PENERAPAN SMART GOVERNANCE DALAM PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI M-PASPOR DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Smart Governance in the use of the M-Passport application in the work area of the Immigration Office Class I Palembang City. The research method used is a qualitative method using a case study approach using various data collection procedures carried out in depth on an object, individual, group, etc. The results of this research and discussion use the theory of Gartner which has four indicators, namely Web presence (web presence). The results of this research and discussion use the theory of Gartner which has four indicators, namely Web presence (web presence) from the ease of accessing the M-Passport application can be said to be quite good, this is because there are still many negative responses from the public regarding the M-Passport application system, Interaction (interaction) at this stage is good because there are features that support getting information and there is also ease of sending and downloading application files, Transaction at this stage has gone very well, Transformation at this stage can be said to be good because there are many service innovations made by the Immigration Office Class 1 Palembang City as a tangible manifestation of commitment in making it easier for the communityBased on the results of research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that it is good and is at the Transaction stage because the application can be used to transact both for the community and service providers.

IMPLEMENTASI PELAYANAN DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN OLEH TIM KECAMATAN TANJUNG BINTANG
The problem in this study is that people in Tanjung Bintang District take approximately 2 hours to take care of population documents such as ID cards, family cards, birth certificates, and others. The mileage experienced by the community when handling documents is very difficult, time-consuming, and inefficient. This is a problem for today\u27s society. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research, which is an analysis based on data obtained through interviews with informants, observation, and documentation. The results of the study, namely the Quality of Service of the Population and Civil Registration Office of South Lampung Regency by the Tanjung Bintang District Team, measured by five dimensions from Zeithhanl, Parasurama, and Berry, namely physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsibility, assurance, and empathy (emphaty), are good enough, but there are still shortcomings. The existence of the Tanjung Bintang District Team is very helpful for the village community in terms of taking care of population documents that no longer need to go far to Disdukcapil Kalianda, so that it is more effective and efficient. In addition, findings regarding inhibiting factors in service by the Tanjung Bintang District Team are: limited space, officers who have never been given training in public services, lack of human resources, tools that depend on each other, and internet network disruption.

Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Menggunakan Metode Statistical Process Control (SPC) Pada Part Lever Comp Throttle Di PT.OMI
PT. OMI is a company that operates in the automotive industry in the Karawang area, the goods it produces are very varied and have quite a lot of customers. To increase customer trust, customer satisfaction is the most important thing, with the aim of knowing the process and quality results of a product by using a p-control chart and knowing the various types of defects that occur in the product. The research uses data collection methods in the form of production data as well as product defect data produced and data processing using p control charts and Minitab software to analyze the causes of types of defects and provide suggestions for companies. The results of production quality control in 2022 samples were obtained CL (Middle limit) is 0.0077%, LCL (Lower limit) is 0.0074% and UCL (Upper limit) is 0.0080%. From the analysis, there are 3 types of defects, namely color defects at 48%, chip defects at 40%, and finally burry defects at 12%. Problems occur due to several causes such as human factors, machines, methods, and materials. To solve these problems, a fishbone diagram was created. Product control at PT OMI is under controlled conditions.

PENGGUNAAN TEPUNG MAGGOT BSF (Hermetia illucens) DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP PERFORMA PERTUMBUHAN AYAM PETELUR JANTAN : The Use of BSF Maggot Meal (Hermetia Illucens) in Rations on the Growth Performance of Male Laying Hens
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengunaan tepung maggot BSF (Hermetia illucens) dalam ransum terhadap performa pertumbuhan ayam petelur jantan. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 4 perlakuan dengan 5 ulangan dan setiap ulangan menggunakkan 8 ekor ayam petelur jantan strain Lohmann Brown. Faktor pembeda antar perlakuan adalah level penggunaan tepung maggot dalam ransum, yaitu: 0% (P0), 4% (P1), 8% (P2), dan 12% (P3). Variabel pengamatan yaitu konsumsi ransum, bobot badan, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tepung maggot berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap performa pertumbuhan ayam petelur jantan. Konsumsi ransum, bobot badan dan pertambahan bobot badan P0 dan P1 nyata lebih tinggi dibandingkan P2 dan P3, sedangkan konversi ransum P0, P1, dan P2 lebih rendah dibandingkan P3. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tepung maggot dapat digunakan sampai level 4% tanpa menurunkan konsumsi ransum, bobot badan dan pertambahan bobot badan, sedangkan efisiensi ransum menurun pada level 12%.

SUPLEMENTASI SAKURA BLOCK PLUS PADA RANSUM KOMPLIT BERBASIS LIMBAH SAWIT TERHADAP ASAM LEMAK BERCABANG: Supplementation of Sakura Block Plus in Complete Rations of Palm Waste on Branched Fatty Acids
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan level sakura block plus sebagai pakan suplemen pada ransum berbasis limbah sawit dalam mengoptimalkan konsentrasi total branched fatty acid, isobutirat, isovalerat dan valerat pada cairan rumen. Sakura block plus merupakan pakan suplemen hasil modifikasi sakura block dengan menggunakan 6% cacing tanah dan bungkil sawit sebagai pengganti jagung. komposisi ransum berbasis limbah sawit terdiri atas : P0 (ransum berbasis limbah sawit+10% sakura block), P1(ransum berbasis limbah sawit+6% sakura block plus), P2 (ransum berbasis limbah sawit+8% sakura block plus), P3 (ransum berbasis limbah sawit+10% sakura block plus), P4 (ransum berbasis limbah sawit+12% sakura block plus) dan P5 (ransum berbasis limbah sawit+14% sakura block plus). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan suplementasi sakura block plus pada ransum berbasis limbah sawit nyata meningkatkan konsentrasi total branced fatty acid dan isovalerate. Konsentrasi total branched fatty acid dan isovalerat tertinggi dihasilkan pada suplementasi 14% sakura block plus ransum berbasis limbah sawit. Kesimpulan, semakin tinggi suplementasi sakura block plus pada ransum berbasis limbah sawit akan diikuti semakin tinggi juga konsentrasi total branched fatty acid dan isovalerat pada cairan rumen.

Membangun Keunggulan Kompetitif: Penerapan OEE dan Six Big Losses untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Mesin I-12 di PT. BI
BI is a company that operates in the plastic packaging manufacturing industry. The main problem faced by PT. BI lies in the productivity and efficiency of the I-12 machine. The operational disruptions that occurred were a large number of breakdowns and less than optimal production levels so this machine did not reach the desired maximum capacity. The impact of these conditions can be detrimental to the company with the potential to reduce machine productivity and efficiency, as well as the possibility of incurring high costs. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the I-12 engine by applying the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. According to the calculated data, the average Overall Equipment Effectiveness value from January to June 2022 is 81.32%, which means it does not meet the standards set by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance. Reduce speed losses on the I-12 engine have the largest percentage of the six big loss factors, namely 68.37%, which is the main cause of the decline in the effectiveness of the engine. Therefore, an in-depth analysis using a fishbone diagram is needed to find out the root cause of the problem.

Efektivitas Proses Produksi Melalui Pengendalian Kualitas pada Part End Plate dengan Metode Lean Six Sigma di PT. GCE
Competition in the business world is getting tougher, encouraging companies to improve and develop the quality of their production, the quality of the goods or services produced will affect the competition of a company. Making the production process more effective is something that companies must do to increase production results and can affect company costs. PT.GCE is a manufacturing company operating in the Sheet Metal sector and the production process takes place on a job order basis. In the production process, various deviations and obstacles often occur which result in products experiencing non-conformities, both in product form and processing time. The Six Sigma method is a business strategy that is considered capable of improving and maintaining a company\u27s operational excellence. The results of calculations carried out using the DMAIC method in the Part End Plate production process obtained data on 0.048 defects in the non-conforming product category and 0.084 defects in untidy products, so it can be concluded that defects in Part End Plate products are below 3.4 defects out of a million opportunities. From the calculation results, it was found that the factors causing defects in the Part End Plate production process could be caused by several factors experienced, including machine and labor factors. It is necessary to propose improvements that can be made in an effort to reduce the level of product defects in Part End Plate products so that defects no longer occur in the product.

Implementasi Metode Single Minute Exchange of Dies Untuk Optimasi Setting Time Mesin Flexo B1 Grup C Pada Carton Box Departement PT. A
PT. A is a company engaged in the production and sale of paper, cardboard boxes, and other similar products in Indonesia. The products it offers include paper, tissue, packaging, and other products. The Carton Box Department, from the results of observations made, the average actual setting time on the Flexo B1 Group C machine is 47 minutes/order, this is one of the weaknesses that causes a 32-minute gap from the target set by the company which is 15 minutes/order. The research objectives are to analyze, improve, and obtain improved setting time results on the Flexo B1 Group C machine and the production process time carried out. The SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) method is one approach that can be pursued in improving setting time. The influence of the SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) method in optimizing the setting time of the Flexo B1 Group C machine results in a decrease in setting time with a setup duration of 49.11 minutes, normal time of 59 minutes, and standard time 66 minutes to a setup duration 25.36 minutes, normal time 27 minutes and standard time 34 minutes and the percentage obtained is 51.8%.

Pengaruh Employee Engagement dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Dosen serta Penggunaan Metode ADDIE untuk Rekomendasi Perbaikan
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on the performance produced by lecturers of the Sumatra Institute of Technology (ITERA) and provide program recommendations to overcome performance problems that occur. The population in this study was all ITERA lecturers with a total of 574 lecturers and samples were obtained with the Slovin formula which resulted in 85 ITERA lecturers. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and then the results were analyzed by: validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, determination coefficient tests, hypothesis tests, and multiple linear regression tests using SPSS. The method used to determine improvement recommendations is the ADDIE method. The results showed that employee engagement and job satisfaction have an influence on the performance of ITERA lecturers. Based on these results, the proposed program recommendations include the provision of benefits, socialization of IKU, and the SISTER application and training and certification designed with the ADDIE method which is expected to overcome performance problems that occur.

Penerapan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam Menganalisis Persediaan Bahan Baku Agregat Halus Produksi Buis Beton Di UD. KI
UD. KI is an industry that produces Buis Benton type precast concrete. The materials that make up concrete blocks are cement, water, and coarse and fine aggregates. The supply of coarse aggregate is obtained from Gunung Sugih river sand, where availability is greatly influenced by flood conditions during the rainy season where there is a slight shortage which causes an increase in order prices. If the company wants to take steps to secure stock of sand raw materials to anticipate increases in order costs and ensure production continuity, this will disrupt the balance of production capital costs and the availability of storage space. Therefore, it is necessary to measure raw material inventories so that companies can take safety measures to anticipate increases in order costs and ensure production continuity. Analysis of the supply of coarse aggregate raw materials in concrete buis production at UD. KI uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. By implementing the EOQ method, ordering value can be saved by 214.04 tonnes in 2021 and 173.28 tonnes in 2022, and there has been a significant reduction in the order frequency level from 12 times to 2 times per year, with a safety stock of 61.74 tons.
