PENGARUH METODE EKSTRAKSI DAN PELARUT TERHADAP KANDUNGAN METABOLIT SEKUNDER DAN AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN EKSTRAK DAUN INSULIN (Smallanthus sonchifolius): SOLVENTS EFFECT AND EXTRACTION METHODS ON SECONDARY METABOLITE CONTENT AND ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF INSULIN LEAF EXTRACT (Smallanthus sonchifolius)
Insulin leaves (Smallanthus sonchifolius) are reported to have strong antioxidant activity. This activity comes from the content of secondary metabolite compounds such as phenolics, flavonoids, tannins, as well as anthocyanin and betacyanin pigments. To obtain the phytochemical content of a plant, an extraction process is carried out. The extraction method and solvent are factors that influence the amount of phytochemical content in the extract. There has been no research analyzing effective methods and solvents for extracting insulin leaves to obtain the highest antioxidant effect. This research was conducted to determine the effect of extraction methods and solvents on the antioxidant activity of insulin leaf extract. Maceration and digestion methods with distilled water, 50% ethanol and 96% ethanol were used in the extraction of insulin leaf simplicia in this study. Samples obtained were Aquadest Macerated Extract (EMA), 50% Ethanol Macerated Extract (EME50), 96% Ethanol Macerated Extract (EME96), Aquadest Digested Extract (EDA), 50% Ethanol Digested Extract (EDE50), and 96% Ethanol Digested Extract (EDE96). Testing the antioxidant activity of each sample used the DPPH method by calculating the IC50 value and using Quercetin as a positive control. Data analysis was carried out using one way anova analysis. The results show that the choice of solvent and extraction method influences the antioxidant activity of the extract. The IC50 values for each extract from low to high are: EDA, EDE50, EMA, EDE96, EME50, and EME96, with values: 20.06ppm; 22.44ppm; 23.77ppm; 23.84ppm; 24.55ppm; and 27.71ppm. It can be concluded that the method and solvent to obtain the best antioxidant activity from insulin leaves (Smallanthus sonchifolius) is extraction using the digestion method with distilled water as a solvent (p<0,05).

Daun Insulin (Smallanthus sonchifolius) dilaporkan memiliki aktivitas antioksidan kuat. Aktivitas tersebut berasal dari kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder seperti fenolik, flavonoid, tannin, serta pigmen antosianin dan betasianin. Untuk memperoleh sari kandungan fitokimia pada suatu tanaman, dilakukan proses ekstraksi. Metode dan pelarut ekstraksi menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah kandungan fitokimia pada ekstrak. Belum terdapat penelitian yang menganalisis metode serta pelarut yang efektif untuk ekstraksi daun insulin untuk mendapatkan efek antioksidan tertinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode dan pelarut ekstraksi terhadap aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak daun insulin. Metode maserasi dan digesti dengan pelarut aquadest, etanol 50%, dan etanol 96% digunakan dalam ekstraksi simplisia daun insulin pada penelitian ini. Didapatkan sampel Ekstrak Maserasi Aquadest (EMA), Ekstrak Maserasi Etanol 50% (EME50), Ekstrak Maserasi Etanol 96% (EME96), Ekstrak Digesti Aquadest (EDA), Ekstrak Digesti Etanol 50% (EDE50), dan Ekstrak Digesti Etanol 96% (EDE96). Pengujian aktivitas antioksidan masing-masing sampel menggunakan metode DPPH dengan menghitung nilai IC50 dan menggunakan Kuersetin sebagai kontrol positif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis one way anova. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pemilihan pelarut dan metode ekstraksi mempengaruhi aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak. Nilai IC50 masing-masing ekstrak dari rendah ke tinggi yaitu: EDA, EDE50, EMA, EDE96, EME50, dan EME96, dengan nilai: 20,06ppm; 22,44ppm; 23,77ppm; 23,84ppm; 24,55ppm; dan 27,71ppm. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode dan pelarut untuk mendapatkan aktivitas antioksidan terbaik dari daun insulin (Smallanthus sonchifolius) yaitu ekstraksi menggunakan metode digesti dengan pelarut aquadest
Strategi Optimalisasi Administrasi Ekspor Impor dalam Mendukung Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Regional Provinsi Lampung
Import-export administration plays an important role in supporting smooth international trade, which in turn contributes to regional economic growth. This study aims to analyze the optimization strategy of import-export administration in Lampung Province as one of the strategic regions in Indonesia\u27s international trade. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with secondary data analysis from relevant agencies, including the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Office of Industry and Trade, and Bandar Lampung Customs Office.
The results show that the main obstacles in import-export administration in Lampung Province include the complexity of bureaucratic procedures, limited infrastructure, and low utilization of digital technology by business actors. To overcome these obstacles, this study recommends optimization strategies that include: (1) digitizing the administration system through an integrated platform; (2) increasing the capacity of human resources through competency-based training; (3) simplifying regulations and harmonizing policies across sectors; and (4) strengthening supporting infrastructure, especially ports and logistics transportation.
The implementation of this strategy is expected to improve the efficiency and transparency of administrative processes, accelerate the flow of goods, and improve the competitiveness of import-export in Lampung Province. Thus, optimizing import-export administration not only supports regional economic growth, but also contributes to Indonesia\u27s position in international trade.

PENGEMBANGAN DAERAH WISATA PADA DESA BUDAYA KERTALANGU DESA ADAT KESIMAN KOTA DENPASAR
Regional tourism development is a government program that increases regional income. The tourism industry has an important role in the economic growth of the people. Kertalangu Cultural Village is a tourist spot that prioritizes environmental and cultural preservation This village was inaugurated in 2007 and designated as a cultural village based on the Decree of the Mayor of Denpasar No. 25 of 2008. This study aims to determine the obstacles that occur in the development of Kertalangu Village as a cultural village and the impacts arising from the existence of Kertalangu Cultural Village. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection through literature studies and documentation. The results of this study are first, related to obstacles in the development of Kertalangu Cultural Village there are two obstacles, namely less than optimal management management, this can be seen from the lack of promotion of existing activities and facilities, besides that it is necessary to maintain the environment to keep it clean. Another obstacle is the limited budget, this is due to the small income from cultural villages, which requires expensive maintenance costs. Second, related to the impact of the development of Kertalangu Cultural Village, there are three impacts: (1) economic impact, namely the impact on the surrounding community whose land is leased for development, that it also reduces unemployment of the surrounding community, (2) socio-cultural impact, the development of Kertalangu Cultural Village does not have an impact on the social life of the surrounding community, but has an impact on community culture because Kertalangu Cultural Village holds events certain and carry out art performances, (3) environmental impacts, the development of Kertalangu Cultural Village does not have a negative impact on preserving the surrounding environment, even the community holds a reforestation program in Kertalangu Cultural Village.

Analisis Risiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di PT. Gamma Mandiri Teknik Menggunakan Metode FMEA
Work accidents always bring negative impact to the company, so need efforts to minimize the impact on the risks. Apart from causing injuries, work accidents also cause damage to materials, property, facilities and infrastructure. What must be the high light are work accidents that end in injury, so it is hoped that this can reduce the death rate. Identifying potential dangers and risks before and after an accident occurs is an action to prevent accidents. The aim of this research is to determine the potential Occupational health & Safety and risks that occur at the PT Gamma Mandiri Teknik Bina Karya Workshop, assess the greatest potential dangers and risks, and minimize them using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Method (FMEA). At PT Gamma Mandiri Teknik, there were found 6 cases of risk and 4 danger factors. With the FMEA method, the largest RPN value is 177.48 or 38.52 percent, which is the risk of burning for the risk of hands and feed burns to welding welding spatter.

Formula Optimal dalam Penentuan Aspek Penting pada Desain Alat Pemotong Ring AMDK Gelas Plastik Menggunakan Metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD)
Drinking water waste in plastic cups is increasing every year, which has an impact on environmental sustainability, so there is a need for equipment solutions for processing this waste. The aim of this research is a formulation to determine important aspects in the design of ring-cutting tools for plastic cup bottled drinking water. The method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) by considering user aspects through Voice of Customers (VoC) with 10 needs. This data is converted into 9 technical data which is analyzed with the House of Quality (HoQ). The results show priority improvements for the development of these tools, namely: manual cutting tool design (46,318), intuitive cutting tool design (45,227), adjustable tool holders and cutters (43,636), portable cutting tool design (33,591), components using standard parts (25,136 ), steel material (25,091), affordable tool manufacturing costs (20,455), non-corrosive material (17,955) and cylindrical and non-slip handle shape (12,273). This data is used as a basis for further research to design this tool.

POTENSI DAYA DUKUNG LIMBAH TANAMAN PANGAN DAN HIJAUAN SEBAGAI SUMBER PAKAN TERNAK RUMINANSIA DI KECAMATAN PANCA RIJANG DAN KECAMATAN KULO KABUPATEN SIDENRENG RAPPANG: The Potential Carrying Capacity of Forage and Crop Waste in The Pancarijang and Kulo Districts, Sidenreng Rappang Regency
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi daya dukung limbah tanaman pangan dan hijauan di Kecamatan Pancarijang dan Kulo, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang sebagai sumber pemetaan wilayah terhadap pengembangan peternakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu populasi ternak ruminansia dan luas panen tanaman pangan dan hijauan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produksi bahan kering limbah tanaman pangan dan hijauan di Kecamatan Pancarijang yaitu 21.661,77 ton bahan kering (BK) dan Kecamatan Kulo sebesar 28.837,86 ton BK. Produksi limbah tanaman pangan dan hijauan tertinggi berasal dari Desa Rijangpanua, Kecamatan Kulo yaitu sebesar 8964,48 ton BK. Daya dukung untuk pakan yang berasal dari limbah jerami padi, jagung dan hijauan yaitu sebanyak 19.001,56 satuan ternak (ST) di Kecamatan Pancarijang dan 25.296,37 ST di Kecamatan Kulo. Hasil analisis location quotient (LQ) di Kecamatan Pancarijang menunjukkan LQ >1 untuk jerami padi terdapat berada pada lima Desa yaitu Rappang, Lalebata, Macorawalie, Kadidi, dan Timureengpanua, sementara Desa tempat program DKS memiliki LQ <1 untuk jerami padi, namun mempunyai keunggulan LQ>1 berasal dari jerami jagung dan hijauan. Demikian nilai LQ >1 di Kecamatan Kulo untuk jerami padi terdapat empat Desa yaitu Kulo, Maddenra, Bina Baru dan Abbokongang, sedangkan Desa Mario dan Rijangpanua memiliki LQ<1. Namun, kedua Desa tersebut memiliki keunggulan yang sama dengan wilayah DKS di Kecamatan Pancarijang yaitu memiliki jerami jagung dan hijauan yang dapat mendukung ketersediaan limbah tanaman pangan berdasarkan bahan kering sebagai pakan ternak ruminansia.

Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Part Housing SUV Menggunakan Metode Statistical Process Control di PT. Y
In the increasingly advanced world of manufacturing industries, of course, companies need to innovate for tighter competition. The role of product quality will be very influential to get product results with good quality and in accordance with standard operating procedures, must carry out quality control by paying attention to the level of product defects in order to approach zero defects. Therefore, this study aims to analyze quality control to reduce the occurrence of defective products and provide improvement proposals. The method used is Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze product defects with the total production of SUV Housing Parts as many as 34740 units. 4 types of defects were produced, namely Coak Blank 40 units, Overlap 37 units, Ngecap Scrap 13 units, and Flatness NG 11 units. The factors causing this type of disability are human factors, machines, materials, environment, and methods. Thus, the improvement proposals given are providing regular training to operators, carrying out routine machine maintenance, using ear plugs while working, measuring material dimensions, and checking materials that will enter the machine. Based on the research conducted, this SPC method can help companies identify product defects and provide suggestions or solutions to problems that occur.

Analisis Penerapan Metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dalam Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Bahan Baku pada PT. BSM
PT. BSM, is a company that operates in the manufacturing sector by producing Mechanical Seals and is also a distributor of the Nippon Pillar Japan brand. Production planning and control is necessary to ensure that all processes function smoothly and production efficiency and effectiveness are achieved. PT.BSM\u27s production system implements Make To Order (MTO), in which production activities are carried out when the customer places an order. This process will take place from raw materials, and semi-finished goods to finished products. This will pose a risk to the production process if the raw materials to be produced are not yet available. So it is necessary to have an analysis of planning and inventory control to expedite the production process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to plan and control raw materials in accordance with requests from customers in the future using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method with the Lot For Lot (LFL) technique, after calculating the MRP with The Lot For Lot (LFL) technique obtained the planning results for mechanical seal raw material requirements for 2023 every month. Based on MRP calculations using the Lot For Lot technique, mechanical seal raw materials can be planned and controlled for the next 12 periods.

Analisis Beban Kerja Mental saat Mengoperasikan Smartphone dengan Memperhatikan Postur Tubuh: Pendekatan Menggunakan Metode NASA-TLX
Work physiology is the study of understanding how the human body adapts and functions in the work environment. Occupational physiology involves the study of the body\u27s physiological responses to work-related demands and stress. This understanding is necessary to protect workers\u27 health and welfare, as well as increase work productivity and efficiency. This research aims to analyze physiological workload by focusing on measuring mental workload, using the NASA-TLX method. Research activities were carried out on 12 students from the Department of Industrial Engineering, Universitas Mataram. Students were divided into 3 groups according to their assigned work posture, namely standing (Group A), sitting (Group B), and lying down (Group C). The results showed that the order of subjects with the highest mental workload was subject 1A (78.97%) with a standing posture, 2B (77.33%) with a sitting posture, and 4A (73.57%) with a standing posture. Based on these results, the final conclusion that can be drawn is that the mental workload in standing and sitting postures is what is most felt by the subject when operating the smartphone. These results conclude that different postures when operating a smartphone can affect the user\u27s mental workload

Perancangan Tata Letak Gudang Penyimpanan Material pada Perusahaan Air Minum dengan Menggunakan Metode Class Based Storage
PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang is a regional company engaged in the supply of clean water, especially in the Palembang area. The company still has not implemented the warehousing method properly. This is indicated by the presence of material with the highest frequency of picking placed far from the entrance and exit of the warehouse, the occurrence of long queues when picking up material for a unit in the warehouse, the aisle is used as the placement of goods, the labeling of materials is uneven, and placing goods in the area empty without regard to entry and exit. For this reason, it is necessary to improve the layout of the warehouse using the ABC Class-Based Storage method. The use of this method is based on the ease of managing the movement of goods in/out based on the frequency of movement of goods. Based on the results of data processing carried out, the grouping of materials using ABC analysis was obtained, namely Class A (HDPE Pipe, Sealtape, Elbow PE, Ferulle, Knee GS, and PVC Glue), Class B (Foucet Elbow and Knee PVC) and Class C (PVC Pipe, Clam Saddle, Box Meter, GS Pipe, and PVC Headlight). The Material Handling costs incurred in the proposed layout amounted to IDR 45,910687 (61.64% savings) which reduced the total distance by 66.30%.
