TROMBOSITOPENIA DAN HEMORAGIK PADA ANAK DENGAN DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD): KAJIAN LITERATUR
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remains a major cause of morbidity among children in Indonesia. Thrombocytopenia is one of the key hematological abnormalities associated with progression to hemorrhagic manifestations.This review aims to summarize current evidence related to thrombocytopenia and clinical hemorrhagic features in pediatric DHF based on several Indonesian studies. A narrative review was conducted using 20 references focusing on pediatric DHF, thrombocytopenia, clinical manifestations, and disease severity.Data from the reviewed studies indicate that thrombocytopenia occurs in more than 70% of DHF cases and typically worsens around days 3–7 of fever. Hemorrhagic manifestations such as petechiae, gum bleeding, and prolonged fever duration are associated with lower platelet count and higher disease severity. Nutritional status, duration of fever, and clinical progression also influence the degree of hemorrhage in children. Thrombocytopenia is a consistent predictor of hemorrhagic complications in pediatric DHF. Early recognition of platelet decline and clinical bleeding signs is crucial in preventing progression to severe dengue
Perbandingan Uji Sederhana Kadar Vitamin C pada Berbagai Bahan Pangan
Vitamin C atau asam askorbat merupakan zat gizi esensial yang berperan pening dalam menjaga daya tahan tubuh, membantu pembentukan kolagen, mempercepat penyembuhan luka, dan melindungi tubuh dari radikal bebas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kandungan vitamin C secara kualitatif pada beberapa bahan pangan alami seperti sari jeruk, tomat, mangga, serta minuman olahan seperti You C 1000dan Buavita jambu. Uji dilakukan menggunakan metode sederhana dengan indikator betadine (povidon iodine) sebagai oksidator. Semakin cepat larutan betadine memudar setelah dicampurkan dengan sampel, menunjukkan semakin tinggi kadar vitamin C yang terkandung di dalamnya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar vitamin C tertinggi terdapat pada sampel mangga dengan nilai 3.000%, diikuti You C 1000 dan tomat masing-masing 1.000%, sari jeruk 1.167%, dan Buavita jambu 875%. Perbedaan hasil ini dapat disebabkan oleh faktor jenis bahan, tingkat kematangan buah, serta keberadaan vitamin C tambahan pada produk olahan. Uji kualitatif sederhana ini membuktikan bahwa keberadaan vitamin C dapat dengan mudah dideteksi menggunakan reaksi reduksi-oksidasi, dan hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai dasar edukasi mengenai pentingnya asupan vitamin C alami dari buah segar
ANALISIS PROSEDUR PENERIMAAN KAS RAWAT INAP PADA RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM IBNU SINA PEKANBARU
This study examines the cash receipt procedures at RSI Ibnu Sina using a triangulation approach. The hospital's financial administration system features distinct processes across its emergency department (IGD), outpatient clinic (poliklinik), inpatient admissions, cashier, pharmacy, and billing departments. These procedures facilitate structured and accurate recording of medical services and associated costs, promoting transparency in financial management and efficient billing processes for both general patients and those covered by health insurance. Despite these strengths, challenges include administrative errors during information handoffs between departments and potential delays in cash receipt processes, which can impact patient satisfaction. Recommendations focus on enhancing interdepartmental coordination, improving administrative oversight, and leveraging technology to optimize operational efficiency and patient care. Implementing these improvements aims to address existing challenges and strengthen the hospital's financial administration system for future enhancements
ANALISIS HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI BERDASARKAN METODE FULL COSTING PADA UMKM KERIPIK PISANG KEPOK DWI PUTRA DI MURNI JAYA TULANG BAWANG BARAT
This banana chips UMKM is a business operating in the culinary sector, the calculations carried out by the UMKM are not yet detailed so there are several costs that are not included in the cost calculation. So the author applies calculations using the full costing method because this method is more detailed in including the cost elements required in the production process. It is hoped that determining the cost of production using the full costing method can help UMKM in determining selling prices. The aim of this research is to analyze the differences in calculation results according to UMKM with calculating the cost of production using the full costing method. This research was conducted at UMKM PD.Dwi Putra. Data obtained through site surveys and direct interviews with UMKM relates to the problems discussed as well as documents and literature studies as supporting evidence. The results of the research show that calculating the cost of production for the UMKM Kepok Dwi Putra banana chips with calculating the cost of production using the full costing method shows differences in results. The difference lies in factory overhead costs, namely the full costing method which includes depreciation costs for equipment, machinery and buildings as well as equipment and machine maintenance costs. This causes the cost of production using the full costing method to be higher
PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI DATA BARANG INVENTARIS BERBASIS WEB DI KANTOR PMI KOTA METRO
Perancangan sistem informasi data barang inventaris berbasis web di kantor Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Kota Metro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi yang efisien dan akurat dalam peminjaman, pengembalian barang, serta pembuatan laporan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah Waterfall. Hasil utama dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem yang memiliki berbagai fitur, seperti pengelolaan data barang inventaris yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh anggota PMI, peminjaman barang inventaris dapat dilakukan online dengan data stok yang ter-update, pencatatan pengembalian barang, serta kemampuan mencetak laporan peminjaman dan pengembalian dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mempermudah staf admin dalam proses pencatatan peminjaman dan pengembalian barang inventaris di PMI Kota Metro. Selain itu, sistem ini juga membantu Peminjam dalam melakukan peminjaman secara online. Dengan demikian, sistem ini sangat efektif dalam pencarian dan penyimpanan data barang inventaris
PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI IoT TERHADAP OPTIMALISASI PAKAN OTOMATIS DAN PENINGKATAN EKONOMI BUDIDAYA LELE
Budidaya ikan lele yang optimal memerlukan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan sistem Internet of Things (IoT) dalam alat pemberi pakan otomatis untuk budidaya ikan lele di Desa Negeri Sakti, Kec. Gedong Tataan, Kab. Pesawaran, Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini meliputi penyusunan data, tahapan penelitian dan rangkaian desain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan alat pemberian pakan otomatis berbasis IoT terhadap peningkatan hasil panen dan efisiensi operasional. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penerapan alat pemberian pakan otomatis berbasis IoT secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pemberian pakan dan produktivitas terhadap budidaya ikan lele. Kesimpulannya, inovasi ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan ekonomi petani dan mendukung praktik budidaya yang lebih berkelanjutan
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN VARIASI PUPUK PADA PERTUMBUHAN PADI SEBAGAI PETUNJUK PRAKTIKUM MATERI PERTUMBUHAN DAN PERKEMBANGAN PADA TANAMAN
Rice is a rice-producing plant which is a staple food source for half of the world's population. To continue to increase and stabilize rice production, fertilizer is of course needed as a source of nutrition for plants. Synthetic chemical fertilizer is a type of fertilizer commonly used by farmers. However, excessive use of synthetic fertilizers has a negative impact on the ecosystem. This research was conducted using a Completely Randomized Randang (CRD) design with 6 treatments and 10 repetitions. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques and data analysis using the One Way Anova test and Tukey's advanced test with a significance level of 5%. P5 treatment with a combination of 70% pumakkal fertilizer and compost with 30% synthetic fertilizer showed the best results with plant height reaching 104.5 cm, number of stems in each clump of 42 stems, productive clumps of 24 stems, production yield of 2, 95g on each stem with a total of 242 grains. The research product in the form of practical instructions which have been validated by design experts obtained a percentage score of 86.5% in the very good category and the results of validation by material experts also showed the same thing, getting a percentage score of 81.25% with very good criteria and suitable for use in practical activities at school
Analisis Ketebalan Square Profile Terhadap Kekuatan Material Sebagai Rangka Alat Urban Farming Portable
Growth population in urban areas was proportionally with food commodities and inversely with land availability. One solution that can be implemented for sufficient food is urban farming with vertical farming using a hydroponic method. Environmental factors that affect the fine result of plants are exposure of sun. In limited land, in terms to increase the mobility of urban farming activity requires the addition of equipment. This research focused on equipment development with frame append to place components in urban farming to gain more exposure with upgrading the flexibility. The frame was designed used hollow square structural steel with thickness variations of 1.2 mm; 1.4 mm; 1.6 mm; 1.8 mm which is simulated used a mass of 50 kg; 200 kg; 400 kg; and 800 kg. Numerical analysis was done by ANSYS Workbench 2024. From the analysis, almost all of the various material thicknesses gained minimum safety factor and meets the requirements for static load for the several masses distribution.Growth population in urban areas was proportionally with food commodities and inversely with land availability. Rancang Bangun Alat Penyambung Komponen Elektronik yang menggunakan PMMA dan ABS sebagai Materialnya.
Plastic is widely used for the production of electronic devices. One of them is ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) and PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate). The aim of this research is to design a device of plastic welding of electronics component that used ABS and PMMA as its materials. Besides that, the research is to obtain the pressure, time and temperature to reach the optimum welding parameter for the electronics components. The design procedure starts from planning, development and validation. The device has been built and tested. The result of the device was effective for welding the electronics components with 0.20 MPa pressure, 10 seconds of welding time and 240°C of welding temperature
Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Jumlah Nasabah Simpan Pinjam Di KSP Hardana
In this study, we will explore the diverse strategies employed by the Hardana Cooperative. Our primary aim is to uncover various internal and external factors influencing the Cooperative. By gaining a deeper understanding of these elements, we hope to develop a marketing strategy that is both relevant and aligned with the Cooperative's objectives. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a variety of data collection techniques, including interviews with the Supervisor of the Hardana Cooperative, field observations, and analysis of relevant documentation. The collected data will be analyzed using the SWOT method. We anticipate that the findings from this study will yield a range of effective marketing strategies for the Hardana Cooperative. Through a comprehensive analysis of the business environment, we aim to identify opportunities that will allow the Cooperative to expand and enhance its operations
