Social Norms, Perceptions, Taxpayer Behavior, Tax Digitalization and Taxpayer Compliance
Considering that the level of tax compliance is important for the country as outlined above, research is needed that can provide solutions to reducing and even eliminating the gap between the ideal conditions of taxpayer compliance and the reality on the ground. This study uses a quantitative research design. The quantitative instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire distributed to prospective respondents. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS software with SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis techniques. This study uses purposive sampling in the determination of samples. Typical case sampling is used in this study, namely, prospective respondents are taxpayers who come directly to the tax office to report their tax returns even though at the time of reporting their tax returns at the tax office, they still use digital tax services such as e-filling or e-form. The results of this study show that three of the four research variables used have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. For future researchers, there is still a lot of room to continue research that explores other factors that affect the relationship between attitudes to behaviour, social norms and perception of behavioural control towards taxpayer compliance in the hope that the results can be used in efforts to improve tax compliance

Integrated Application for Optimizing Budget Management and Procurement of Consumables in Laboratories in Educational Institutions Using Odoo
Laboratory management in Educational Institutions is important to support students' practical learning because laboratories are a means for students to delve into the material directly. An important aspect of laboratory management is budget management and consumables. Not a few Educational Institutions use spreadsheets to manage the budget and procurement of Consumables, which are often inefficient and poorly integrated. These limitations make it difficult to monitor budgets and the status of goods requests in real-time, hinder transparency, and increase the risk of human error, which can ultimately reduce accountability in laboratory management. This research aims to develop a more integrated budget management and procurement system for Consumables using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with Odoo software, involving the Accounting and Purchase modules. The QuickStart method is used to ensure smooth implementation by actively involving users throughout the development cycle. This system includes budget creation and monitoring, purchase order creation, and validation of goods received. The results of the Black Box Testing and Expert Judgement show that the developed system has met all the testing objectives, although improvements are still needed, such as the addition of graphs for budget visualization. The implementation of this system is expected to increase transparency and accountability in budget management and procurement of consumables in educational institutions
Development of QR Code Labeling Application for Fixed Asset Accounting Information System in Mangimbali Group with Minimalist Development Techniques
Mangimbali Group is a distributor company engaged in the retail of lubricants for Pertamina and supports construction work and the procurement of equipment for Pertamina Geothermal. Mangimbali Group has several entities, namely PT. Mangimbali Peluas Jaya and PT. Cipta Jaya Perkasa. The opening of two entities certainly requires a large flow of capital, so one of the management policies is to make one office building for two entities but all assets are still separated. This requires a good Fixed Asset Management Accounting System for the distribution of Fixed Assets. Fixed Assets that have been purchased if the inventory system is not properly regulated can cause losses for the company in the form of loss of Fixed Assets. Also for easy tracking of assets in the same building with the ownership of different entities. The purpose of this study is to design a fixed asset accounting information system application using QR codes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of bookkeeping inventory and being able to store more comprehensive data on fixed asset data in each entity. The research method applied is a software development method by Prototyping where the software creation process will be carried out module by module with testing, starting from tagging and creating a unique QR code for each fixed asset on each existing entity. In addition, the development process is taken with minimalist techniques. Especially in the creation of models and the number of databases and tables

The Relationship Between Bullying Victimization and Suicidal Ideation in Student Victims of Bullying in Yogyakarta
Suicidal ideation arises in individuals or groups who feel overwhelmed by pressure and a sense of hopelessness. Bullying is a significant factor that contributes to severe psychological and social impacts on both victims and perpetrators. The growing prevalence of bullying today requires special attention, as it not only harms the victims but also negatively affects the bullies themselves. This study uses the scale of the Relationship of Bullying Victimization to Suicidal Ideation (suicidal ideation) in students who are victims of bullying in Yogyakarta. The type of research used is correlational quantitative research. Quantitative research is a research method that aims to find out if the individual has experienced a victim of bullying that causes suicidal thoughts. Suicidal Ideation and Bullying are known to have a significance value of 0.736, where this value is greater than 0.05. So, it can be concluded that the two variables have a significant relationship or correlation with a strong correlation level. Victims of bullying can be open and seek help from their parents, close friends and family so that they do not experience the risk of suicidal ideation (suicidal ideation) or other effects of bullying. In addition, victims must have positive thoughts when they feel hurt so that they do not think badly to do suicidal ideation (suicidal ideation)
