Students' Perceptions Toward Blended Media In EFL Reading Practices
Engaging students in EFL reading lessons in a large class is always a challenge for teachers. Thus, blended learning removes barriers and expands educational opportunities. The study is conducted on the concept of blended learning, which combines paper-based text with the digital game-based response system, namely Kahoot, for EFL reading context. The purpose of this study is to investigate how students perceive blended media in EFL reading practices. The participants were 76 pupils from a vocational high school. The data were gathered through observation, questionnaire, and interview. The data were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed. The results indicated that the majority of students had favorable attitudes toward blended media in EFL reading practices. It influences their engagement, motivation, and attitudes. Additional investigation is advised to ascertain the influence on their performance in reading skill
The Impacts Of Bullying On The Main Character In The Movie “Laal Singh Chadha” (2022) By Advait Chandan
In this study, the researchers identified the types of bullying and described the impact of bullying on the main character of the film Laal Sings Chaddha. The data in this study are in the form of words and actions that contain elements of bullying in the film Laal Sings Chaddha. This research was conducted by analyzing data qualitatively. The research findings show that there are three effects of bullying on the main character of the film Laal Sings Chaddha: low psychological well-being, poor adjustment, and psychological stress. Low psychological well-being is the most dominant impact of bullying in Carrie's film. There is one type of bullying found in the film Laal Sings Chaddha: physical bullying. Physical bullying is the most dominant type of bullying found in the film Laal Sings Chaddha
The Impact Of Edc's Marketing, Service, And Infrastructure Strategies On The Growth Of Savings Deposits At Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya Pahlawan Branch
Banking strategy requires fast and instant service to provide "excellent service" to customers. One of the marketing methods used as technology development in the banking industry, for example at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya Pahlawan Branch, is a marketing approach using Electronic Data Capture (EDC). This tool has the benefit of growing third-party funds, especially savings funds and fee-based income obtained from every transaction carried out on the EDC machine. In addition, there are efforts to increase the amount of savings, especially low-cost funds (savings) in a way that is more dominant to the number of third-party funds, to reduce the cost of funds and is expected to generate an increase in the value of net interest margin (NIM) despite the current tight bank liquidity. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of Marketing Strategy, Service Strategy, and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Infrastructure on the Growth of Savings Deposits at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya Pahlawan Branch. This study used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 23 application to help with data processing. The results showed that the variables Marketing Strategy (X1), Service Strategy (X2), and Electronic Data Capture Infrastructure (X3) had a positive and significant influence on the increase in Savings Deposit Growth (Y) by the regression coefficient
Compliance Analysis Of Hand Hygiene Regulation Implementation At Dr. M. Goenawan Partowidigdo Pulmonary Hospital Based On Who Multimodal Hand Hygiene Improvement Strategy
The Hospital Infection Prevention and Control Program (HIPCP) is an effort to reduce the risk of Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs), including hand hygiene compliance. WHO issued the Multimodal Hand Hygiene Improvement Strategy as one of the strategies to tackle low hand hygiene compliance. Dr. M. Goenawan Partowidigdo Pulmonary Hospital (RSPG) has implemented hand hygiene regulations referring to the current policies, but it has not met the target over the last three years. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the regulation of hand hygiene compliance at RSPG according to the WHO Multimodal Hand Hygiene Improvement Strategy, using an analytical descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The analysis uses the combination of the theory of George Edward III, Weaver, and the WHO Multimodal Hand Hygiene Improvement Strategy. WHO Multimodal Hand Hygiene Improvement Strategy assessment was conducted by scoring the Hand Hygiene Self-Assessment Framework (HHSAF). The results showed the lowest percentage of HHSAF scores on the bureaucratic structure variable, but the most important variable was the resource variable, namely human resources, related to activeness and behavior issues. These issues were obtained from in-depth interviews developed from structured questions on HHSAF. Hand Hygiene of RSPG is at an intermediate level. Researchers recommend behavioral enforcement with appreciative inquiry in addition to reward and punishment as an effort to improve compliance with the implementation of hand hygiene regulations at RSPG
The Influence Of Behavior, Motivation, And Independence Of Tax Inspectors On The Quality Of Tax Audits With Performance As An Intervening Variable
This study aims to analyze the influence of behavior, work motivation, and independence of tax inspectors on the quality of tax audits through tax inspector performance intermediaries. This research is included in descriptive quantitative research that prioritizes in-depth analysis of the data and facts found. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method for tax practitioners registered as members of the Indonesian Association of Academics and Tax Professionals, both employees who work in a company and tax consultants who have represented taxpayers in the tax audit process in DKI Jakarta with at least 3 years of work experience collected using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study show that behavior, work motivation,n, and independence have a positive and significant effect on the quality of tax audits. In addition, the performance of tax inspectors is only able to mediate the relationship between behavior and independence of the quality of tax whereas the performance of tax inspectors cannot mediate the relationship between work motivation and the quality of tax audit

Advances in internet technology have given development to buying and selling online. This causes the consumer's position to become weaker in front of the seller because the product to be purchased cannot be checked directly, so if defects are hidden, this can harm consumers. Due to the large number of cases of product defects that occur, this paper will discuss liability for product defects both from the perspective of the electronic transaction information law and according to marketplace policies. According to the ITE Law liability can be in the form of imprisonment and according to the marketplace policy, it will get accumulated penalty points. This study uses normative research methods whereas the data collection technique uses library research. The purpose of this research is so that people who are victims of product defects know what steps to take in seeking accountability according to applicable laws and policies
The Effectiveness Of Learning Through Online Applications
Advances in information technology provide a fairly rapid influence in the world of education to improve learning outcomes where the use of IT makes it easier for users to use it anywhere and anytime. One of the desires of students or parents for children's learning outcomes is to obtain optimal grades and be able to support them to achieve their goals. One way is by adding learning through online learning applications that are available in various types. Therefore, researchers want to find out more about the effectiveness of learning through online learning applications. The aim is to find out whether or not the use of online learning applications is effective in improving student learning outcomes at school X Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling and totaled 40 respondents. The data received will be processed carefully so that the research results show that online learning applications have an effectiveness valued in improving student learning outcomes and the effectiveness of learning through online learning applications is quite good
Service Quality, Awareness, And Knowledge Of Taxpayers On Compliance With Land And Building Tax Payments With Tax Sanctions As A Moderating Variable
This study aims to determine the impact, Service Quality, Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Knowledge, and Tax Sanctions on Taxpayer Compliance. This study took a sample of taxpayers in Jati Kesuma Village, Namo Rambe District, which were taken randomly. The number of samples taken was 88 people. This study also uses the variable tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The data analysis method used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS for Windows. So the results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness, service quality, and tax knowledge have a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance. The tax sanction variable acts as a pure moderator that strengthens the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a significant development of information and communication technology in the last ten years. However, its implementation in Indonesia is still relatively low due to constraints on worker skills and insufficient infrastructure investment. Nonetheless, AI has the potential to improve business performance, such as in the use of cloud computing. The application of AI in the industry requires changes and adjustments to technological developments. The use of AI is significantly affecting various sectors and people's lifestyles, and governments have an important role to play in providing technology-based services. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of AI in the industrial sector, understand its development in Indonesia, and analyze the positive and negative impacts of using AI in the future. This study uses a descriptive method combined with qualitative content analysis techniques and field reviews. The descriptive method is a research method that aims to obtain an objective picture of the situation. Thus, the implementation of AI in Indonesia still needs to be improved by overcoming skills and investment constraints. Governments should play an active role in supporting the development of AI in the industry while considering its positive and negative impacts in the futur
Principles Of Best Interests For Children In The Broadcasting Industry
The regulation about child protection in the broadcasting services providers sometimes conflicts with the freedom of speech principles. Limiting children's exposure to harmful content that may affect their future is also part of the public interest principles in the communication policy. Indonesia regulates child protection in broadcasting through National Regulation (Undang-Undang) No 32 the year 2002 and there is also guidance about broadcasting behavior and broadcasting program quality. However, the regulation has several limitations, as there are several programs such as infotainment, drama, and others that do not specifically regulate children's protection.
