    Get PDF
There are many landslide points on the Arso-Waris National road, so it is necessary to conduct research on the potential for landslides from the physical and shear strength properties. The analysis method uses Slope/W software from GeoStudio, using the Bishop and Fellenius analysis method. The results of the study on 4 points along the Arso-Waris section, showed that with a decrease in the value of the shear strength parameter, both the cohesion value (average decrease of 69.91%) and the value of the shear angle (average decrease of 92.77%) in the reverse analysis resulted in a decrease in the value of the safety factor score by 71.5% (Bishop Method) and 71.11% (Fellenius Method). The value of the smallest (critical) safety factor is 0,498, located at point 4 KM.105+193 in combination loading, by using Fellenius method. Changes in physical properties and shear strength have the potential to reduce safety factor so that there is potential for landslides

The projected increase in the number of telecommunication towers in Indonesia by 100% by 2026 reflects the rapid growth in the telecommunications infrastructure sector, driven by increasing data demand and the adoption of 5G technology (WCA, 2021). In the Asia-Pacific region, similar demand indicates a huge opportunity for the expansion of this industry. PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (Mitratel) is one of the companies that excels in the Telecommunication infrastructure industry in Indonesia. This study uses the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, which is effective in measuring the efficiency of organizational units in various fields. The results show that in five years of observation, Mitratel managed to achieve full efficiency in almost all years of observation, with high efficiency level results comparable to PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. Meanwhile, the annual efficiency level for Indus Towers and China Tower is quite volatile, although it remains at a high value. Trend analysis and Pearson Correlation coefficient between average efficiency and input/output variables show that the current assets, non-current liabilities, and CAPEX variables have a significant influence on Mitratel's efficiency with a negative correlation, while the current liabilities variable has a significant influence with a positive correlation

    No full text
Advertising plays an important role in influencing consumer perceptions and attitudes towards products, especially for well-known brands like Wardah. Advertising strategies help build a positive image and increase consumer interest. Research shows that consumers are more likely to buy products from well-known brands than lesser-known brands. Wardah, which is widely known by Germasa GPIB Petra women, allows consumers to recognize and create their image. Wardah's advantages include a halal guarantee from MUI and its availability in various online and offline stores. Quantitative research method This research examines the influence of advertising on consumer purchasing decisions based on syringe theory. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire are adequate (Cronbach's alpha 0.749). The analysis shows that the effect of advertising is very small (R² 0.030%). Although the T-test shows a significant impact (count 4.384 Table 2.0106), overall, the effect of advertising is not substantial (0.02958%). Internal and interpersonal factors are more dominant, so the syringe theory is not fully proven. Research shows that Wardah product advertisements have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (reliability 0.766 and 0.749). The hypothesis is accepted, but the R Square value of 0.030% shows a very small effect. GPIB Petra's female consumers rely more on personal experience and other factors than advertising, so advertising does not play a significant role in purchasing decisions

This paper intends to examine and analyse the determination of suspects by the high prosecutor's office in the land acquisition corruption case in the Padang - Sicincin Toll Road construction project. Research using a normative juridical approach reveals that legal instruments fail to show justice, where the determination of the suspect in this case is detrimental to the people. Therefore, according to the author, it is necessary to re-analyze the procedure for naming suspects by law enforcement officials so that legal certainty can be found and the decision to designate suspects does not harm the people. The results of this study showed that there are no definite legal provisions on how the prosecutor's office can determine a suspect. Choosing the suspect so far is still in a grey area because there are no explicit provisions regarding "preliminary evidence" to determine the suspect. On the other hand, the panel of judges, in their considerations, decided that the subsidiary charges were not proven and had not been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act. On the other hand, the panel of judges, in their considerations, decided that the subsidiary charges were not proven and had not been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act

Analysis of Value at Risk Measurement Using The Variance-Covariance Method in The Securities Portfolio

    Get PDF
Bonds are one of the investment instruments with fixed income. One of the most popular bonds is government bonds, which are considered safer than corporate bonds or other investment instruments. Every financial investment instrument that provides a rate of return (return) will have risks. Choosing bonds with the smallest loss rate is one of the priorities of an investor. One of the steps that investors can take is to determine the value of Value at Risk (VaR) first to determine the maximum loss obtained when investing. This study will discuss the risks in Bank Jatim's FVTOCI portfolio by measuring the Value at Risk value of each selected bond sample and several portfolio combinations of these bonds. The bonds used as samples in this research are FR0068, FR0080, FR0096 and FR0098. The measurement of this VaR value uses the Varian-Covariance method, where the assumption of the data used is data with a normal distribution. The resulting VaR value can be used as a consideration for the company to choose bonds for its investment portfolio
