    Get PDF
Glass sample compositions of xCaO(1-x-z)-SiO2 zB2O3 with constant nominal CaO of x=33.33 mol% and varying concentrations of B2O3 as z=50,60 and 66.67 mol% are prepared by conventional melt quench technique. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra of xCaO(1-x-z)-SiO2 zB2O3 glass system has been measured in the spectral range 400–4000 cm−1 low-frequency region 1700cm-1 to 400cm-1 and high-frequency region 4000cm-1 to 1700cm-1) at room temperature to understand the characteristic frequencies of the chemical bonds, bonding mechanisms and structure of electron shell of atoms, for the purpose to determine the molecular structure of the composition. It is found that the melting temperature of the glasses decreases with the increase of B2O3 concentration and the melting temperature in the range of 950oC-1100oC for the samples which consist of 50, 60, and 66.67 mol% of B2O3. In the low-frequency region (1700cm-1 to 400cm-1) the spectra of high B2O3 containing glass showed an increased number of distinct peaks and several broad Gaussian in the thigh-frequency region (1700cm-1 to 400cm-1). All the spectra are based on line corrected and deconvoluted to the appropriate number of Gaussians. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) deconvoluted spectra were analyzed to determine the exact position and relative amounts of the IR bands responsible for the different silicate borates units. The distinct peaks and peak position of the deconvoluted Gaussians are assigned to Si-O-Si, B-O-B, Si-O-Ca, Si-O etc. bonds based on the previous scientific investigations. The presence of B2O3 in the materials suggests that B3+ occupies the network position and for the linkage Si-O-B in the glasses. The amorphous nature, the surface topography and composition of the prepared glasses was checked by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques respectively on optical inspection, did not show any evidence of phase separation, and all glasses are homogeneous

Any country in the world constantly seeks the upgrade in every aspect of life and so is network industry. India is one of them as developing nation to constantly evolve in network industry although the evolution is considered to be moderate. With the growing amount of data produced every minute and the need of quick access of data at the user end in a network, the efficient yet exhaustive use of cloud resources has become more important than ever. Hence to reduce the time consumption and complication of the data collection when needed, the collaborative approach can be applied where in cloud gaffer along with network IMSI profile view including network element IP database manager can be developed known as The Seeker. The Seeker is a new gen software tool which is born with the collaborative approach in which cloud gaffer along with 5G/4G network IMSI profile view including network element IP database manager. There are micro services which require minimal resources, whereas there are other critical heavy resource usage projects which requires almost the entire cloud pot. Not only so, but there is also Generic Cloud which provides specific number of required resources and there are CBIS/NCIR cloud which provide another kind of resources. The variety of cloud products that any company serves to the user requires different types of hardware, input/output operation efficiency & geo-dependency to name a few. Thus, while deploying a cloud product or a service, finding out the right cloud for the use case becomes a time taking and hectic job. Even if we do so, many a times we find that someone else also using the same cloud resources and the job gets stuck. This tool will provide an one stop solution to procure that right cloud resources using OpenStack. Moreover, when the database is solid, the optimization of the resources becomes easier too! When it comes to Network Element Manager, it allows the user to obtain IP addresses that have not been allocated. The user must provide information about the cloud, IP type and vlan, IP in each. However, this is to automate the user request by processing the search into database and providing the users with required information. Moving on to latest Network IMSI profile view, in general network company uses shared data layer (SDL) as a backend of subscriber database. Imagine in a month how many requests will be raised regarding troubleshooting. Hence to achieve the solution for above problems THE SEEKER will have to be used

    Get PDF
Pipe conveyors, also referred to as tube conveyors, conveyor belts which are loaded with a material to be conveyed and after being loaded are closed into the conformation of tube by overlapping the belt edges. Belts may twist because of uneven loading, uneven guidance through curves, or otherwise poorly aligned systems.Undesired rotation of the pipe conveyor belt should be avoided and the problem should be corrected as soon as possible to limit, prevent or minimize damage to the system and loss of material. Keeping in mind the same, we present the development and characterization of an Industrial Pipe Conveyor Belt Orientation Monitoring System. The proposed system is composed of a microcontroller interfaced with Li-Dar sensors and a Wi-Fi module. The design of the monitoring system is such that it can monitor the orientation of the pipe belt from a considerable distance with ease

The effect of Spindle Speed, Feed rate, and Depth of cut on the Surface Roughness of Al-7075 alloy during face milling is the subject of this study [1]. To examine the machining attributes of Al-7075 amalgam, eight exploratory runs dependent on a L9 symmetrical cluster of Finite Element strategy are utilized. [2]. the optimization of processing parameters improves not only the processing economy, but in addition the item quality to a huge degree. The 7000 series aluminium alloy Al 7075 can be used in a large number of applications [3]. The thinness and hardness of grade 7075 are highly valued by both manufacturers and end users. With the use of experimental design techniques, this article analyses and compares the contribution of cutting parameters, such as MMR and MT, to quality characteristics [4]. Using Explicit Dynamics Analysis, the authors present a FEM model for face milling of AISI 7075. This model will simulate the formation of chips during the process. The consequences of dynamic motion, the constitutive harm law, and touch friction are all considered. [5]

Renewable energy is a key and powerful alternative source widely used and has many advantages comparing to conventional power generation. Most known alternative power generation sources are solar, wind geothermal, hydro, and biomass. Therefore energy generated naturally from the sunlight as is it called solar energy in particular has been used now for years as an optional way to power multiple devices.  However, the energy generated depends proportionally on the amount of irradiation that varies constantly during the day because of the weather conditions which influences negatively on the voltage stability. Using a converter such as a boost converter is an ideal option to step up the power so that the usage requirement can be met. Hence  ANFIS based MPPT controller is designed to control the duty cycle of the and track the maximum power of the entire system plant
