urine had no significant effect on stem (mm), leaf area (cm), fruit length per sample (g), production per sample (g), and production per plot (g). The interaction between the application of vegetable compost fertilizer and cow urine had no significant effect on stem (mm), leaf area (cm), fruit length per sample (g), production per sample (g), and production per plot (g)

Analysis Of Distribution Transformer Shifting To Address Overload And End Voltage At Gardu HJ177 In PT. PLN (Persero) Kertosono Service Unit
The HJ177 substaion in its loading datareached 126.10% (± 63,054 kVA) of its capacity of 50 kVAwith an end voltaicge of 206 V and experienced avoltage dropge of 12%. The loading exceeded the maximum capacity of the stanord transformer of 80%, which has the potential for materialand finalncial losses for PT PLN (Persero) Kertosono Customer Service Unit (ULP). The voltalge drop resulting from this has exceeded SPLNT6.001-2013 of -±10% for low voltagege. Considering the matrix in the Health Index aassessment tier-1 Distribution Transformer, willingted to the percentage of tranformer loading, it's in the bald caBeca's categoryuse it is loaded ≥100%. To overcome this, an insert transformer caln be installed. With the originl load from 126.10% to 46.942% of the 50kVAcapacity, then the end voltage at the HJ177 Substation with the insertion of the transformer was originallly 206 V with avoltage drop of 12.0% increased to 213 V with avoltage drop percentage that decreased to 8.2%. The implementation of the transformer insertion for the HJ177 substation is effective in overcoming overloadyesnd improving the end voltag
The Menu Clustering At Doktor Kopi Using K-Means Algorithm To Increase Sales
Coffee Doctoris a coffee shop with a variety of menus and a strategic location in Medan City, this coffee shop is currently developing a strategy to increase sales of their products. Effective menu arrangement is an important factor in increasing product sales in coffee shops or cafes. This study aims to optimize sales by utilizing the K-Means algorithm to group menus based on customer purchasing patterns. The sales data analyzed includes product types, purchase frequency, and revenue contributions from each menu. Through the clustering process, menus can be grouped into several categories, such as the best-selling, medium and less popular menus. The results of this clustering are used to design a more structured menu arrangement strategy, such as arranging menu positions on the list, special promotions, or eliminating less effective menus. The implementation of the K-Means algorithm shows that a data-based menu arrangement strategy can improve customer experience and significantly drive product sales. Thus, this study provides a practical contribution for coffee shop or cafe managers to optimize sales through a technology and data-based approach

The Effect Of Career Development, Mentoring, And Training On Nurses Job Engagement: The Moderating Role Of Organizational Support
This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, mentoring, and training on nurses' work engagement, and examine the moderating role of perceived organizational support in this relationship. This research is based on the premise that nurse work involvement is an important aspect in improving hospital organizational performance. Factors such as clear and structured career development, effective mentoring, and well-planned training are hypothesized to have a positive influence on nurses' work engagement. However, this study also considers that not all nurses will respond to these factors in the same way, and perceived organizational support may moderate these relationships. This research used a quantitative approach and was conducted in a hospital context. It is hoped that the research findings will provide insight for hospital management in designing strategies to increase nurses' work involvement. This research contributes to the existing literature on factors influencing nurses' work engagement and the role of organizational support in this context
Implementation of the Stunting Handling Policy in Sumedang Regency, West Java Province
This thesis discusses the implementation of the Stunting Management Policy in Sumedang Regency. Sumedang Regency is the district with the highest prevalence in West Java Province with a stunting prevalence rate of 27.6% (Indonesian Toddler Nutrition Case Study 2022). The aim of this research is to analyze how the policies that have been implemented are implemented and what factors influence them as well as efforts to optimize the implementation of stunting management policies in Sumedang Regency. The theory used to measure the success of stunting management policies in Sumedang Regency in this thesis is the conception described by Hamdi (2014) that the success of a policy is largely determined by the dimensions that influence the implementation of a policy, namely: 1) Productivity; 2) Linearity; and 3) Efficiency. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and decision making. The results of the research show that implementation has been effective, marked by various regulations issued by the Regional Government, which is proof that the government is very concerned about the stunting problem. The determining factor is cooperation to ensure that resources, both human and other resources, are sufficient. The efforts that have been made include innovations such as the Joint Movement Against Stunting with the aim of carrying out real action in the field together by all stakeholders including government, business, academics and the community so that families at risk of stunting receive program intervention according to their needs
