Use of crushing residue as nutrients source in the cocoa seedlings development in Medicilândia – PA
The use of milled rocks has been postulated as an efficient way to provide nutrients to the plants. The objective of this work was to evaluate the cocoa seedlings agronomic performance in different Diabase Penatecaua powder treatments. The study comprehends the following phases: i) involved waste characterization, ii) treatments definition and sampling; iii) monitoring and evaluation; iv) systematization and results discussion. The experiment was realized with cocoa seedlings germinated in commercial organic substrate in the period from July to September 2019. The used rock dust was extracted at Km 85, Transamazônica highway, Medicilândia municipality – Pa. The extraction area lithology is formed by igneous rocks of Diabase Penatecaua. The experimental delineation was entirely randomized, with four repetitions per treatment, being them respectively in the dosages 0, 25, 50 and 75 (g / plant), being 16 plants per block, totaling 64 plants, and their irrigation done manually in the first hours of the day. Therefore, the results showed that the dosages were absorbed by the cocoa seedlings according to the plant's need allied to pH balance, which was caused by good nutritional cycling with the organic matter high rate present in the commercial substrate when in contact with the Diabase Penatecaua powder worked granulometry. However, the experiment time wasn’t enough to obtain statistically a significant difference. Thus, it is necessary that new studies be done aiming the temporal deepening of the studied doses for the culture
Cognitive Impairment Among Collegiate African American Student-Athletes Who Have One Or More Concussions
The purpose of this research was to examine concussion induced cognitive impairment among collegiate athletes for a long term. This study attempted to determine if there was a significant decrease in cognitive function in student-athletes with a history of concussion after one year of concussion. Totally 46 student athletes who were qualified was included in this study. Of all the 46 student athletes, 14 are females, and 32 males from the following sports: Women’s Basketball (n=3), Men’s Basketball (n=2), Football (n=30), Softball (n=7), Women’s Tennis (n=2), and Women’s Volleyball (n=2) (Table 1). The age range was18-23 years old. Seven of them had two or more concussions Results of this study showed that while all the scores of the ImPACT test improved after one year of concussion for the student-athletes with one or more concussions, there was significant improvement only in the processing speed. For the student-athletes with two or more concussions, the processing speed score after one year of concussions was a little lower even than the score after initial concussion, but it is not statistically significant.

The EMERGENCE OF QUILOMBOLAS MOVEMENT OF MARANHÃO (MOQUIBOM): notes on identity, territory, and memory
This article aims to analyze the context of emergency of the Quilombolas Movement of Maranhão (Movimento Quilombola Maranhense - MOQUIBOM), in the middle of 2010, the politicization of identities, the processes of triggering the memory sustained on ancestrality, and territorial reconfigurations, which were provoked on quilombolas communities of Baixada Maranhense due to its geographical formation. This research is an investigation of qualitative approach with descriptive and exploratory goals made through bibliographic and documental studies. The theoretical contributions of Hall (2006), Halbwachs (1990), Raffestin (1993), Santos (1999), Sousa (2016), Araújo (2012), among others, allowed us to infer that the political fronts of MOQUIBOM act on the resignification of their identities, starting with the mobilization of their ancestrality with the intent of politicize their daily experiences, the construction of dignified conditions for social propagation, and the defense of their territories through the tensioning of the State for the assurance of public policies

To describe the Integrated Governance and Management Index (iGG) used by the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU) by discussing the relevance of its applicability for improving the quality of public management in Brazil. The reports issued by the governance evaluations conducted by the TCU from 2007 to 2019 were examined. The analyses showed that the process of constitution of the current iGG proceeded to the creation of different evaluation indices that were later gathered to constitute and configure the current iGG. The results showed that iGG has significantly contributed to improving the quality of public management in Brazil in view of the growth of the index values pointed out in its reports. Finally, the study suggests the iGG process can be considered a technological innovation, based on the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) concept.
Digital Testing During the Pandemic Crisis : University Students’ Opinions on Computer-based Tests
In 2020, the pandemic crisis caused by covid-19 led to some changes in global education. Consequently, primary and secondary schools as well as universities introduced distance learning in many countries all over the world. This situation mostly required, among other things, a new way of testing learners’ knowledge and skills. The objectives of this paper are to reveal university students’ opinions on computer-based tests in comparison with paper-and-pencil tests and to map their requirements concerning digital testing of English as a foreign language. The research sample includes 284 students of the Faculty of Business and Management, Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic. These students experienced online testing at home during the summer semester of 2019/20 as well as paper tests at school in the previous winter semester of the same academic year. Thereafter, they were asked to complete an anonymous online questionnaire. The results have shown that the learners were mostly satisfied with the introduction of online testing at home. However, if the electronic tests took place at school, not all of them would prefer this way of testing. Regarding tasks in digital tests, the learners gave priority to assignments based on multiple choice. Moreover, the respondents expressed their views on electronic devices and testing speaking skills on online platforms
Mental health and workers in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic: an international literature Survey
In March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared that Covid-19 reached a pandemic level. In this regard, quarantine measures were applied by governmental organizations. Such measures had a negative impact on the mental health of the whole population, and thus, of the workers. This study aims to survey the international literature on aspects of mental health in workers in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, available in the Scopus database. The methodology used is classified as exploratory, descriptive, and quantitative with a bibliometric approach. After searching and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 217 documents were retrieved. For analysis, 7 thematic axes were organized, pointing out the main findings of each topic. As results, it was found that there is an important academic production on mental health aspects of health professionals, and less investigations with workers from other contexts. Still, it was identified that Brazilian researchers have played an important role in the production of this knowledge. It is concluded that the entire scientific community is engaged, especially in the health field, to conduct investigations addressing aspects of mental health and workers in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic

Discussion about tourist events and other forms of socialization that take place in the Historic Center of São Luís – located in the State of Maranhão, in Brazil – which, in turn, give rise to collective tourist experiences linked to Historical Heritage. The aim of our work is to highlight the role of these events in the composition of collective heritage interactions, enhancing the general notion about the importance of preserving historic spaces and monuments. It addresses concepts of themes such as experience, heritage, and tourism, with an emphasis on the narrative of collective experiences. With a descriptive and analytical focus, it uses bibliographic material from authors who address the issues pertinent to the study and also analyzes the data collected through field research made with residents who participated in tourist events and socializations in the Historic Center of São Luís. These gregarious interactions are believed to promote the materialization of a collective feeling of belonging with the heritage
8958 1 Dimensions for the Non-Financial Indicators Metric for Production Chains
There's an apparent gap as in understanding how organizations measure performance. This gap is due to the nature and complexityof the Business Structure and the extent of the owner-managers who are willing to participate in the research process. Throughout the same argument, organizations within each link of the production chains do not have the understanding oftheir performance and how they should bemeasured. In order to investigate and ter a better understanding of the performance of the links this research aims to contribute to the definition of the dimmenseitieséthat are necessary to make up the mis trica of non-financial indicators for the measurementçãof the sustainability of the main andauxiliary production chains. Qualitative andin-depth convergent interview techniques are adopted with 5 managers of organizations of the vitiviní cola chainandwho work at the internationallevel. After collecting and analyzing the content of the metric, we seek to continue the studies by defining the variables that will compose each dimension. It was found that the metric should be composed of the following dimensions: environmental, social, economic, cooperation and trust

It was noted that the study applied in this work provided a basis for implementing a Costing System for fleet management of a Brazilian public university, respecting the guidelines of Normative Instruction No. 3, of May 15, 2008, which deals with the use and accountability, even fully complied with the requirements of the regulations regarding the Performance Control and Maintenance Maps of the Official Vehicle in an individualized manner, providing information on operational costing of the fleet sufficient for the decisions of the managers of the Public Institution
Pregnant teenagers treated at the obstetric center of a university hospital
According to the definition of the World Health Organization, adolescence is the phase of life between 10 and 19 years of age, a period marked by physiological and biopsychosocial changes, in which pregnancy is considered a risk factor for both mother and fetus from the biomedical point of view. Several factors have been associated with teenage pregnancy with negative maternal and neonatal impacts, such as: social vulnerability, low levels of education, income, and sexual education. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, which aimed to identify obstetric factors and neonatal outcomes of greater frequency among pregnant adolescents treated at the obstetric center of a university hospital. Data collection was performed through a logbook of daily procedures at the obstetric center, so that all parturients under 19 years of age treated in 2018 were included in the study. The variables studied were age, parity, type of delivery, gestational age, diagnosis of syphilis and HIV, number of prenatal consultations, and insertion of an intrauterine device (IUD). As for the newborn, the following were analyzed: weight and hospital destination after birth. The data were processed using the SOFA.5.2 software (Statistics Open for All) and the significance level established was 95%, with a value of (P ≤ 0.05). Three thousand four hundred and thirty pregnant women were evaluated. There was a birth rate of 19.3% among adolescents, with a correlation between the low weight of the newborn with the longest hospital stay and the number of prenatal visits, and also the identification of low insertion of contraceptive methods immediately after delivery. Adolescent pregnancy was correlated with low-birth-weight newborns and a longer stay in neonatal units, consequences often associated with the insufficient number of prenatal consultations. Public health policies for the inclusion of qualified nursing professionals in the management of insertion of the intrauterine device for the prevention of subsequent pregnancies deserve special attention
