An Analysis Of Drug Planning Using ABC Index Method Critical In The Pharmacy Installation Public Hospital Royal Prima Marelan
Needs planning is an activity to determine the quantity and period of procurement of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and disposable medical materials in accordance with the results of selection activities to ensure that the criteria for the right type, right quantity, right time and efficiency are met. The purpose of the research is to analysed drug planning with ABC critical index method at the Pharmacy Installation of Royal Prima Marelan Hospital. Type This study is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research at the Pharmacy Installation at Hospital.Royal Prima Marelan. The qualitative sample of the study was 3 people and the data source was the drug needs plan. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results of this study with ABC analysis of the critical index value of group A usage were 30 items (51%), group B obtained 23 items (39%) and group C obtained 8 items (9%). Based on the calculation with ABC analysis of the critical index of investment value, group B obtained 2 items (3%) of the total items and group C obtained 57 items (97%) of the total items in the Pharmacy Installation. An Analysis of Solar Power Plants (PLTS) System as a Power Supply For Submersible Water Pumps
Solar Power Plants (PLTS) are an efficient renewable energy solution for providing electricity, especially in areas not covered by conventional power grids. This study aims to analyze the PLTS system as a power supply for submersible water pumps, focusing on energy efficiency, voltage stability, and system reliability under various operating conditions. The research methodology includes experimental analysis and simulation using a quantitative approach. Data were obtained through direct measurements on a PLTS system consisting of solar panels, a power controller, batteries, and an inverter as the power source for the submersible water pump. The analyzed variables include solar panel output power, battery charging efficiency, and pump performance under different weather conditions and workload scenarios. The results showed that the PLTS system could provide sufficient power to operate the submersible water pump with an average efficiency of XX%. The voltage stability generated by the inverter remained within the appropriate range for pump operation, with minimal fluctuations under maximum load conditions. However, reduced sunlight intensity during cloudy and rainy conditions led to decreased power output, affecting pump performance. To enhance system reliability, it is recommended to use batteries with larger capacity and a smart control system for optimized power distribution. In conclusion, the PLTS system can serve as an effective and environmentally friendly power source for submersible water pumps. However, further optimization is needed to ensure stable performance under various weather conditions
Factors Influencing The Implementation Of Waste Management Policies By The Yogyakarta City Environmental Service
Waste is a problem that cannot be ignored by the government, because waste arises as a result of human activity. The more human activity, the more waste produced. The implementation of waste management certainly varies in each region of Indonesia. This research was conducted at the Yogyakarta City Environmental Service using a qualitative descriptive method. The theory used is the theory of policy implementation according to Edward III, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The technical data analysis carried out is data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data verification. The research results show that the implementation of waste management policies by the Yogyakarta City Environmental Service has not been carried out optimally, characterized by a lack of communication and community support, a lack of staff and facilities for waste management. The supporting factor is having clear technical instructions in implementing waste management policies. Staff who are experts in their fields, organizational structure that complies with regulations. The inhibiting factors are the lack of awareness and support from the community, funds, number of workers, facilities and infrastructure. Efforts made include outreach regarding waste management, proposing to increase the number of waste workers, requesting assistance for facilities and infrastructure, budgeting funds according to the waste management needs of the City of Yogyakarta. Researchers suggest that the Yogyakarta City Environmental Service should carry out comprehensive outreach to increase public awareness, create more mature strategies in requesting assistance for infrastructure, allocate funds optimally to meet waste management needs and improve monitoring of waste management conditions

Enhancing The Quality Of Non-Formal Education: A Study On Performance Management At PKBM Imam Syafe'i In Bandung Regency)
The high rate of school dropouts in Bandung Regency has prompted the government to promote PKBM (Community Learning Activity Centers) as a crucial alternative to mitigate this issue. This study aims to analyze the performance of non-formal education managers within these centers. Utilizing a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing based on the Hoy &Miskel education management framework. The findings reveal that the Imam Syafe'i PKBM has demonstrated commendable performance by enhancing the quality of non-formal education. Challenges identified include insufficient literacy resources, students' limited technological proficiency, and restricted learning hours. Conversely, factors contributing to success include effective financial management, active collaboration with the Education Department and other institutions, and robust emotional support for students. Improvement efforts encompass expanding library collections, developing tutor internship programs, preparing pertinent learning materials, enhancing online learning validation and monitoring, administering efficient exams, and providing tutor training and certification. Nonetheless, several obstacles persist, such as inadequate library facilities and the necessity for a structured tutor internship model. Addressing these challenges involves augmenting library resources and establishing structured collaboration models for tutor internships with other institutions

The results of the research carried out can be concluded that for the experiment the addition of local lightweight bricks from the Sukodadi sub-district, Lamongan district, mixed with several variations of 5%, 10%, 15% can increase the carrying capacity of the clay soil of Sukodadi sub-district. Of course, the 10% Light Brick mixture shows very efficient results which can be seen from each CBR test process from the 5% to 15% mixture showing a stable increase
Improving Investment Understanding For Millennial Generation Through Digital Teaching Media Innovation
This research explores the low financial literacy among millennials despite their dominance in the use of information technology. Various surveys show that most millennials cannot answer basic questions about finance and investment correctly, indicating an urgent need to improve financial and investment literacy. This lack of understanding of investment instruments and financial strategies negatively impacts their financial stability. Initial questionnaire results from 30 students showed that 70% felt unfamiliar with investments, while 30% felt familiar. In addition, students were most familiar with stocks (40%), followed by mutual funds (30%), cryptocurrencies (15%), and bonds (10%). The study also found that investment literacy and education activities can increase millennials' understanding and motivation to invest. Technology plays an important role in financial education, with well-designed digital learning media, such as e-books and other digital tools, significantly improving learning outcomes. Recommendations from this research include the provision of interactive and fun teaching materials that are easily accessible through digital media, covering the introduction of basic investment concepts, long-term returns, practical guidance on starting an investment, and risk management. This research emphasizes the importance of greater financial education and literacy efforts to empower millennials to manage their finances more effectively and wisely

This Study Aims To Analysed And Compare The Effects Of Linear And Nonlinear Loads On The Performance Of A Three-Phase Synchronous Generator. Linear Loads, Characterized By A Proportional Relationship Between Voltage And Current, And Nonlinear Loads, Which Produce Harmonic Distortion In Current And Voltage, Can Affect The Stability And Efficiency Of Generator Operation. In This Study, Various Loading Scenarios Were Tested Using A Software-Based Simulation Model. The Results Of The Analysis Show That Nonlinear Loads Cause A Significant Increase In Harmonic Distortion In The System, Which Has The Potential To Reduce The Efficiency And Operational Life Of The Generator. In Contrast, Linear Loads Tend To Produce More Stable And Efficient Generator Performance. These Findings Provide Important Insights Into The Design And Selection Of Appropriate Loads To Maintain Optimal Performance Of Three-Phase Synchronous Generators

The handling of criminal cases using a restorative justice approach is a specific and dynamic interactive relationship between the parties involved. The restorative justice movement has great potential to reform the way society responds to crime and wrongdoing. Restorative Justice is a shift in criminalization in the criminal justice system that prioritizes justice for victims and perpetrators of criminal acts, in addition to alternative punishments such as social work and others. The formulation in this study is How is restorative justice regulated according to applicable laws and regulations? What is the ideal concept of restorative justice in case settlement in Indonesia? The Effect Of Company Size And Capital Structure On Company Value (Study On Property And Real Estate Companies Listed On The Indonesian Stock Exchange)
The purpose of this study was to examine and determine the effect of firm size and capital structure partially and simultaneously on firm value. This study uses property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2022 period as the population. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method where the sample is taken based on certain criteria according to the will of the researcher, so that based on these retrieval criteria a sample of 140 companies is obtained. This study uses secondary data and the data analysis method is carried out by multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS version 25 software as a data processing programme. In this study, the ratio used as an indicator to measure the dependent variable of firm value is PBV (Price to Book Value). The results of this study indicate that partially firm size and capital structure have a significant and negative effect on firm value. While simultaneously firm size and capital structure have a significant and positive effect on firm value
