The Role Of Notaries In Land Dispute Resolution Through Alternative Mediation And Arbitration
Land dispute resolution in Indonesia often faces various obstacles, Challenges faced in resolving land disputes include taking a long time, expensive costs, and not always resulting in a satisfactory settlement for all parties. Therefore, the role of notaries in resolving land disputes through alternative channels such as mediation and arbitration provides significant advantages, including time and cost efficiency, as well as maintaining good relations between the parties involved. With the authority to make authentic deeds, notaries not only ensure the legality of documents, but also act as neutral mediators in conflicts involving administrative, civil, and criminal aspects. Their unique position allows them to facilitate effective communication between the parties to the dispute, guiding them towards an amicable solution. This study examines the diverse roles of notaries in land dispute resolution, emphasizing their ability to simplify the process and provide legal certainty. By leveraging their expertise in legal documentation and mediation techniques, notaries contribute to a more harmonious approach to conflict resolution, fostering cooperation and understanding among the parties to the dispute while ensuring that the agreements made are legally binding. This study aims to examine the role of notaries in helping the parties reach a mutual agreement and resolve land disputes. The results of the study show that mediation and arbitration conducted by notaries not only speed up the dispute resolution process, but also provide better legal certainty for the parties

Analysis Of The Use Of Fruit Dice And Bar Chart Media On Learning Outcomes In Data Collection For Fifth-Grade Students At SD Fontein II, Kupang City
In elementary school education, mathematics learning is crucial for an individual's ability to understand, use, and interpret mathematics in everyday life. Mathematics should be implemented in a fun learning environment. In mathematics learning, students should be introduced to gain knowledge related to the characteristics found in an object or a collection of objects. In mathematics learning, there is a statistics material that includes the sub-material of data collection. Data collection is an important material in mathematics. The data collection process includes collecting and measuring the necessary information according to the objectives. In learning, media is needed as an intermediary to convey information quickly. Such as fruit dice media which are shaped like a cube and have six sides. In addition to fruit dice media, bar chart media are also used to present data from the results of data collection. However, this is often overlooked by teachers in learning. This study aims to analyze the use of fruit dice and bar chart media to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning on data collection material in class V SDN Fontein 2 Kupang City. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and student knowledge tests through the questions given. The number of students in this study was 25 people. The use of fruit dice and bar chart media begins by dividing students into groups, where students will roll fruit dice 20 times and collect the results of the throws in the form of a bar chart. The results showed that the use of fruit dice and bar chart media can increase students' activeness and participation in the learning process. This can be seen from the average student score of 70 to 80. This shows that fruit dice and bar chart media have succeeded in improving student learning outcomes in mathematics on data collection material. In addition, this media also managed to create a fun, enjoyable, and interactive learning atmosphere, which attracts students' interest and motivation to learn
Optimization Of Regional Levy Revenue, In The City Of Surabaya, East Java Province
Increasing regional income is one of the government's foundations for carrying out development and improving people's lives. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the process of optimizing regional levy revenue in the City of Surabaya, describe and analyze the obstacles and weaknesses in optimizing regional levy revenue in the City of Surabaya, and describe and analyze efforts to optimize regional levy revenue in the City of Surabaya. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses Optimization theory (Adisasmita, 2011) with the dimensions of expanding the revenue base, strengthening the collection process, improving supervision, increasing administrative efficiency and reducing collection costs, and increasing revenue capacity through more targeted planning. The research results show that the process of optimizing regional levy revenue in the City of Surabaya has been carried out by the Surabaya City Government but has not been optimal so it has not been able to achieve the realization target. Obstacles and weaknesses in optimizing regional levy revenue in the city of Surabaya include studies that are not in line with targets, limited construction of objects due to the budget, as well as expanding the revenue base which is hampered by complex administration and low public awareness of paying. Efforts to optimize regional levy revenue for the City of Surabaya that have been made include increasing the budget for studying potential levies, adding new parking points, and developing a technology-based collection system. The researcher's suggestion in order to optimize regional levy revenue is that a comprehensive analysis of Surabaya City regional levies is needed so that the policy direction is clear and focused

An Increasing Growth Of Oil Palm Plants Based A Mixture Nitrogen And Potassium Chemicals
This research aims to test the concentration of POC Nitrogen and POC Potassium on the growth of oil palm plant seeds (Elaeis guineensis Jacq). The method used in this research was a Randomized Group Design (RAK) which consisted of 2 treatment factors. The first treatment is the POC Nitrogen Concentration Test which consists of N0=Control, N1= 1%, N2= 2%, N3= 3%. The second treatment is the POC Potassium Concentration Test K0=Control, K1=1%, K2=2% and K3=3%. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf width (cm) and stem diameter (cm). The research results showed that the POC Nitrogen Concentration Test had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height (cm), number of leaves (cm) and leaf width (cm) but had no significant effect on the stem diameter parameter (cm). In the POC Potassium Concentration Test, it showed a real influence on the stem diameter parameter (cm) but an insignificant effect on the parameters of plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands) and leaf area (cm). The interaction between the POC Nitrogen and POC Potassium Concentration Tests showed unreal results for each observation parameter

A Development Of Charging System For Electric Vehicles
The increasing use of electric vehicles (EVs) requires adequate and efficient charging system infrastructure. One of the main things is the charging system for electric vehicles (EV) batteries. This study aims to develop a charging system infrastructure for EVs using a DC to DC converter. This study examines the design and implementation of a charging system with a DC to DC converter to transform DC voltage from the grid to a DC voltage that meets the needs of EV batteries. This system is designed to ensure safety, efficiency, and compatibility with various types of EVs. The system is also capable of producing voltages from 12 volts to more than 60 volts, which is sufficient to charge electric vehicle batteries. Correlation analysis simulations with MATLAB and experimental testing were conducted to evaluate the performance of the charging system. The results show that this system is capable of charging EV batteries safely and efficiently. This system is also compatible with various types of EVs and can be easily integrated with the electricity grid. The development of a charging system infrastructure with a DC to DC converter is expected to support widespread EV adoption and contribute to a sustainable energy transition
