Pelaksanaan Tugas Dan Fungsi Pengawasan Inspektorat Daerah Kabupatena Malaka Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah
No full textInspektorat mempunyai tugas membantu Bupati dalam membina dan mengawasi pelaksanaan urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan Daerah dan tugas pembantuan oleh perangkat Daerah. Permasalahan dan tujuan skripsi adalah: (1) Seberapa jauhkah pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Malaka? (2) Apa faktor penghambat pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Malaka terhadap kinerja dan keuangan Daerah?. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yakni mengenai ketentuan pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam menganalisis suatu kejadian, fenomena atau keadaan sosial dalam suatu daerah. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanan tugas dan fungsi Pengawasan Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Malaka terhadap Kinerja dan Keuangan Daerah melalui Audit, Review, Evaluasi dan Pemantauan, bertujuan untuk Penyusunan Laporan Hasil Pengawasan. Pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh Inspektorat daerah Kabupaten Malaka harus ada sedikit peningkatan pada bidang auditor dan penambahan sarana dan prasarana serta tambahan anggaran untuk pengawasan yang beresiko tinggi. Harus tepat waktu dalam penyampaian laporan hasil pemeriksaan, dan semakin menurunnya jumlah atau tingkat penyalahgunaan keuangan, serta tercapainya program kerja pengawasan tahunan sehingga hasil laporan dapat ditindak lanjuti secara maksimal. (2) Faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan inspektorat daerah Kabupaten Malaka terhadap kinerja dan keuangan Daerah yaitu Keterbatasan anggaran, Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang bisa memfasilitasi kegiatan pengawasan serta kurangnya sumber daya manusia/auditor dalam pelaksanaan seluruh program kegiatan

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1)Sejauh Manakah Pengembangan Potensi Pariwisata oleh Pemerintah Desa dalam Peningkatan Perekonomian Desa di Desa Umbu Pabal Selatan dan Desa Umbu Pabal, Kecamatan Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat, Kabupaten Sumba Tengah? (2) Apakah Yang Menjadi Faktor Penghambat Pengembangan Potensi Pariwisata oleh Pemerintah Desa Dalam Peningkatan Perekonomian Desa di Desa Umbu Pabal Selatan dan Desa Umbu Pabal, Kecamatan Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat, Kabupaten Sumba Tengah? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, yakni penelitian yang datanya langsung diperoleh dari lokasi penelitian terhadap responden 20 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan potensi pariwisata oleh pemerintah desa di desa umbu pabal selatan dan desa umbu pabal mulai dari tahap perencanaan sammpai pada tahap pengevaluasi belum dikembangkan secara baik. The ruler of Sudimoro Village, Bululawang District, Malang Regency is trying to carry out development obligations by using the resources they have in the maximum way. One perspective that needs to be reflected in hamlet development activities is being able to provide satisfying results by improving the socio-economic life of the residents. This research intends to identify and analyze the impact of the hamlet development application on socio-economic changes in the community. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, the research location is Sudimoro Village, Bululawang District, Malang Regency and the research focus is 1). An Ordinary Reflection of Sudimoro Village, 2). Sudimoro Hamlet Regime 3). Development Application. 4). Consequences of Development on Socio-Economic Citizens. Analysis of the information in this research consists of 3 activities that are interactive, namely: Information reduction, Data presentation and Drawing conclusions. The application of development policies in Sudimoro village is carried out by programming and agreements between the authorities and residents through the Village Representative Body. The development budget comes from the encouragement of the authorities and self-help citizens. Development activities in the village of Sudimoro have generally produced quite good results, especially in increasing the socio-economic conditions of the residents, indicated by the fulfillment of the construction of tools and infrastructure for worship, development of learning, sports equipment and others that are sufficient. The economic aspect is signaled by the people's livelihoods increasing and running easily. Per capita income of the head of the family has increased quite well

Thus, there is a need for legal protection against the negative impact of technology use on learning in elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to determine the legal regulation of the use of technology in learning in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach and the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, which consists of 3 main things: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the use of technology in learning in primary schools requires legal regulations that maintain a balance between educational innovation and the protection of students' data. This regulation is essential to regulate the use of technology as a supporting tool, improve learning effectiveness, and create a safe environment. The protection of students' data and cybercrime monitoring should also be integrated into the regulation to create an efficient and ethical education in the digital era

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyse the authority and responsibility of notaries in making marriage agreement deeds and the urgency of marriage agreements. This research method uses normative law because it is based on a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The result of this study is that the notary's authority in making the marriage agreement deed he made is limited to the content of the agreement that has fulfilled the conditions for the validity of the agreement under Article 1320 of the Civil Code, so he cannot be prosecuted in court; conversely, if the marriage agreement certificate does not meet the requirements of the validity of the agreement, then the deed made by a notary can be cancelled by the judge. Before operating with new materials, return to the initial condition. Therefore, Regulation Number 32 of 2021, Safety Inspection of Installations and Equipment in Oil and Gas Business Activities, sets the remaining life limit for equipment service. The research method used in this paper refers to the strength of the Rig Tower member, which is calculated using applicable formulas and standards. The final step is a simulation performed using FAE MSC Nastran software. In the calculation, the loading cases of API Spec 4F are used, namely: 1. Max. Rated static hook load of 90.7 tnf (889,463.2 N) with 6 lines, 2. Wind speed of 60 knots with pipe setback. The calculation results can be concluded that the structure of PT XYZ's Rig tower is strong enough against the Maximum Static Hook Load of 889,463.2 N (6 lines), wind load of 60 Knots with pipe setback, rig up load and can last for 30.39 (thirty-thirty-nine hundredths) of years for fatigue, 24 (twenty-four) years for environmental corrosion (Upper Mast) and 20.56 (twenty-fifty-six hundredths) of a year for abrasion corrosion (Lower Mast)

The minimum age limit for marriage has been regulated by legal provisions and compilations of Islamic law, but there are still differences in determining the age limit. The Amended Marriage Law Number 16 of 2019 has stipulated that the minimum age for marriage for women is the same as for men, namely 19 (nineteen). The ratification of this provision must be a response to public unrest. This can happen because perpetrators of child marriage often lack mental and even economic preparation for a household, causing protracted conflicts. In writing this law, the author wants to examine the factors that cause underage marriages and the influence of underage marriages on the divorce rate in Mojokerto Regency to know the causes of underage marriages, underage marriages, and the impact of underage marriages against divorce. This study uses standard experimental research methods, and the data obtained will be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study show that in Mojokerto Regency, early marriage is due to parental pressure, economic factors, and pregnancies outside of marriage. As a result, conflicts that cannot be sustained in these marriages often arise and end in divorc
"The Effect Of Policy, Government Performance, And Information Technology On The Quality Of Financial Statements Of The Provincial Government Of Bangka Belitung Islands"
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine how much variables affect the quality of financial statements contained in the report on the implementation of local government in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The variables that are the focus of this study are government policy, government performance, and the use of information technology as an independent variable, and the quality of financial statements as a dependent variable. To obtain data from these variables, 58 respondents were taken. In this study, primary data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to employees working in finance and budgeting who became a team in making local government budgeting reports in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. As for the analysis method and hypothesis test using multiple regression test analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that government policy variables have a negative and significant effect on the quality of financial statements. Meanwhile, government performance variables and the use of information technology have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements. These three variables simultaneously affect the quality of financial statements. The value of the coefficient of determination shows that government policy, government performance, and the use of information technology have an influence on the quality of financial statements by 47,3 percent while 52,7 percent are influenced by other variables outside this study or other variables that are not included in this study. With this research, it is hoped that the government can make this research a reference in improving government performance in preparing quality and targeted financial statements. For further research, it is expected to explore other factors that can affect the quality of financial statements
