PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN BOVINE SERUM ALBUMIN (BSA) DAN FRUKTOSA DALAM PENGENCER SITRAT-KUNING TELUR TERHADAP KUALITAS SEMEN CAIR BABI LANDRACE: Effect of Addition of Bovine Serum Albumin and Fructose in Citrate-Egg Yolk Diluent on the Quality of Liquid Semen in Landrace Boars
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penambahan bovine serum albumin dan fruktosa dalam pengencer sitrar-kuning telur terhadap kualitas semen cair babi Landrace. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah semen segar dari babi jantan yang telah dewasa kelamin 2,5 tahun dan ternak dalam keadaan sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut terdiri atas P0= S-KT, P1= S-KT + BSA 0,1% + FRUC 1,0%, P2= S-KT + BSA 0,2% + FRUC 1,0%, P3= S-KT + BSA 0,1% + FRUC 1,5%, P4= S-KT + BSA 0,2 + FRUC 1,5%. Variabel penelitian meliputi motilitas, viabilitas, abnormalitas, dan daya tahan hidup spermatozoa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa P2 menghasilkan kualitas spermatozoa yang lebih tinggi secara statistic (P>0,05%) dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya dengan motilitas: 40,00±0,00%, viabilitas 45,10± 0,55%, abnormalitas 9,80 ±0,45%, dan daya tahan hidup spermatozoa 60,00± 0,00%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini penambahan BSA 0,2% dan fruktosa 0,1% dalam pengencer sitrat-kuning telur memberikan respon baik dan cukup efektif dalam mempertahankan kualitas spermatozoa babi Landrace hingga 60 jam penyimpanan.

REVIEW: EVALUASI PEMANFAATAN KULIT PISANG PADA PAKAN UNGGAS TERHADAP PERFORMA: Review: Evaluation of the Use of Banana Peel in Poultry Feed on Performance
Kulit pisang merupakan limbah melimpah yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, meskipun masih mengandung nutrisi yang berpotensi digunakan sebagai bahan pakan unggas. Namun, kulit pisang tidak dapat diberikan secara langsung karena memiliki faktor penghambat kecernaan yang tinggi dan kadar protein yang rendah. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan teknologi pengolahan, baik fisik, kimia, maupun biologis, untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya sebagai pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai potensi kulit pisang sebagai bahan pakan unggas dan memberikan referensi pemanfaatannya. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa kulit pisang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pakan, baik dalam bentuk tepung maupun tepung fermentasi, tetapi penggunaannya menjadi tidak optimal pada level tinggi. Peningkatan level penambahan tepung kulit pisang maupun tepung kulit pisang fermentasi cenderung menurunkan konsumsi ransum dan pertambahan bobot badan unggas. Konversi ransum terbaik pada ayam broiler dan ayam kampung ditemukan pada penambahan 5% tepung kulit pisang fermentasi, masing-masing sebesar 1,72 ± 0,15 dan 3,65. Pada ayam petelur, konversi ransum optimal dicapai pada level 15% tepung kulit pisang (1,98 ± 0,2). Bobot badan ayam broiler meningkat hingga 1729,84 g pada level 7,5% tepung kulit pisang fermentasi, sedangkan bobot badan itik mencapai 1076,09 g dengan penambahan 7% tepung kulit pisang. Pada ayam petelur, level 8% dapat menghasilkan produksi telur hingga 94,01 ± 1,42%. Secara keseluruhan, kulit pisang dapat digunakan dalam pakan unggas hingga level maksimal 15%. Meski demikian, diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk menentukan metode pengolahan terbaik, level penggunaan yang aman dan efisien, serta pengaruh jangka panjang terhadap performa unggas.

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN SAGA (Abrus precatorius L.) PADA AIR MINUM TERHADAP JUMLAH CACING DALAM FESES AYAM PEDAGING: The Influence of Giving Ethanol Extract of Saga Leaves (Abrus precatorius L.) in Drinking Water on the Number of Worms in Broiler Chicken Feces
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak etanol daun saga (Abrus precatorius L.) dalam air minum terhadap jumlah cacing dalam feses ayam broiler. Cacingan saluran pencernaan merupakan salah satu penyebab utama menurunnya performa pertumbuhan ayam. Tanaman saga diketahui mengandung senyawa aktif seperti alkaloid, flavonoid, dan saponin yang berkhasiat sebagai anthelmintik. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 ekor ayam broiler umur 0-30 hari yang dibagi secara acak ke dalam 4 kelompok perlakuan, yaitu P0 (kontrol, tanpa ekstrak), P1 ekstrak 0,5% (280 ± 15,8 butir/g), P2 ekstrak 1% (150 ± 7,9 butir/g), dan P3 ekstrak 1,5% (60 ± 7,9 butir/g). Ekstrak diberikan selama 30 hari berturut-turut melalui air minum. Sampel feses diambil pada hari ke-29 dan dianalisis menggunakan metode McMaster untuk menghitung jumlah telur cacing per gram feses (EPG). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok perlakuan P1, P2 dan P3 mengalami penurunan jumlah EPG yang signifikan (p<0,01) dibandingkan kontrol, dengan efektivitas tertinggi pada dosis 1,5% (60 ± 7,9 butir/g). Disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun saga berpotensi sebagai agen anthelmintik alami pada ayam broiler.

Analisis K3 Operator Slitter Machine dengan Pendekatan Job Safety Analysis di PT ABC
Occupational health and safety (OHS) is a critical aspect of industrial production processes, particularly at PT. ABC, which operates high-risk machinery such as the slitter machine. This machine plays an essential role in the process of cutting cardboard, but its use poses significant risks of workplace accidents. This study aims to analyze the occupational health and safety controls for slitter machine operators at PT. ABC using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. The slitter machine is crucial in the cardboard production process but carries a high risk of accidents. This study identifies potential hazards, evaluates risks, and recommends control measures to minimize the risk of accidents. The results show that there are various levels of risk, from low to high, involving serious injuries such as bone fractures and amputations. Suggested improvements include the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and support tools like handlifts to enhance workplace safety. The implementation of JSA is expected to reduce workplace accident risks and improve the company\u27s operational efficiency.

Analisis Kelayakan Investasi Alat Bantu Peras Kedelai di UMKM Susu Kedelai Kabupaten Bekasi
Bekasi Soy Milk UMKM Regency face obstacles in increasing production efficiency due to the limitations of manual soybean squeezing tools that are less than optimal. These limitations cause low production capacity and increased labor costs, so that investment in more effective soybean role Assistive tools are essential. This research seeks to evaluate the viability of investing in a soybean squeezing device using the capital budgeting approach by analyzing (NPV), (IRR), and (PP). The analysis results indicate that this investment is viable, with an IRR value of 8.1%, which is greater than (MARR) of 7%. The computation was conducted over a five-year period. using Discounted Cash Flow rates of 7% and 10%. At a discount rate of 7%, a positive NPV value of IDR2,176,495.33 was obtained, while at a discount rate of 10%, a negative NPV value of IDR2,117,136.36 was obtained. In addition, the investment return period or Payback Period is within a reasonable range of 434 days, thus further strengthening the feasibility of using this tool. Thus, the use of soybean squeezing aids is recommended as a solution to increase production efficiency and support the termination of soy milk UMKM businesses.

BIOTEKNOLOGI DAN BIOREKAYASA: POTENSI BIOMATERIAL TELUR AYAM SEBAGAI SOLUSI OBAT MEDIS: BIOTECHNOLOGY AND BIOENGINEERING: THE POTENTIAL OF CHICKEN EGG BIOMATERIALS AS MEDICAL DRUG
This Literature Study aims to analyze various research results on biotechnology and bioengineering that focus on the potential of chicken egg biomaterials as medical solutions. This study uses descriptive qualitative research based on literature studies by reviewing scientific articles from 2020–2025 from the PubMed, Scopus, Sciencedirect, and Google Scholar databases. The results of the study show that chicken egg biomaterials have significant potential in tissue engineering, drug delivery, and degenerative disease therapy. Eggshells are rich in calcium carbonate and hydroxyapatite, which are relevant for hard tissue regeneration. The shell membrane contains collagen and glycosaminoglycans with anti-inflammatory and regenerative activities. Egg whites contain bioactive proteins such as ovalbumin and ovotransferrin, which play a role in wound healing and anticancer activity, while egg yolks are rich in lipids and immunoglobulin Y, which support drug delivery and immunological therapy. Overall, chicken egg biomaterials show high potential as a sustainable, biocompatible, and economical alternative to synthetic materials for the development of drug delivery systems and future biomedical therapies.

Sumber data terdiri atas artikel-artikel hasil penelitian yang dipublikasi melalui jurnal internasional maupun nasional. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telur sebagai biomaterial serbaguna berkat biokompatibilitas, biodegradabilitas, serta komposisi struktural dan biokimianya yang unik memberikan kontribusi pada bidang medis. Komponen utama meliputi cangkang telur (ES) terdiri dari CaCO3 berfungsi sebagai sumber alami yang kaya kalsium untuk rekayasa jaringan tulang dan pengobatan regeneratif, membran cangkang telur (ESM) kaya akan protein bioaktif yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang tinggi dan sifat antimikroba dan strukturalnya, menjanjikan sebagai perancah penyembuhan luka, putih telur (EW) yang dikenal karena kemampuan gelasi dan pembentukan filmnya, digunakan dalam sistem berbasis hidrogel untuk penghantaran obat dan biosensing. dan kuning telur (EY) yang kaya akan lipid dan antibodi imunoglobulin Y (IgY) untuk aplikasi diagnostik dan terapeutik, masing-masing memiliki struktur dan komposisi kimia yang berbeda. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendorong penggunaan biomaterial telur ayam sebagai solusi obat medis yang inovatif dan terjangkau.
EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN ANTIBIOTIK PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP DENGAN INFEKSI SALURAN PERNAPASAN AKUT DI SALAH SATU RUMAH SAKIT DI KOTA BANDUNG: EVALUATION OF ANTIBIOTIC USE IN HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS WITH ACUTE RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONSAT A PRIVATE HOSPITAL IN BANDUNG
Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi dengan angka kejadian dan kematian yang tinggi di Indonesia, terutama pada kelompok usia anak dan balita. Penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak tepat dalam terapi ISPA dapat menyebabkan resistensi bakteri, peningkatan biaya perawatan, dan menurunkan efektivitas pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pola penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien rawat inap dengan ISPA di salah satu rumah sakit di Kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif non-eksperimental dari data rekam medis pasien periode Januari–Maret 2025. Sebanyak 201 data pasien dianalisis berdasarkan karakteristik demografis, golongan dan jenis antibiotik, rute pemberian, serta diagnosis klinis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pasien laki-laki mendominasi (56,72%), dan kelompok usia balita (0–5 tahun) merupakan kelompok terbanyak (83,08%). Golongan antibiotik yang paling banyak digunakan adalah sefalosporin generasi ketiga (62,00%), terutama Cefotaxime (40,80%) dan Ceftriaxone (15,42%). Rute intravena digunakan pada 68,7% pasien dengan efektivitas terapi mencapai 100%. Diagnosis terbanyak adalah Bronkopneumonia (80,6%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan antibiotik di rumah sakit tersebut sudah sesuai dengan kondisi klinis pasien, meskipun diperlukan evaluasi berkala untuk mencegah resistensi antibiotik.Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) is one of the leading infectious diseases with high morbidity and mortality rates, particularly among children and toddlers. Inappropriate antibiotic use can trigger bacterial resistance, increased costs, and treatment failure. The periodic evaluation of antibiotic use patterns is a key element in the Antimicrobial Resistance Control Program (PPRA/Antimicrobial Stewardship). This descriptive non-experimental study aimed to evaluate the patterns and appropriateness of empirical antibiotic therapy among 201 hospitalized ARI patients using medical record data (January–March 2025) at a private hospital in Bandung. The results showed that male patients predominated (56.72%), with toddlers (0–5 years) being the largest age group (83.08%). The most frequent diagnosis was Bronchopneumonia (80.6%). The most commonly used antibiotic class for initial empirical therapy was third-generation cephalosporins (62.00%), primarily Cefotaxime (40.80%) and Ceftriaxone (15.42%). The intravenous route was used in 68.7% of patients. Therapeutic effectiveness, assessed based on clinical improvement and patient status upon discharge, reached 100%. The observed antibiotic use pattern indicates a standardization of empirical therapy consistent with the management of the primary diagnosis, Bronchopneumonia. These findings provide essential baseline data to support the optimization of antibiotic use in the hospital, aligning with the objectives of PPRA/AMS, to minimize the risk of resistance and enhance the quality of care.

Financial Technology dan Customer Relationship Management dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan
The rapid development of science and technology in today\u27s digital era has influenced human behavior patterns in accessing diverse information and various electronic service features. One technological development currently under study in Indonesia is Financial Technology (FinTech). The purpose of this study is to determine 1) the influence of fintech on Customer Relationship Management, 2) the influence of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Loyalty, and 3) the influence of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Loyalty. This research method is library research, which is conducted using literature in the form of research books, journals, and previous research findings. The results of the literature review concluded that fintech influences Customer Relationship Management, CRM influences Customer Loyalty, and fintech influences Customer Loyalty.

STRATEGI PERCEPATAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
This article examines strategies for accelerating economic growth in Bandar Lampung City using a descriptive qualitative approach based on the analysis of regional and national policy documents. The background of this study lies in the city’s 2023 economic growth performance, which reached only 4.99%, falling short of the target set by the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD). The study identifies several structural challenges, including fragmented programs among government agencies, weak inter-sectoral coordination, limited integration between planning and implementation, and minimal involvement of non-government stakeholders. To frame these challenges, three theoretical perspectives are applied: Romer’s endogenous growth theory emphasizes the role of innovation, knowledge, and investment in human capital; Porter’s competitive advantage theory highlights the importance of local industrial clusters in enhancing regional competitiveness; and collaborative governance theory by Ansell and Gash stresses the need for multi-actor engagement in public policy processes. Findings indicate that the city’s sectoral potential remains underutilized, and coordination mechanisms are still largely symbolic. The article recommends integrative strategies that include strengthening institutional synergy, revitalizing key local economic sectors, and developing participatory, data-driven collaborative platforms. These strategies are aligned with the broader national development framework as outlined in the 2020–2024 RPJMN and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and are expected to contribute to more inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable economic growth at the city level.

ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENCEGAHAN KONFLIK SOSIAL MELALUI BADAN KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK KOTA BANDUNG
Social conflict prevention is a crucial aspect in maintaining social stability and harmony. This study aims to analyze the implementation of social conflict prevention policies carried out by the Bandung City Agency for National Unity and Politics (Bakesbangpol), with a focus on the early warning function. Referring to Law No. 7 of 2012 on the Handling of Social Conflicts, which regulates the government’s obligation to conduct early detection, prevention, and post-conflict recovery, this study employs a qualitative method using George C. Edwards III’s (1980) policy implementation model. The results show that although Bakesbangpol has made various efforts in preventing social conflict, challenges remain, such as limited human resources and budget constraints. The study recommends several strategic steps to improve policy implementation, including the development of an integrated information system for conflict monitoring, the use of technology for early detection, and community-based empowerment involving local leaders and organizations. These measures are expected to create a safer and more harmonious environment in Bandung City and maintain social stability amidst complex societal dynamics.
