Smart Garbage Segregation System Using IoT
--In last 5 years Indian Prime Minister has put a loteffort on ‘Smart City’ and ‘Swacch Bharat Mission’ as per hisvision India should be considered as a clean nation in world by2nd October 2022 which is 150th birth anniversary of Father ofNation. A lot of work has done for public awareness to cleantheir surroundings and put the garbage into dustbins. We have also seen a problem that wet and dry garbage isthrown in same dustbin which is little bit harder to separateafterwards. So, we have tried to overcome this problem by usinga well-known concept in Computer Science called IOT. In thisSystem we will use a microcontroller based on Arduino platformwhich will control all the sensors. In this system we are usingUltrasonic Sensor, Humidity Sensor, GSM module, Servo Motor. The Humidity Sensor will measure the respective humidity inthe garbage if it is greater than specific value than the Arduinoboard will be programmed in such a way that it will trigger themotor which is fitted in wet portion of dustbin, it will open thedoor of wet portion otherwise the dry portion of dustbin will beopened. The ultrasonic sensor will measure that how muchgarbage is in the dustbin. If the dustbin will be filled more thanthreshold value then Arduino board will trigger GSM module tosend message that specific part is filled (wet or dry). Using thissystem we will be able to overcome the problem of separation ofdry and wet garbage

A Survey on Rough Set Theory and Their Extension For Data Mining
Nowadays the amount of data has been huge andto extract useful information is too difficult. By the frequentlyresearch of thirty years, a new mathematical or data miningtool, the rough set theory, evolve with vague, imprecise anduncertainty information by the researcher Pawlak. Rough settheory is well known for knowledge discovery and popular formaking the good decision with specific data. It is also dealingwith the approximation concept for providing the decision suchas acceptance and rejection. In this paper I summarized thebasic concept of rough set theory, different operation with littleexample and the extension of rough set theory. By usingextension, we can deal any proposed task in the field of Datamining
Integration of Waste Disposal and E-Commerce Effective waste management
Waste comes as a part and parcel of any activity wedo, whether we like it or not. Households, industries, factories, hotels all produce waste. Many of this waste ends up in landfillsor even just disposed away carelessly. What many people don’trealize is that what acts as waste for one party can serve as rawmaterial for other. And waste management is at the forefront tomake any city smart.Recognizing this issue, we aim to create a platform to integrate ecommerceand waste management by creating a website whichwould provide a platform for people to sell or buy waste

GekkoSays
The financial market in itself is highly dynamic innature and is affected by factors that are multifaceted. Humanbeings have the ability to monitor and assess several of thesefactors simultaneously. However, similar versatility is not easilyachieved by software. Our aim is to create a analysis system thatshowcases some of this desired versatility, with the help of severalalgorithms and techniques, that will help capture more than onefactors needed for efficient and thorough analysis of such acomplex market. Moreover, the precision and robustness requiredto analyze the mammoth amount of financial data available isbeyond human capacity. A combination of a holistic approachalong with an added layer of efficiency will create a system capableof much more than mere analysis of the facts. The key component of the financial market in India is the stockmarket. The stock market is represented by the securities, in theform of company shares, debt securities, etc, traded on the twoexchanges - BSE and NSE. Analysis of the prices and other factorsrelated to these securities gives a general idea of the economy of thecountry with respect to its financial status.Participants of this industry must adhere to certain rules laid downby the Securities Exchange Board of India(SEBI) and tradeaccording to the established guidelines. Additionally, trades are away of making profits and to do so, lot of research and analysis isrequired. This is done mainly by trained individuals, but in today’sage of automatization, we would want this process performed by acomputer software that will enable us to tap into unventuredavenues that could not have been explored before due to a lack ofhuman cognition. Machines, if developed properly, can achieve alevel of precision that open up new ways of analysis
Peltier based Ice Maker
The Portable Ice Maker system is based on Peltier module and its effect. The Peltier or thermoelectric cooler (TEC), can be used either for heating or for cooling application. As it works on principle of thermodynamics the module itself can be used as a generator or as a source of thermal dissipater of heat and cold. The system consist of two Peltiers (12V- 6A). The Peltier causing temperature difference at two different junction, the hot junction temperature is reduced by water cooling due to this the temperature at opposite cold junction drops drastically at lower degree’s to form ice cube’s. The container holding water to form ice at cold junction is built from pure aluminum to obtain maximum results. The key components of Portable Ice Maker is housed in an enclosed insulated cabinet to achieve maximum efficiency. The thermoelectric cooling of Peltier module features longevity with less maintenance due to its solid state design. The advantage of Peltier technology is that it is location independent, vibration free as well as its operation is noise less as compared to conventional compressor which contains harmful gases which are harmful to environment. The Ice Maker machine is a light weight, compact and rigid
Prediction and Analysis of Allergenic Epitopes of Tree-Nuts and its Cross-Reactivity
With a whopping 10-25% of the world’s population being affected by it, allergies have become one of the top 10 reasons for visit to primary care physicians. Among this, tree-nut allergies are one of the most common allergies causing food substances. In the contemporary times various computational tools have emerged in order to facilitate time and cost-effective study of food allergens. This does not only aid in fabrication of a cure but also in its prevention as by analyzing for cross-reactivity among different allergens, patients can be advised against a number of possible other food substances which are likely to trigger the same response by their immune system. In the present study, the tool being utilized is EpiPro1.0 which has been developed by the authors in order to carry out accurate and efficient epitope prediction of an allergenic sequence (FASTA format). The tool also utilizes a novel algorithm in order to find the consensus of the results obtained through a number of different web-servers. In the present study, 20 different allergenic sequences from 6 major allergy causing tree-nuts, namely Almonds, Black Walnut, Brazil Nut, Cashew Nut, English Walnut and Hazel Nut, have been analyzed and 326 possible allergy causing epitopes have been predicted. Since, patients suffering from one tree-nut allergy tend to show sensitivity towards other tree-nuts as well, their cross-reactivity has also been studied in order to make accurate predictions regarding possible allergic reactions
EIA & Certification Process in Major Construction Project Works
The construction industry is the second largest industry in India. In India around 35 cities having population more than a one million. As population of country increases the construction work also increases. The increase of construction is directly affected on surrounding environment. For evaluating the impact of construction on environment we can use environmental impact assessment techniques. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a tool used to identify the environmental, social and economic impacts of a project prior to decision making. The environmental impact assessment is an important process to identify and mitigate the adverse effect of construction projects on environment. It was found that ‘Transportation Resource’, ‘Noise Pollution’ and ‘Dust Generation with Construction Machinery’ are the greatest environmental impacts in India. Environmental Clearance Certification process of major project works is important parts in the Environmental impact assessment. The various activities of construction in India have been pursued without giving much attention on environmental related issues. This has been resulted in pressure on its finite natural resources, besides creating impacts on human health and living organisms. Unsustainable and Unplanned urban development has lead to severe environmental pressures. Green cover, ground water resources have been forced to give way to the rapidly developing urban centers. The Modern buildings constructed in our cities have high levels of energy consumption because of requirements of lighting and Air-conditioning. Environmental clearance is a process used to determine and plan to reduce the effect of construction of project before starting the actual project. The results of this study are useful for construction managers and other participants in construction sites to become aware of construction processes impacts on the environment
A REVIEW PAPER ON EVOLUTION OF SAND IN CONSTRUCTION
Cement, sand and aggregate are basic needs for any construction industry. Sand is a prime material used for preparation of mortar and concrete and which plays a major role in mix design. Now a day’s erosion of rivers and considering environmental issues, there is a scarcity of river sand. The non-availability or shortage of river sand will affect the construction industry, hence there is a need to find the new alternative material to replace the river sand, such that excess river erosion and harm to environment is prevented. Many researchers are finding different materials to replace sand and one of the major materials is quarry stone dust. Using different proportion of these quarry dust along with sand the required concrete mix can be obtained.
