"Political Conflict In The Democratic Party: A Case Study Of Post-Munaslub Leadership Dualism In Deli Serdang, North Sumatra"
Get PDFThis journal broadly discusses one of the recurring issues that often befall political parties, especially in Indonesia, which is political conflict and factionalization. The case study referred to in this context occurs within the internal dynamics of the Democratic Party, particularly after the extraordinary National Congress (Munaslub) held in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The theoretical perspectives utilized are political conflict theory and factionalism theory. Political conflict theory, as proposed by Prof. Maswadi Rauf, posits that political conflicts arise from three factors. Firstly, the desire to compete for political positions or power. Secondly, differences in political policies. Thirdly, divergent views on political institutions. Meanwhile, factionalism theory, based on the ideas of Raphael Zariski, defines factions as intra-party groups whose members share the same identity and goals, and they collaborate to achieve those objectives. Loan-To-Value Policy And Demand For Mortgage Finance: Evidence From Indonesia
Get PDFDemand for mortgage finance showed a slowdown. And also, property residential sales showed a slowdown. As is well known, most consumers buy property residential is financed by mortgage finance. Through LTV policy, the Bank of Indonesia wants to stimulate demand for mortgage finance and also property residential sales to could boost economic growth sustainably. A question is whether changes in the LTV ratio could boost economic growth sustainably and whether other factors are affecting demand for mortgage finance. This article sees the question by considering what the impacts are in both lower-middle-income and higher-middle-income provinces. By regressing the statistical model Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM), the result shows that LTV policy is affecting positively the demand for mortgage finance, particularly in lower-middle-income provinces. When the LTV ratio increased, the demand for mortgage finance in lower-middle-income provinces is higher than the demand for mortgage finance in higher-middle-income provinces. Moreover, mortgage finance reflects normal goods for higher-middle-income provinces while reflecting inferior goods for lower-middle-income provinces. On the other hand, higher mortgage interest lowers the demand for mortgage finance, particularly in lower-middle-income provinces

Early Detection Of Currency Crisis In Indonesia Based On Jci Indicator Using A Combination Of Volatility And Markov Switching Models
Get PDFCurrency crises have occurred in Indonesia in 1997-1998 and 2008, causing significant losses both in terms of economy and social life. Therefore, a system is needed that can detect currency crises to create economic and currency stability. Crises can be detected through economic indicators such as Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Index (IDX Composite) or Jakarta Composite Index (JCI). This study aims to determine the appropriate model and to predict the currency crisis in Indonesia from November 2022 to October 2023 based on the JCI indicator. The study begins by forming an AR model, then a volatility model in the form of an ARCH model, and finally a combined volatility model and Markov switching two-state model. This combined model is then used to form a smoothed probability that can detect crises. The results of the study indicate that the MS-ARCH(2,1) model is the appropriate model, and from the detection results, it is found that Indonesia will not experience a currency crisis from November 2022 to October 2023

Jembatan memiliki fungsi krusial disuatu wilayah untuk melakukan aktifitas dan pekerjaan sehari-hari seperti, perdagangan, sosial, politik & lain sebagainya. Melalui Tugas Akhir ini penulis mencoba untuk merencanakan konstruksi jembatan dengan bentang 78 meter menggunakan struktur jembatan Rangka Baja dengan tipe Parker. Adapun latar belakang pemilihan tipe jembatan Rangka Baja Parker ini yaitu sebagai lain bagi konstruksi jembatan rangka baja yang sudah ada pada umumnya karena jembatan jenis ini memiliki nilai estetika yang lebih indah. Peraturan Pembebanan yang digunakan dalam perencanaan jembatan ini menggunakan pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 1725 – 2016, untuk Struktur Baja mengacu pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 1729 -2020, dan untuk Pembebanan Gempa mengacu pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 2833 – 2016. Peraturan dimaksudkan untuk memberikan Acuan dalam perencanaan jembatan di Indonesia yang dapat menjamin tingkat keamanan yang dapat diterima struktur jembatan. Dari hasil analisa SAP2000 diperoleh struktur bangunan atas jembatan. Pada Gelagar Induk Jembatan menggunakan profil WF 500x500x19x32, Gelagar Melintang Jembatan menggunakan Profil WF 800x400x12x28, Gelagar Memanjang Jembatan menggunakan Profil WF 500x250x10x16, Ikatan Angin Atas Jembatan menggunakan Profil WF 400x200x8x13, Ikatan Angin Atas Jembatan menggunakan Profil PIP Ø 16 cm, Ikatan Angin Bawah Jembatan menggunakan Profil L 200x200x20x20)

Pekerjaan konstruksi merupakan suatu jenis pekerjaan dalam jasa konstruksi yang telah diatur dalam undang-undang jasa konstruksi. Pada undang-undang tersebut ditekankan bahwa penyelesaian permasalahan dalam jasa konstruksi dapat diselesaikan secara keperdataan dalam kontrak telah dibuat untuk melaksanakan kegiatan jasa konstruksi tersebut. Apabila dikemudian hari terdapat penrmasalahan pelaksanaan yang berpendapat bahwa telah terjadi kerugian negara maka sebenarnya kerugian negara yang terjadi dapat diperbaiki dengan penggantian agar tidak menjadi kerugian keuangan negara sehingga selama unsur-unsur dalam tindak pidana korupsi seperti perbuatan curang, suap-menyuap, gratifikasi dan lain-lain maka tidak dapat dibuktikan secara nyata maka permasalahan dalam pekerjaan jasa konstruksi tersebut tidak dapat ditarik kedalam tindak pidana korupsi atau dapat dikatakan bahwa hukuman pidana pada jasa konstruksi harus benar-benar menerapkan asas hukum pidana merupakan pilihan terakhir (ultimum premedium)

Krisis identitas, kontrol diri yang lemah, keadaan keluarga yang kurang baik, pengaruh negatif teman, dan pengaruh lingkungan yang kurang baik menjadi faktor kriminogen dari kenakalan remaja. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam tipe penelitian empiris yang berlokasi di wilayah hukum Kepolisian Resor Timor Tengah Selatan. Teknik analisis data yaitu data yang diolah kemudian dianalisasis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan. Bagaimanakah implementasi peranan kepolisian dalam mengatasi kenakalan remajadi Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan yaitu: melakukan kunjungan ke sekolah-sekolah dalam wilayah Hukum Kepolisian Resor Timor Tengah Selatan dan melakukan patroli dan pengawasan secara rutin. Serta hambatan-hambatan yang dialami oleh Kepolisian Resor Timor Tengah Selatan yaitu: kurangnya sarana yang memadai bagi polisi dalam melaksanakan tugas, kurangnya informasi yang diterima dari masyarakat, kurangnnya masyarakat terhadap hukum, kurangnya kepercayaan masyarkat terhadap polisi, masih kurangnya pengawasan orang tua terhadap anak, tidak adanya perlakukan jam malam, kebocoran informasi penangkapan. Kesimpulan dan Saran yaitu: Peranan Kepolisian Resor Timor Tengah Selatan dalam mengatai kenakalan remaja yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan-penyuluhan hukum kesekolah-sekolah diwilaya Hukum Kepolisian Resor Timor Tengah Selatan, Kepolisian Resor Timor Tengah Selatan harus lebih fokus memberikan pengawasan kepada para remaja yang sering melakukan kasus kenakalan remaja dilingkungan sekolah maupun masyarakat
