Seepage handling using secant pile as a solution to replace curtain grouting and dam stability evaluation to optimize work on the Margatiga Dam construction project
Based on the results of a soil investigation using the bore log method carried out by the Consultant, it was found that the foundations of the spillway building and intake building are in a geological condition that is composed predominantly of sand and porous deposits or easily absorbs water, as well as rocks with the characteristics of fine tuff rock, indicating that the foundation The building is prone to seepage. The seepage treatment contained in the contract is the curtain grouting method 20 meters deep with a distance of 2 meters between points. It is necessary to carry out trial grouting in 3 location zones to be sure. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the secant pile design. In the work on filling the dam body on the left and right sides, a review needs to be carried out to optimize the implementation of the work because it has a safety factor that is too high than the required safety factor. Secant pile design planning and cross-section evaluation calculations use software to help calculate seepage and stability analysis. Based on the results of modeling analysis calculations and evaluation of cost and implementation time calculations that meet the criteria, it is recommended to handle seepage using secant piles, namely with dimensions of 80 cm, overlap of 15 cm and a depth of up to -10 elevation and recommendations for the cross-section of the dam body, namely by modifying the slope of the section

Implementation of Collaborative Governance in Countering Terrorism in Indonesia
Terrorism is one of the global threats that can affect Indonesia's social, political, and economic stability. Currently, terrorism has been categorized as an extraordinary crime that requires extraordinary efforts from various parties to counter it. This research examines and describes the collaboration process built into countering terrorism in Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with six informants as research subjects. The results show that implementing collaborative governance to counter-terrorism in Indonesia has been running well and involves many parties. However, in the context of the stages of the implementation of collaboration, there are still obstacles. The motivational factor of the parties involved in counterterrorism is enough to influence the imbalance of resources and knowledge among collaborative actors. Different perceptions in addressing the issue of terrorism have caused the starting conditions in the implementation of collaboration not to work properly. This affects the commitment between collaboration actors and the consistency in running various terrorism prevention programs. In addition, the lack of strong regulations governing BNPT's role as coordinator in terrorism prevention causes obstacles in the synergy process. Collaboration has been implemented in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality, there are still things that are not optimal
Health Workers’ Attitude Mediates the Relation of Knowledge and Interest in Medical Waste Management Practice
Medical waste management is essential to the hospital's operational activities. Health workers are needed to manage medical waste in hospitals because they are in direct contact with it. Therefore, the behaviour of health workers plays a vital role in medical waste management. This study determined the relation of knowledge, awareness, interest, and attitude of health workers on medical waste management practices at Sinar Kasih Purwokerto Hospital, Indonesia. In addition, this study also aims to determine the attitude of health workers in mediating the relation of knowledge, awareness, and interest in medical waste management practices at Sinar Kasih Purwokerto Hospital, Indonesia. The sampling method was cluster random sampling with 68 health workers: general practitioners, dentists, specialists, nurses, sanitisers, and public workers (PW). The data collection tool uses a questionnaire tested for reliability and validity to determine the level of knowledge, awareness, interest, attitude, and practice of medical waste management. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) testing. This study showed that knowledge and interest had no significant positive effect on medical waste management practices. In contrast, awareness and attitude significantly positively impacted medical waste management practices. In addition, the attitude of health workers mediates the effect of knowledge and interest on medical waste management practices. However, attitude does not mediate the impact of awareness on medical waste management practices. The attitude of health workers is a mediator of knowledge and interest toward medical waste management practices

A case report: Maternal complications from severe dengue. What can happen?
Dengue fever (DHF) is an acute infectious disease caused by dengue virus. Thrombocytopenia results from viral suppression in the bone marrow, and platelet destruction occurs. Damaged platelets worsen plasma leakage. When the amount of filtration fluid exceeds the ability and fluid trapped in the interstitium eventually enters the alveoli, there is an increase in alveolar capillaries, resulting in pulmonary oedema. The patient was referred with complaints of fever for 5 days, dizziness (+), shortness of breath (+), nausea (+), and vomiting (+). Laboratory examination showed platelets 109 x 103/µL, positive Ig G DHF Immuno Serology, and thorax X-ray with pulmonary oedema. Cesarean section and IUD insertion were performed. During and after surgery, there were no complications
The Nuns' Learning Motivation
Nuns are a group of Catholic women who choose not to marry in order to focus on special service in the Church according to the rules of the congregation. Some nuns undergo study missions or become female students on public campuses. This research specifically wants to examine how the learning motivation of students who are nuns is. Researchers want to find out how they increase their motivation to learn while still carrying out the demands of the community or institute. This study uses a qualitative method conducted on 4 nuns who are undergoing studies at a university in Yogyakarta. The results of the study showed that they had a unique motivation to learn. The nuns have an intrinsic motivation to learn, namely the desire and awareness to complete their studies quickly. Obedience to the task of community mission is the most powerful extrinsic motivation that influences the ability and interest in learning of Catholic nuns. The mission task gives birth to motivation from within (intrinsic), namely the responsibility to complete the task entrusted to it by the congregation. The nuns also face challenges in studying, especially adjusting themselves due to different ages and the demands of life as nuns. Further research needs to pay attention to the frequency and intensity of interviews and needs to involve other parties who know the nuns who are studying
